In the United States, Black History Month — formerly known as “February” — is, unfortunately, not just about history. It is also an occasion for lies and propaganda to stoke black pride over spurious achievements and white guilt over spurious crimes. To combat this propaganda, we have assembled the following articles. Please link and repost these pieces far and wide.

I missed the deadline for the fundraiser, but I was wondering if I could still send in a donation. I realize I missed the deadline, and it’s my fault, but would it still be accepted?
Absolutely. We will just count it toward the total for 2023. We very much appreciate your support.
I wonder if I may—and I’ll send the money regardless—if I might extend a membership to the most frequent nonmember commenter? Or maybe somebody young who can’t afford it.
Absolutely, we can do that. Anyone who would like to take advantage of this offer can contact me at [email protected]. Thank you.
Cool. I want a beneficiary in life, like Magwitch.
Black history month – it’s an excellent idea! Excellent because if there is black history month – there also must be white one! So when do we celebrate WHITE HISTORY MONTH? I hope there will be some resources for this occasion on CC too. Yes, my dear comrades, give me please some resources for white history month! Because, tbh: I’m not very interested in Blacks. On the contrary: I’m white and interested in Whites!
Thanks for putting these resource lists together: I have slowly made much of my way through the beginners guide to the JQ and have Columbus day book marked. Holy smokes this one has a lot of links! These alone are worth the price of entry.
Here are a couple of chefs discussing their Kwanza menu, claiming Blacks invented Bourbon and Sparking Wine in the US. Aside from them not giving credit to Elijah Craig or Nicholas Longworth, both of these American beverages are small spins from European Whisky, Champagne or Prosecco.

The Netflix series, ‘Drink Masters’, was a recent contest for the ‘best’ cocktail creator. For the year 2022, do you even need to guess who was crowned the winner? In the final round, the soon to be winning contestant proposed tea-inflected drinks that would exemplify the African-American experience, sweet tea and all that. And I was thinking tea had something to do with China, Japan and Brits growing plants in different climes. It would be interesting to see how such contests would turn out of judges were ‘blinded’. But that is the enemy of the new order. Even auditions for orchestras and music schools are no longer being ‘blinded’, because racial quotas are part of the new ethos. And I thought is was just a social construct.
Jonathan Bowden called black history “a pretty short subject.”
