I don’t believe anyone reading this needs a recapitulation of all of the nasty things going on in the West today. However, what we will be discussing requires us to keep these many ingresses against white people in mind, so let us briefly repeat: White people are facing demographic displacement in their own countries. We are being buffeted by an unrelenting storm of chaos. The global economy lies in ruins, with leading stocks having shed as much as 80% of their value while European countries face the prospect of the lights going out this winter. A major conflict rages on the European periphery, ominously threatening to either drastically expand in scope or even to turn nuclear. And while these catastrophes engulf us, the West is being piloted by the most degenerated, inept, and decrepit political elite that ever could be imagined. (more…)

Jef Costello’s Heidegger in Chicago: A Comedy of Errors is a philosopher’s novel. Luckily, being (no pun intended) a scholar on Heidegger is by no means a prerequisite but, by the same token, you certainly would never find this book in the young adult section of a Dissident Right bookstore. A truthful description of the story is most accurately summarized on the book’s back cover: “What would have happened if the notoriously obscure German philosopher Martin Heidegger had visited America . . . he would have been misunderstood.” (more…)

George Floyd most likely never met Rodney King. They are both dead. Their lives really “made a difference.” It would be good for them to meet. Comparatively speaking, that is.
The difference these particular agents of the feral underclass made was to turn race-rioting on a colossal scale into a form of “righteous” self-expression — but only for a chosen people. (more…)

On Wednesday, October 5 at about 8:15 PM, 18-year-old high-school football star Elijah Dewitt was shot dead in the parking lot outside the Sugarloaf Mills Mall in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
Two other teens, both of them black, have been arrested and charged with Dewitt’s murder.
Most would agree that this incident was a tragedy. What I find even more tragic is the fact that before the blood had even dried, Dewitt’s girlfriend and both of his parents said that they forgave the killers. (more…)

Nick Jeelvy welcomed frequent Counter-Currents contributor Stephen Paul Foster back to The Writer’s Bloc to discuss his eerily predictive 2003 book Desolation’s March: The Rise of Personalism and The Reign of Amusement in 21st Century America. (more…)

Not long ago I was chatting with some people I’d just met, and TV programs came up for discussion. I had nothing to add because I don’t own a television. They were wondering why, and I said that I don’t need all that propaganda. There were understanding nods all around the table. It’s very well known that the mainstream media is a gigantic lie factory. (more…)

(more…)

Today is the 150th anniversary of the birth of Ralph Vaughan Williams, one of England’s greatest composers. Breaking with the German tradition, which nineteenth-century English composers sought to emulate, Vaughan Williams forged a distinctly English style that drew upon England’s musical heritage. He is also remembered as one of the twentieth century’s great symphonists.

Alcohol is a two-edged sword. On the one hand it makes life fun and turns strangers into intimate friends in the course of an evening; on the other, it makes a person dysfunctional. Very dysfunctional. Productive time is lost, relationships are damaged, and health is harmed. (more…)

Aleister Crowley was an English poet, novelist, painter, and mountaineer who is most famous as an occultist, ceremonial magician, and founder of the religion and philosophy of Thelema. Sadly, he was also an egomaniac, a pervert, and a drug addict. But at least he did not sacrifice babies to Satan or eat them for breakfast. Ironically, though, Crowley’s supposed Satanism and Black Magic are far less frightening to most people than his politics. For Aleister Crowley was also a man of the Right.

(more…)
