The Challenge of Islam

Morris van de Camp

Elaine Ellinger
A Civilizational Reckoning: Understanding the Threat Reclaiming the Future
USA: POI Books, 2025

The current global geopolitical situation is the Clash of Civilizations. This clash is between groupings of nations whose people hold a similar worldview based on shared racial, cultural, and religious characteristics. America is in Western Civilization and Western Civilization’s most troublesome rival is the Civilization of Islam—whose individual members are called Muslims.

For centuries, Muslims created a string of problems for white European Christians. Islamic invaders conquered Spain in 711. They occupied most of that country until finally pushed out in 1492. The last of the Spanish Muslim migrant-colonists, the Moriscos, were removed after a lengthy domestic debate that mirrors present-day conflicts in America over deporting illegal immigrants.

Spain was not the only European country threatened by Muslim forces. The French turned back an army of Islamic invaders at Tours in 732. The Normans liberated Muslim and Arab-ruled Sicily after a series of campaigns which started in 1061. Islamic armies threatened Vienna twice but were turned back. Meanwhile, Islamic slave raiding and piracy made shipping in the Mediterranean Sea hazardous until first American and then British forces destroyed the pirate city-states on the North African coast. Europeans, especially the French and Spanish then colonized the region, rendering it an exotic extension of Europe for a time.

After European man neutered the pirates and slavers in North Africa, the threat of Islam sank into the pages of dusty history books. Only a few farsighted thinkers pointed out that Islam has an enormous potential to become a revived threat in the early twentieth century—most notably Hilaire Belloc and Lothrop Stoddard. It wasn’t until 1988, when Islamic migrants went bonkers over an unreadable book mildly critical of Islam called The Satanic Verses, that Europeans noticed that Islamic immigrants had colonized parts of The Continent’s cities. Islamic forces came for America in 1993, when the World Trade Center in New York City was bombed for the first time.

You can order Greg Johnson’s Loving Our Own here

Donald Trump was elected President in 2016 after promising a Muslim Travel Ban in the wake of a mass shooting in California perpetrated by a husband-wife team of Muslim jihadists. In the immediate days following Trump’s first election victory, Islamic terror, which had been so steady, appeared to end. Then, liberals and Democrats in America, enraged by Trump’s victory to the point of insanity, acquired an unrequited love for Muslims. The negatives of that delusion manifested in a serious way in 2026, when an Islamic man of immigrant stock was elected mayor of New York City. The Muslim won the election with immigrant votes and promises of creating a socialist paradise. When the Iran War broke out in 2026, persons of Islamic heritage who’d been legally living in America went on a spree of violence and hostility. These terrorist actions included attacks on nightclub and schools as well as bomb-throwing in New York City. There was sub-lethal hostility also. Islamists put a banner advertising an Islamic cemetery on a memorial to the 9-11 victims.

Elaine Ellinger is a Canadian who has written a book on the ideas that underpin Islamic Civilization. The civilization’s religious founder, Mohammed, was born around 570 and died in 632 in Medina. When looking at his religious works in the same spirit as the Protestant German Historical Critics of Christianity, one can see that Mohammed’s ideas on martyrdom were influenced by the Roman Ceasar’s affirmation that he and his soldiers would accept martyrdom rather than surrender at a desperate point of the Roman-Persian War (601 – 630). The influence of the (Eastern) Roman Empire’s worldview upon Mohammed extends beyond martyrdom in war. Ellinger writes,

The Koranic Allah is doctrinally distinct from the Judeo-Christian God – defined by absolute unity (tawhid), without personhood, covenant, or incarnation (Koran 112:1-4, 4:48) (p. iv)

By declaring there was no incarnation of God, Mohammed sidestepped the controversies within Christianity over “Christology” that lead to the Councils of Nicaea, Chalcedon, and others. He also rejects the covenant between God and the Children of Abraham.

The scriptures of Islam consist of the Hadith (the sayings of Mohammed), the Sira (Mohammed’s biography), the Koran (a repackaged and heavily edited form of the Bible), and the example of Mohammed—the sunnah. These form the basis of Islamic Law, called Sharia. Sunnis recognize six authentic collections in their version of the Hadith. Shia recognize only four. In 1924, the Egyptian government published a version of the Koran that has come to be widely accepted called the Cairo Edition. This might by why so many Egyptians have become the most preeminent proponents of radical Islam.

Mohammed declared that there was no time in which Islam did not exist. By the lights of this “revelation,” prominent figures of the ancient world (Plato, Abraham, Jesus, etc.) were all Muslims awaiting Mohammed’s revelation, to put it simply. Ellinger writes,

The internal contradiction between Islam’s claimed timelessness and its condemnation of “pre-Islamic” history is not merely philosophical – it is textual. The Koran itself presents opposing instructions on matters as fundamental as violence, tolerance, and belief. Some verses are peaceful; others command war. All are considered the literal word of Allah. To resolve these contradictions, Islamic jurisprudence developed the doctrine of abrogation – where later verses override earlier ones, even though both remain in the text. A well-known contradiction in the Koran is between verse 2:256 and verse 2:191.

2:256: “Let there be no compulsion in religion…”

2:191: “Kill them wherever you find them…”

Apologists often highlight 2:256 as proof of Islamic tolerance. But the historical context, recorded in both Hadith and Tafsir, confirms the timing as early Medinan, when Mohammed’s position was still relatively weak. (pp. 12 – 13)

The danger of this is clear. White Western liberals can maintain the delusion that Islam is the Religion of PeaceTM so long as there are armed white Western men providing security. The moment the (white) police or (white) army leaves, or the town council in a Muslim infected city in northern England becomes all-Islam, the mask slips and “Kill them wherever you find them. . .” becomes the standing orders.

Standing orders in a sort-of way. The doctrinal interpretation of Islam is continuously debated. Ellinger writes,

This doctrinal free-for-all creates an endless stream of edicts, speeches, and online declarations that drive both belief and behavior, all claiming legitimacy under Sharia. There is no unified voice – only the constant amplification of individual authority. (p. 65)

This is how a single online influencer can issue fatwas which radicalize an Islamic migrant in Holland, Michigan, or elsewhere. Fatwas rarely fit within a wider goal. Al-Qaeda’s fatwas called for terror against the far enemy (America). Other groups called for action against the near enemy—other Muslims considered apostates. Samuel Huntington rightly pointed out that the Civilization of Islam has bloody borders and bloody innards.

There is also an Islamic war against truth. “In Islam,” writes Ellinger, “truth isn’t something discovered; it’s something to which one submits.” (p. 40) This echoes the observations of V.S. Naipaul who wrote,

The glories of this religion were in the remote past; it had generated nothing like a Renaissance. Muslim countries, where not colonized, were despotisms; and nearly all, before oil, were poor.

Islam also has a dual system of morality. At the top of their ethical system are Muslim men, then Muslim women, then the Kafirs, or non-Muslims. “A Kafir is viewed…incapable of understanding, useful only to the extent they submit, or can be manipulated to serve the goals of Islam.” (p. 40)

Islamic migrants communities thrive in the two-tiered, anarcho-tyranny justice systems in Western Europe and the United States which have been securely established since the early 1990s. They thrive in this environment because their religious worldview is already two-tiered.

Dual justice is especially noticeable in England and Germany. In the former nation, the political elite has ignored an epidemic of sexual violence perpetrated by Pakistani men against working class English girls from broken homes. Ellinger writes,

The ‘grooming gang’ crisis in the U.K. – particularly in Rotherham, Rochdale, and Oxford – reflects the dark consequence of Islamic doctrine applied to Non-Muslim children. Over decades, Muslim men, often of Pakistani origin (and in Holland, Moroccan origin), systematically abused, raped, and trafficked underage Non-Muslim girls while authorities, including the Rotherham police, either participated in the sexual abuse of these girls or remained silent for fear of being labeled racist or Islamophobic. This silence allowed the abuse to flourish. As detailed in Easy Meat by Peter McLoughlin, these crimes are rooted in a religious framework that treats Non-Muslim women and children as legitimate spoils – the property of Muslims when Islam is dominant or advancing. (p. 134)

This deliberate abuse of young women is part of Islam’s imperative of conquest. It dovetails into the system’s support for slavery. It is ironic that the 1960’s-era boxer Cassius Clay changed his name to Muhammad Ali after converting to Islam because the former name was a “slave name.” That boxer was originally named for Cassius Marcellus Clay (1810 – 1903), a prominent Kentucky abolitionist. The new name was for a man who very much supported slavery and whose followers reinstated the practice after progressive political systems in the Islamic World, such as Baathism, were destroyed by American and other Western forces in Iraq, Libya, and other places after the end of the Cold War.

You can buy Greg Johnson’s Truth, Justice, & a Nice White Country here

Islamic activists also work with other groups to achieve their aims. This explains why scolding and cruel white women who call themselves liberals ally with Islamic groups in places like Minnesota. For some reason, those who lean to the Left politically are quick to become useful idiots for a dangerous group with a vicious ideology—be it Islam or Bolshevism.

Minnesota has become a central hub for Islam in America. Somali migrants have colonized key parts of the state and punch well above their numbers in political dominance. They are aided by liberals and Democrats in the state’s political apparatus. Minnesota’s Attorney General Keith Ellison is a Muslim supporter of Islam in the state. Ellinger writes,

In 2007, Keith Ellison became the first Muslim elected to the United States Congress. Though born into a Catholic family. Ellison converted to Islam in college and later requested to be sworn in on a Koran – not just any Koran, but Thomas Jefferson’s own 18th-century copy. This choice was symbolic: a show of compatibility between Islam and American democracy. The media applauded it. Few pointed out the irony: the same Koran contains the doctrinal commands Ellison had, by implication, affirmed – including those that sanction war against unbelievers, regulate the status of Non-Muslims, and forbid lasting peace outside Islamic supremacy. While courts insist that all oaths are equally binding, the reality is more complicated. A legal system premised on Christian assumptions about truth, sin, and individual conscience cannot simply substitute one holy book for another and expect the same outcome. A system that allows an oath upon a book that explicitly permits strategic deceit is, in effect, opening the door to its own manipulation. Swearing on the Koran in court is not a harmless gesture. (p. 203)

In other words, theology matters. The ongoing revelations of Somali migrants ripping off the Minnesota taxpayers should be recognized as more than just an ethnic mafia chasing profitable fraud. It is Civilizational warfare—Islam verses the West.

The book is repetitive, but only because the crisis of Islam is repetitive. One terror attack follows another. One scandal is replaced with another similar scandal. Ellinger’s book shows how these attacks tie into Islamic scripture. Her main idea to defeat the challenge is to move Islam from the category of “religion” to that of a total political system—making Muslims equivalent to Communists—and then working within the established system to turn back the threat.

Very one-sided and biased, as I see. For a broader perspective I would recommend the book Allah ist ganz anders, written by German author Sigrid Hunke, who worked in “Ahnenerbe” in 1940’s.

I would never miss an opportunity to promote Pfander Films on YouTube, who analyses the scripture of the Koran and compares it to his Protestant lens. In fact, there are multiple versions of the Koran, though usually serving niche communities.

There’s also Dr Warner from the Center for the Study of Political Islam of you want a more secular analysis. He has recompiled the Koran into a chronological order to highlight Islamic aggression.

Warner has done great work focussing on Islam’s views and behaviors toward the non-Muslim, its “political” aspect.

More concerning is the AI-hallucinated, garbled Arabic on the cover, which hardly inspires confidence in the author.

I have studied Islam, among other religions, for a long time. First read the Quran in 1988.

Islam is an imperialist, colonizing and totalizing territorial theocracy. Has been since Mohammed moved from Mecca to Medina. It is the oldest and most consistent external enemy that Christendom, now the West, has had.

Islam, and therefore, of course, Muslims have no place in our homelands.

Great article! White Christians are too cowardly, and effeminate to stand up to muslims. 🙃

Except when it comes to pet dogs. In Britain people are enraged because Muslims are starting to complain that there are too many pet dogs in public. They don’t like dogs as pets (I am not sure if they eat them like they do in China and Korea) and don’t like them in public parks. People are fighting back! There is even an advertising campaign by Ricky Gervais: “Don’t like dogs? You can fuck off.”

I forgot they don’t eat pork.  Instead of a mask you could try a state of the art invisibility cloak, lol.

Trump said he will bring hell to Iran.  As far as I am concerned, these poor bastards are already living in hell if they can’t eat bacon and sausages and wash them down with beer.  If the Muslim invasion continues apace, Oktoberfest will be canceled! The prospect of such a nightmare might make the average citizen call for repatriation.  “You want to be a nice guy, or do you want to eat well and enjoy your beer?” As soon as Whites become a minority there will be a lot of cultural shifts.

Whites are already minorities. Too bad White  Christians care more about their pets than they do their children. Can you imagine having to go to public school today—anywhere? Don’t get me wrong, I love critters of all kinds, but White Christians only get excited when they think their pets are threatened. They could care less about the hell their children are going through in public school, etc. 🙃

Unlike Medieval Christianity, Islam never had a Church or Pope. In other words, no institutional centralization. That’s why it is not properly speaking one entity (as the Catholic Church is, or the Armenian Apostolic Church is), meaning that “Islam” itself is not a political power, but a rather a cultural-religious operating system for various political powers.

Originally, the power that ran on “Islam” were the united Arab tribes. In later periods, other tribal confederations adopted that operating system and used it for their own purposes. Islamicized Berbers invading the Iberan peninsula, islamicized Turkic tribes conquering India resp. Anatolia (north of the Caucasus, there was a counter-example of a  Turkic tribe, the Khazarians, adopting Judaism instead).

So despite its doctrinal and philosophical unipolarity, Islam is politically multipolar (Saudi Wahabism, Persian Shia, Arab Sunnis, semi-secular Turks etc) and cannot be united (except in a limited sense), which means that the Clash of Civilizations scenario is a too simplified scheme.

Lastly, the struggle between Occident and Orient predates Christanity and Islam and always had an ethnic-racial dimension. The Greek Pagans didn’t like the Pagan Phoenicians, or the Pagan Persians, either, and Pagan Rome battled Pagan Carthage to the death. The Middle Eastern mentality, and especially the Semitic/Arab one, is incompatible with the European mentality.

And also the ancient Chinese fought against the nomadic Tuerkic peoples long before the Tuerks adapted Islam. At least since the wars with Huns, and this was in the 3th century B.C. or even before.

Very good point. Nothing about the Arab world is amicable to the West, and Islam is just the wallpaper.

Despite Arabs being part of the metarace of Caucasoids the most fitting way to describe them is in the passage of the Baghavad Gita, where Arjuna is encouraged to fight and victor over his cousins in order to fulfill his destiny.

“…a book (Koran) that explicitly permits strategic deceit…” an Islamic practice called taqiyyah.  As their numbers grow in the West they will no longer have to be defensive, but will become even more aggressive. Islam has been on a war footing since day one.

Speaking of war, I’ve read that some European countries may not attempt to draft Muslim citizens into the military.  So they will have Whites going into the military in order to keep Europe safe for the invaders.  Yes, sometimes we’re our own worst enemy.

In case of war, European Muslims will not fight against Russia, an Islamic country, so they are unreliable. The same could be said about Iran.

Russia is an Islamic country? I’m not up on the statistics but I always put Russia (West of the Ural Mountains) in the Orthodox bloc.  Then again, Glen Beck has been rambling about how Dugin is appealing to Muslims to join the fight against the West. I guess there is an alliance between the two civilizations/blocs.  They want to wash the world in blood to bring about a better future.

Trump announced his new Golden Age when he came into office, and when he started this adventure in Iran he said it was for the “future”.  I don’t know who is sounding more chiliastic these days!

The problem is that the statictics lies. Russian Orthodox Christians are numerally big, but they are Christians only nominally. Most of them remember that they are Christians only twice a year, to Christmas and to Eastern. The number of Muslims is smaller, but they are mostly much more religious and they remember that they are Muslims five times a day. (Qazan Tatars are secular, most of Bashkorts are secular, but the whole Caucasus is very religious.)
