What Is the Ideology of Sameness? Part 2
Part 2 of 4 (Part 1 here)
Translated by F. Roger Devlin
The Ideology of Sameness
“I think the entire history of the world and of societies can be fully interpreted according to two great principles,” writes the sociologist Paul Yonnet, “viz., that of equalization and that of differentiation (or the tendency to similarity and the tendency to deviation), between which relations of re-equilibration, of compensation (true, false, symbolic, or real) or consolation, are constantly being formed.”[1] (more…)

Modern economics are in large part defined by the premise that infinite growth is both possible and desirable — if not always in theory, then at least in how most major economic actors behave. The green line should always go up — at least in the long term. If one takes a step back, this is unrealistic. Even if we could create ever more producers and consumers and make them ever more efficient, there is a limited amount of resources: food, land, rare metals, oil, and so on. (more…)

It’s Gay Pride Month, and I’m casting about for ways to celebrate this awesome event. Even as early as three years ago, I observed shampoo and mouthwash coming out of the closet at Target stores. Yes, really! And now that Burger King Whoppers are turning fruity, that really got my attention. Fast food without sociopolitical messages is way too twentieth century, after all; it’s the Current Year! Fine, I’ll get with the times already! What better way to commemorate the joys of same-sex attraction than with a movie review? (more…)

It seems the Christian versus Pagan debate has sprung up again in our circles and has kicked the hornets’ nest as to the direction that the Dissident Right must go in. While I believe that we must all be respectful to one another as we are on the same team, there is clearly a deep-seated animosity held by many Pagans and Nietzscheans against Christians. This dirty laundry must be aired and the bad blood of the Pagans taken to task. (more…)
