The first and fiercest punishment ought to fall first on the traitor, second on the enemy. — Corneliu Zelea Codreanu
I was cautiously optimistic about America First Legal (AFL). Their mission statement proudly proclaims in part: “We believe that all Americans deserve a government that puts their needs, their interests, and their country FIRST.” It was founded in 2021 by Stephen Miller, who had a strong track record on immigration from his time in the Trump administration. Miller touts AFL as “the long-awaited answer to the ACLU.” To AFL’s credit, they have done a lot of good work.
On April 26, however, AFL posted on X that they had “. . . sued Biden’s Department of Education for illegally hiding records regarding the pro-Hamas college rallies with foreign extremists happening across the country. Many of these students are here on F-1 student visas. Hamas sympathizers should be deported!”
Yesterday, we sued Biden’s Department of Education for illegally hiding records regarding the pro-Hamas college rallies with foreign extremists happening across the country.

Sadly, America First Legal has become illustrative of the fact that we cannot work with Zionists. In an alliance with Zionists, we will always be the junior partner in the relationship — even though white Americans should be the senior partner because this is our country. When Jews run white societies and organizations, white resources will be diverted to serving Jewish interests. And whenever our interests collide, Jewish interests will take precedence every single time.
AFL’s latest lawsuit may seem good at first glance. A lot of Muslim students are Leftist troublemakers who might as well wear rainbow burkas, and they take the seats of white students in the zero-sum game of college admissions. Deporting them would further trigger the Left, causing more conflict and chaos, which would be to our advantage.
This is all a trap. Stephen Miller is Jewish, and he is pursuing Israeli interests at the expense of our interests.
First, he is smearing the optics of the broader Right by associating them with genocide in Gaza and snipers on college rooftops, and during an election year at that. It is likely that the Democrats will manage to damage their own optics even more, but this is not an assumption a serious Republican should make.
Second, he is undermining the First Amendment. As much as I do not believe that free speech should encompass foreigners coming to America to mouth off at white people and subvert our country, that’s obviously not what this is about. I doubt Miller ever seriously pushed for deporting foreign students who were anti-white during Black Lives Matters’ ascendancy, just as Governor Abbott of Texas has sent more troops to college campuses to protect the feelings of entitled Jewish students and professors — many of whom revel in anti-white hate — than to protect our southern border. The AFL’s lawsuit is part of a broader trend of Zionist Republicans (pardon the redundancy) trying to carve out a novel exception for anti-Semitism within the First Amendment contrary to its black-letter meaning, common sense, our history and traditions, and mountains of caselaw. In politics, the who is more important than the what or the how, and the who here is the Jews — not whites, and not even generic Americans. Free speech is the bedrock of freedom, but Miller is happy to throw it out the moment it becomes inconvenient for Jews.
The First Amendment issue flows into the third issue. This will solidify tactics to suppress dissent which were originally and almost exclusively used against whites, and which will probably be used against us again. At the very least, the threat of their use will continue to dampen our freedom of speech and assembly.
Charlottesville was a trap in which Leftists conspired with the police to cause chaos so that they could then complain about it and file lawsuits. Key to this was disingenuously attacking everyone involved in the event as a Hollywood villain ready to fire up the gas chambers simply because they opposed the destruction of historical monuments. It helped that a suspicious person brought a suspicious flag with suspiciously fresh creases, and there was a dead body to performatively mourn. This allowed the Left to isolate their target for lawfare and cancel culture.
January 6 was another trap in which the regime had dozens of agents present to stir things up, and the police antagonized and lured the crowd into the “sacred temple of Our Democracy™.” The media then comically exaggerated their actions and slurred them as insurrectionists with operatic levels of choreography.
I don’t need my tarot cards to predict that the campus protests will see a repeat of these same tactics of police brutality, entrapment, false flags, and agent provocateurs. They’re already using “Hamas supporter” as a slur to isolate their targets, just as they have previously done with “neo-nazi” and “insurrectionist” — and with the same connotations of violence and extremism.
This is going to end with blood and mass incarcerations — for real, not like the catch-and-release of the BLM era. These tactics will probably enjoy wild success, because while the nationalists and MAGA crowd have already gone through painful experiences with the powers-that-be, the Left has no experience at all, because thus far they have fought in tandem with regime interests — or at least could be co-opted for regime interests. I almost pity them.
This does not mean that we should support the protestors. Both sides are anti-white, and thus our objective enemy. We might want to encourage them from the sidelines, because in a fight between various anti-white factions, whites win. But we should not allow either side to dragoon our scarce resources into a conflict that is no more in our interests than the Iraq War.
In the wake of October 7, some have suggested that we ally with Leftists and Muslims due to their imminent legal persecution. I would welcome this in theory, but in practice I am opposed, because they could never drop their anti-white hate, as it is the cornerstone of their ideology. Cooperating with the protestors would just get us a knife — or a scimitar — in our backs.
Cooperating with the Zionists is untenable for the same reasons. They might be more polished and sophisticated, but their actions show that they see us merely as a resource to exploit. The tactics of state oppression that they are using against the campus protestors today were being used against us yesterday, and will be used against us tomorrow as well. Some of us cheered when the PATRIOT Act was first employed against Muslims, but we are wiser now. If history is any indication, the anti-Semitism exception to the First Amendment will be expanded to target white advocacy, just as the PATRIOT Act was.
It is lamentable and unethical that the AFL and Miller are using donor money to propagate cancel culture when many of those same donors undoubtedly contributed in order to fight cancel culture. The AFL’s website even brags about fighting cancel culture and promoting freedom of speech. This brings an important point into focus: the Left is anti-white, and the mainstream Right is pro-Israel. Neither side is pro-white.
Only those who are explicitly pro-white can be trusted to use white resources wisely, especially money. This is why I would like to ask you to consider donating to Counter-Currents, the Homeland Institute, or another pro-white institution rather than mainstream political institutions, even if they appear to be doing good work. They have plenty of other donors, many of whom are Jewish and will insist on putting Jewish issues first. You should do the same for your own people.
Further, if friends and family with more mainstream views donate to such political causes, I would humbly ask that you consider suggesting that they donate to pro-white causes — or if that isn’t feasible, at least direct them toward the better mainstream causes. You might also point out the natural implications of the stark disparity in the establishment’s treatment of the violent BLM riots of 2020 and the (thus far) peaceful campus protests of 2024.
Israel already mooches enough off of our people through tax money. We shouldn’t voluntarily give them even a single additional cent out of charity.

Good points.
This is the standard model now. Anyone who only reads racial right content might come to the view the world’s really changing in our favor. Well go and read Breitbart’s news feed in social media and you will find that nothing has changed at all. What’s happened is our issues have been absorbed, filtered and redirected.
The idea is to tie ‘anti-woke’ to Israel support. Their idea of ‘woke’ is people complaining about Jews dropping bombs on them in a prison camp.
Great article, as always. Virtually any anti leftist who has a book deal is firmly in the Zionist camp. Rufo broke mainstream again in his fight against AA by exposing Claudine Gay and others’ alleged plagiarism, but he only had this success because it served the interests of the Zionists. His behavior would have been reviled in any other context. Also, Andy Ngo, whom I admired, seems to be attempting to equate opposition to the Gaza protests with his anti-Antifa activities. Opposition to antifa and BLM can have successes, but only if it serves Zionist objectives. We have to be the junior partner.
This kind of sharp and articulate analysis is why I am a regular contributor to The Homeland Institute, and I encourage other C-C readers to support it.
Thank you for your support, it means a lot!
A very insightful article.
“This brings an important point into focus: the Left is anti-white, and the mainstream Right is pro-Israel. Neither side is pro-white.”
And we should not be supporting anti-Whites. I don’t care if they happen to be (or pretend to be) anti-Israel in this case or not.
We need to demand pro-Whiteness as the only litmus test that matters, and anything less is just spinning the wheels.
🙂
Thank you for writing this and blowing the whistle on Steve Miller. He’s a snake.
I often think that as White nationalists we should not oppose Zionism. We should instead oppose Jewish domination in our countries. I absolutely don’t mind Jews who want to build their state in Palestine – unless it means flooding America and Europe with Muslim refugees. For us, the militant Jewish elites in America and Europe are the chief problem as long as they are anti-white and support non-white immigration. I’d give the Jews the whole of Middle East if they’d leave us alone.
The only thing I’m hopeful for is that criticism of Zionism will open the discussion to criticism of broader Jewish elitism across the West. By cracking down on the university protests, the Zionists are demonstrating themselves to be the “capitalists” worth overthrowing to the MS Left, and as rote tyrants to the MS Right as the next forever war gets demanded.
What is needed is a Dissident Right legal organization so the movement does not need to rely on other parties to fight its courtroom battles. This is easier said than done, of course, since any such organization trying to get off the ground would be up against regime sponsored de-platforming, de-financialization, smear campaigns, lawfare, and all the rest.
And the struggle is not just in the courtrooms. One thing which leftwing legal organizations do which is very good is in getting their cadres up front. They build student groups on college campuses. They train activists in their legal rights and march alongside demonstrators. They are there when an arrested activist needs to be bailed out of jail or represented in front of a university tribunal. Lesson to be learned, especially in the aftermath of Charlottesville ’17.
As for potential Dissident Right use of lawfare to deport (or otherwise remove) the anti-white sector, this is a tricky one. The usual response is, “How can we complain about Leftwing cancel culture when we are practicing cancel culture ourselves?”
The rejoinder is along the lines that: the Left (or really the Left’s sponsors in the regime) has long since violated any social contract re a marketplace of ideas by repression both soft (de-platformings, etc) and hard (jailing dissidents like Sam Melia for speech). If the regime and its lackeys start playing by the rules, then so can the Dissident Right. Otherwise, the Dissident Right needs to recognize the nature of the struggle and act accordingly.
Regardless, all this bears more discussion…and activism.
We are working on creating such an organization. We have a lot of lawyers. Law is the best-represented profession in our ranks.
It’s Israel First because he wants to deport Muslim immigrants? We have to be against deportations when Zionism is the pretext now? Antisemitism rots brains.
“Anti-” anything can be damaging in the long run if it supercedes what you stand for, or your “pro” position.
The benefits of deporting illegals are so great that I will accept it being done for all the wrong reasons, even if it was done to diminish transphobia.
Unrelated, what happened to your Substack?
If you want to deport someone, why not start with the foreign nationals, including Israeli expatriates, possibly associated with the terrorist organization “Jewish Defense League”, who committed an act of terrorism against the peaceful protesters, including native born White Americans, at UCLA?
Why not focus on first deporting illegal immigrants?
Why start by deporting legal visa holders who are guilty of no wrongdoing? Legal visa holders who are advocating for the same foreign policy we are advocating for: “End all US support for Israel”?
Stephen Miller’s idea to deport pro-Palestinian protesters reminds me of Trump’s so-called “Muslim Ban” – which was in fact a ban on immigration from countries which were designated as “state sponsors of terrorism” – i.e. nations which had a pro-Palestinian / anti-Israeli foreign policy: Iran, Iraq, Syria, Libya. The total amount of immigration from these 4 countries would have been small regardless – they constitute a very small fraction of Muslim immigrants, who in turn constitute a very small fraction of total non-White immigrants. Furthermore, these aren’t even the countries where Muslim terrorists come from – if we wanted to block terrorists, Wahhabi Saudi Arabia should have been first on the list. This “Muslim ban” was actually an additional punishment for pro-Palestinian countries, and it caused maximum offense to Muslims while accomplishing minimum reduction in immigration. A complete immigration moratorium combined with the deportation of all illegal immigrants would have caused less offense because no one would have felt singled out, and thus left the option open for tactical cooperation with Muslims on matters of common concern, while simultaneously doing much more to reclaim America for Americans.
And even if you did want to revoke visas and deport legal visa holders, why focus on Hamas supporters? Hamas has never targeted the American homeland. Why not focus on supporters of Tahrir al-Sham, aka Al-Qaeda in Syria, real terrorists?
It all goes to show that Israel is, unfortunately, the top priority for Stephen Miller and Donald Trump.
Minuscule scraps are contemptuously thrown to immigration restrictionists (temporary ban on immigration from a handful of countries, a few hundred student visas revoked) – at the cost of making White Americans the scapegoats, the fall guys, the patsies, the whipping boys for the horrific crimes against humanity committed by the powerful Jews who constitute the core of the Israel lobby. No thanks!
Deporting them not because they are Muslim and a threat to White people but because they are anti Zionist and a threat to the globalist control only emboldens the globalists who are behind every evil program we are fighting against. Deporting people who undermine our biggest enemy does not help us. It helps the Zionists. In the same way it is foolish to oppose Iran. Iran is not a threat to White people. Iran is a threat to Zionists. Iran is not flooding the West with migrants. That would be the policies pushed by Zionists with their political, institutional, and financial control.
Deport the few % of Muslims does not help us. We still have our cities filled with you know who. Keeping the Muslims to decimate the political and institutional power of Zionism is helpful to us. We should actually be supporting visas on the basis of anti Zionism.
‘It’s Israel First because he wants to deport Muslim immigrants? We have to be against deportations when Zionism is the pretext now? Antisemitism rots brain.’
The argument is a pro-White argument. Since jews aren’t White and do not support Whites ruling White lands in the interest of Whites, all jewish organizations eventually (and inevitably) attack White values – in this case ‘free speech’. I don’t support ‘free speech’ for anti-Whites under a White regime, so I understand completely why the jews do what they do. They’re in charge. Why should they respect the rights of those who oppose them?
‘America’ simply means ‘jewish supremacist state’ at this point and that’s why jews just love ‘America’ (now).
‘America First Legal’ is ‘Jewish Supremacy First Legal’.
If the jews are supreme, then Whites cannot be.
As for deporting ‘Muslim immigrants’, you can be assured that, given the chance, they’ll deport you for saying mean things about jews and Israel.
Sadly, America First Legal has become illustrative of the fact that we [Whites] cannot work with [Jews]… And whenever our interests collide, Jewish interests will take precedence every single time.
No kidding. Sadly?
A couple of years ago a supporter sent me the book about the smarmy Jew, Stephen Miller, Hatemonger: Stephen Miller, Donald Trump, and the White Nationalist Agenda, reviewed at C-C three years ago. Quite revealing.
Miller, with his quick, fake smile, is a favorite guest at FOX News. Racially conscious Whites are fools to trust a word the glib SOB says. Don’t take my word for that, trust what his Jew maternal uncle, Dr. David S. Glosser, has to say about the Yeshiva boy:
“Today, I am also criticizing Stephen Miller’s hypocrisy, promoting white supremacists when he does not meet their definition of white…” Source: Stephen Miller has betrayed his Jewish roots, relative says | Commentary – Orlando Sentinel
How many suggestible FOX News watchers think the oily Miller meets the definition of White?
I had to pay $1 to be able to copy that line from the Orlando Sentinel, but feel it is worth a dollar to be able to share it with C-C readers. I am told I can cancel the subscription anytime but advised that if my cancellation is somehow not honored, I will be automatically charged $23.96 every 4 weeks. How Jewish of The Sentinel.
Edit: Ha! I see with this comment I’ve broken through to be in C-C’s Top 100.
The default jewish talking point for over 100 years is that if it’s not jewish supremacist it’s ‘white supremacist’. In typically jewish fashion, both Miller and Grosser are on the same side – the jewish supremacist side – but they have to create the illusion that ‘the jews’ are not a ‘side’ by pretending to disagree with each other.
Just like with the GOP and the DNC, all ‘differences’ are only in appearance are are promoted in order to give the impression that these ‘differences’ are important. But they’re not. The agreement is what’s important. And in my life I’ve never met a jew who would sacrifice anything to restore White rule in White lands.
‘Left-wing’ jews and ‘Right-wing’ jews both agree that ‘America’ should remain a jewish-supremacist state. As soon as they’re done airing their differences in public, they both meet at the synagogue and share a good laugh at how they’re fooling the goyim.
On May 7, the Israeli government passed a law to ban the last media journalist group from Israel / Gaza. Over one hundred of their journalist have been killed to date violating international law. This all before the final onslaught on the last civilian refuge.
Very astute point about not working with them. Whether it’s the 80% who are rabid leftist globalists or 15% who are Israel first, we will always be undermined. Don’t bring them into your business, don’t hire them, and don’t date them. There are always exceptions in everything but don’t risk it for the 5% chance. Your can keep acquitances and be friendly socially but never allow them in your affairs. Not even as an unpaid intern.
Good points. At this point in the development of White racial consciousness and the organization of White self-defense in the race-war being waged by jews, the individual pro-White needs to be as innocuous in their views as possible. There is no value to martyrdom at this point in the evolutionary process of White racial consciousness-raising. Like the White supremacists who gave up their supremacy so that jews could rule America, many jews just assume their supremacy and have no idea why a White would take umbrage at being ruled by jews. There’s no upside to even having the conversation. But, from the standpoint of resistance, thinking to yourself ‘you’re a jew’ when dealing with them will reinforce that the jew is not White.
