Counter-Currents is a publication I admire because of the leadership of Dr. Greg Johnson and its coterie of dazzling writers. As a black libertarian who appreciates nationalism of any sort, but with no affinity for nationalism, some might think that I am unfit to pen this column, but if you want anything done, you must do it yourself. Although I am not an American, I have been following the dissident Right for years. (more…)

Whenever there is a mass shooting that is attributed to White Nationalism, Greg Johnson posts a commentary in which he bemoans the fact that he has to keep writing the same thing over and over. (more…)

Angelo Gage was a minor Alt Right b-lister when he was with Identity Evropa. He then left activism for a few years, but recently returned under a new name: Lucas Gage. He has become one of the dissident Right’s many overnight success stories through Elon Musk’s Twitter/X. He grew from 50,000 followers to over 200,000 in a matter of months and has established his account as one of the large anti-Zionist accounts, and possibly the biggest explicitly Right-wing anti-Zionist account (more…)

When it comes to their ability to disappoint me, people never disappoint me. One of the biggest compliments I can give someone is “You never annoyed me,” but it’s a compliment I use sparingly — perhaps once a year.
Although I’ve skipped a year here and there, this “Most Annoying People” listicle is a tradition I started ten years ago when writing for another site. Last year for Counter-Currents I wrote about “The 22 Worst Things About 2022,” but this year I’m shifting the focus back to annoying people. (more…)

Since the original Alt Right was crushed by the government in 2017, the white identity space has been dominated by something calling itself Christian Nationalism. This is often a parlor trick to use the less controversial “Christian” identity as a euphemism for white.
Shortly before Christmas 2023, one of its leaders, Nicholas Fuentes, called for the execution of non-Christians and declared that stemming the tide of illegal immigration at our Southern border is less important than ensuring that the United States is populated only by Christians. We are losing something vital by failing to call out this outrageous subversion of the white cause and the blaspheming of true faith. (more…)

I haven’t talked about movement drama in a while. That’s because there hasn’t been much drama in a while. But when it rains, it pours. Over the last month, there has been a series of scandals and controversies that kept the conversations lively around the White Nationalist water cooler. Among them: (more…)

There is a growing sentiment, particularly amongst Christian conservatives and reactionaries, that the men of “The West” should — indeed, must — form an alliance with the Muslims who have flooded into our countries. Together we can wage a Crusade/Jihad (a Crusihad? A Jihsade?) against the degenerate drag queens and the libs on TikTok. (more…)
