A long-lost video of a speech that Jonathan Bowden delivered to a meeting of the British National Party in Thringstone, Leicestershire on March 12, 2010 was recently unearthed and given to our friends at the Scandza Forum. We are also presenting it here on the occasion of what would have been his 57th birthday, on April 12. (more…)

The center-right government of Austria persecutes Identitarians. The center-Right government of Poland bans Identitarians.
Both governments are seen by many Identitarians as models for nationalist governance, Poland in particular. (more…)

Jonathan David Anthony Bowden was born on April 12, 1962. He died on March 29, 2012, just short of his 50th birthday. Jonathan was a painter, novelist, essayist, playwright, actor, and orator. He was also a friend. His ideas and personality have had a real and permanent impact on my approach to New Right metapolitics. He will be missed, but he will also be remembered and honored. (more…)

Ethnic pride and taking pride in one’s ancestral achievements is wrong, according to Jordan Peterson, because they weren’t things you did yourself, and therefore you don’t get to take pride in that. In fact, it’s a burden.

We are fast approaching peak clown world.
Many of us just want to run away and never look back.

Not for the proud man apart
From the raging moon I write
On these spindrift pages
Nor for the towering dead
With their nightingales and psalms
But for the lovers, their arms
Round the griefs of the ages,
Who pay no praise or wages
Nor heed my craft or art.— From Dylan Thomas, “In My Craft and Sullen Art”

One of the first perks I took advantage of upon recently moving to a big city was the much wider selection of concerts. The modest Lutheran town I hail from did not offer much in the way of bone-powdering metal shows, and as such I have already attended more live performances in the past few months than I had in my entire life prior to the move. The metal connoisseur in me has never been happier.
