Afflicted by a Terrible Mental Toil
A Case Study on the Psychic Toll Transgenderism Imposes on Us All

Richard Parker

1,381 words

On August 15, 2024, the X account “Garbage Human” posted this image, featuring two pictures, ostensibly of the same person, one before “transitioning” and after. It remains unclear if this is the case.  This author ran a number of reverse image searches, both of the image and the before and “after” images in isolation.  Nothing has come up so far, certainly nothing that traces the pictures to the original poster or posters, or the identity of the individual or individuals involved. Most of the comments express incredulity that this could be the same person.

The disturbing before and “after” image tweeted out by “Garbage Human.” Whether the two images are the same person is a matter of some controversy.

And yet a close examination of the two images reveals the nose structure is very similar, as are the eyes. It is impossible to compare the chin of the man in the “before” image with the Rastafarian beard. Moreover, the person in the “after” image has shaved eyebrows, and the image features what could be strategically deceptive clothing and angles, replete with cropping the image to hide the shoulders and chest. In addition, one facial comparison application yielded this result captioned below, remarkable given the beard, Rastafarian dreadlocks, and so on in the “before” image. Opinions on the matter in private correspondence with yours truly have ranged wildly as well, with some expressing conviction that these are not the same people, with others, a minority so far, insisting that this is absolutely the same person, citing similar if not identical nose and eyes, as well as how makeup, surgeries, and botox injections can change appearances. That view of course discounts the possibility that the woman is a close relative, perhaps a sister.

In this single distressing example, everything this author has asserted about the transgender menace is exemplified. It affects everyone. To behold this image entails the likelihood it will stay with anyone who looks at it for quite a while. Squinting, trying to decipher what remnant tells of manhood could be in the “after” image is tantamount to the very mental anguish and psychic toil described in other essays. As stated in “What Consenting Adults Do Is Our Concern”:

Even rare instances of transgenders who pass reasonably well have an uncanniness about their appearance that forces the mind to scrutinize the conflicting signals received, a most unwanted mental toil that transgenderism forces on us all. Quite often they have succeeded in obliterating many but not all signs or tells of their actual sex, while displaying counterfeit, artificial signals that are nothing less than an act of deception, as they seek to deceive those they interact with into thinking that that person is not the gender they were born as, but the one they pretend to be. For all but the absolutely most deceptive, this creates a sort of cognitive dissonance, as the brain struggles to process what is displayed with those nagging “tells” that signify male—for example unusually narrow hips, large hands, or an Adam’s apple for a man presenting as a woman.

The charade ends in a more intimate setting, whether a bathroom, a locker room, or, God forbid, if someone contemplates having relations with such a creature so as not to be a transphobe or bigot:

And even for the rare transgender who reasonably passes as a woman at first glance, the lying and delusion ends in spectacular fashion for anyone stupid or gullible enough to believe that so-called transgender “women” are women when they see—or worse yet experience in other ways–what is between the legs: either a penis and testicles or the assorted horrors of the so-called neo-vagina.

The mental strain inflicted on the individual and society goes beyond this deciphering process. If the “after” image is really the same person in the “before” image, such a person is presenting as such in public, ostensibly as a single person looking for romance or sexual relations. One infers from that either the unlikely scenario that some individuals in our midst might be interested in that, a distressing consideration enough, or that the individual depicted seeks to deceive straight men or bisexual or lesbian women into having a romantic or sexual interest in that person. That is tantamount to constructive rape, if not sexual assault per se. Those readers who are single, and thus may be on a dating application or website, will likely be reminded of such images, and will be affected either consciously or subconsciously as they appraise prospects in these venues. These and other such images will linger in their mind. Those who are happily married or taken, while not being more directly affected by the chance that a prospect on Tinder or match.com could invoke this sort of sexual fraud, still nonetheless feel empathy for those who do have to contend with these new dangers in society. Empathy, of course, is something leftist pigs like to ramble on about, even though they are very poor at actually exhibiting empathy for others in practice. Either way, the mere promulgation of this image is to perpetrate sexual fraud on the viewer, or else a sort of torment, as the mind struggles to reconcile what appears to be a rather attractive white women (despite the mouth piercings) with the grubby Rastafarian white person in the “before” image. To see this image and scrutinize whether the “after” image is the same person or an actual woman is a violation of the mind and eyes, as the entire image claims both images are actually the same person. This image torments the mind, regardless of whether what is purported turns out to be true or false.

If the “after” image is indeed the same individual person as before, it must be conceded this person has nice facial features and could have been a rather handsome fellow, if he had not made himself ugly with the dreadlocks and Rastafarian garb that one can practically smell through a computer screen, to say nothing of “trooning out” more recently.  That draws on empathy and compassion as well, not just for him but any family this person has or did have. If he is straight, it is a tragedy such a person chooses to destroy himself in such a way that he can never have a normal life, never marry or have kids.  That white people are falling prey to this and any myriad of anti-natalist vices are the very reason why the sons and daughters of Europe are in the midst of a demographic winter and racial suicide, of which there is precious little time to counteract and reverse. If he is gay, it is a shame a person cannot accept himself, particularly if restraints on society compelled homosexuals to behave as Christopher Hewett and Noel Coward did, i.e. being relatively discrete about what they are and not rubbing everyone’s nose in it.

At some point society must ask why we should tolerate any of this. Why are mainstream conservatives so tepid in their response, limiting their opposition as it pertains to women’s spaces or preying on children and minors?  Why, out of fear of being called a “bigot” or “transphobe,” do they not enunciate a more enlightened position of uncompromising tolerance, correctly arguing that the insane delusion that people can change sex or gender harms those who entertain such abject insanity as well as society as a whole?

At the very least, this one single incident discredits the blithe assertion that we should not care, that is wrong for the sane amongst to care, that no one is affected by any of this and that it is no one’s concern but those who “choose” to indulge in such fantastical delusion.  This is just one such image of out many. We are affected by this, all of this. Everyone who has seen that tweet or read this article is affected by this harrowing imagery, and what it implies about the individuals involved as well society as a whole. The response must be, yes, we do care, this does affect us. We have to look at this, live among this.  But, should the necessary means to impose our will become available, the time of such permissiveness towards madness and delusion will come to an end.

I would love to say it doesn’t change the bigger point being made, but in some ways it might.

There is no strong way of knowing if those two images are the same person. Someone could have easily put the two together and made this claim.

Online amateur image analysis is 99.999999% wrong.

99.999999% of the time people are not equipped to analyze images and make a determination about something. 99.99999% of the time they see what they want to see.

That could this be this female celebrity is really a ‘man’, and ‘look I can prove it because..’ (and in this case I had no idea how far this rabbit hole went online, it’s truly bizarre, people claim all kinds of females in the public eye are actually men.).

Or ‘there’s a pod attached to the airplane that releases a missile just at the moment of impact with the tower on 9/11. Look you can see it’

Or ‘there’s an alien ghost figure in the background of the photo’.

Or ‘look you can obviously see the self assembling AI nano bots in the vaccine under the microscope. It’s perfectly obvious what this is’

These kinds of claims are worthless and anyone with any serious experience will tell you they are worthless.

I would not have started with this image, and then on top, followed up with speculation, considering if it’s real of it, ‘but it could be because cosmetic procedures and stuff’ which just validates the original mistake here.

Where did the image come from originally ? Where did the original poster get them from ? The image comparison’s provenance is never demanded, it’s just accepted it has value. Was this something the original poster on Twitter was looking for ? Why are they looking for this? Are they part of this broader ‘this female celeb is a tranny’ thing, which is a seriously weird degenerate fringe.

That should not be informing our concerns over trans.

We’ve got to get better at filtering out this kind of noise. It should never make it onto a serious site like Counter Currents.

It really undermines the much more important bigger point being made. You should have just picked a known bonafide case.

I think his point was more along the lines of how the uncertainty imposes a mental toll, and a risk of a greater toll on anyone in the dating scene, in which case the somewhat unknown photo serves his point, but I’d agree that the point could have been made more simply and concisely, without all the image analysis.

In my own life I’ve felt this mental toll in a couple situations. There are rumors that a “guy” who’s a friendly acquaintance of mine is actually a woman. I don’t think this is necessarily deception; “he” might be an extremely mannish lesbian, married to a woman, who is nonetheless somewhat anti-LGBTQ and on the political right. But I’ve just always thought it’d be rude or awkward to ask. But still I’ve wondered… Also, a teacher/indoctrinator at my daughter’s homeschooling co-op is an extremely political, “queer” leftist of unclear sex. It’s somewhat bothersome not knowing what pronouns to use to refer to someone – and I can’t simply ask because I couldn’t trust the answer – but at least I have all the information I need to know that my daughters should be kept far away.

In real life, which is what matters surely, it’s extremely hard for a man to reliably pass as a woman, no matter what he does. How many men are really worried about this stuff, really ?

But those creating this uncertainty on the topic, where this exists, and I had no idea until recently how extreme and nutty this cult had got, are quite distinct from the trans lobby and have different goals.

Also another trick they have now is AI. It’s trivial to compute a ‘male and ‘female’ version of the same person.

Thank you for this.  I think this sentence sums up exactly why those of us who call ourselves race realists, white nationalists or white advocates should care about this topic.

”That white people are falling prey to this and any myriad of anti-natalist vices are the very reason why the sons and daughters of Europe are in the midst of a demographic winter and racial suicide, of which there is precious little time to counteract and reverse.”

I dislike liars, especially the ones who try to force others to go along with their lies. It takes a special kind of wickedness to engage in both at the same time.

After them I dislike the spineless shits who go along, whether to get along or to preen for others how extra kind and worldly they are. These types are just a special kind of stupid.

Someone has missed the point. I chose this image precisely because, as of now, it has not been determined whether this is the same person. That uncertainty is one of the things in my opinion, that makes it so distressing. A really deceptive transgender person taxes the mind as well but there is usually resolution to the matter. Creatures like Buck Angel and Emma Ellingsen (I won’t bother to look up their real names) exact a toll on the mind, but there is resolution when someone learns the truth. Not so with this instance. Also, I am fairly certain it is not AI–a large twitter account that gets that sort of activity would have had a response identifying it as AI, and the images are not clean enough, are too unique to be AI.

Also, this is real life. The pictures, I am fairly certain, depict real people. People use the internet in real life (particularly for dating), and the images are something received by our optical nerves, in actuality, in our real lives. Both mass media and social media are real life, and they arguably count for more. Otherwise, why would the ruling class invest trillions in advertising, mass media conglomerates and big tech social media outlets?

That stated, and maybe I should have ended the article asking for this in the comments, what do readers think the truth is about this image? Are they two different people? Is it the same person? I have oscillated on this matter quite a bit. I was at first convinced that this was a fraud, those are two different people and this is just a mind-f… eh very grating hoax. Now I am inclined to think it is likely the same person. It is interesting that in the “after image” the shoulders are obscured.  I am still not certain, which is precisely why I do not care for it all, and also the very reason why I chose it, as it is a perfect case study in how this lunacy affects us every time we are subjected to it.

Another less noticed observation on this: the F to M transitioners are some of the most miserable of the lot like that ellen ‘elliot’ page. They also appear as males more convincingly, albeit hairless, beta, and twinkish but at a second’s glance do pass as undisputably male. Not so with the M to F counterparts who either look like monsters or opt for expensive pseudo-femininity begotten plastic surgically to get the Blaire White look. But because the F to M pass enough as male nobody can tell they’re trans and to the rest of the world they’re just a White male. Not exactly the privileged patriarchy they assumed it was. Deluded assumptions clash with harsh realities with female sensitivities stuck in the hated ‘angry White male’ body, and so chaos reigns. It’s like one half of a bizarre Sean Archer-Castor Troy Face/Off grotesquerie.

If you have not done so already, I invite you to check out two essays on my Substack “The Psychic Toll” and “A Call for Uncompromising Tolerance,” both of which discuss the female to male thing in detail. The latter includes a couple of handy memes you can put in your pocket for use later.  The “pooners” generally pass better in photographs, but in person, not so much, because of how most women are shorter and have lighter bone density. The females do have an easier time obliterating the tells of their natural sex, but cues like being 5’3 and really small boned among other things appear uncanny. Looking at these things are pretty much a migraine headache on order. In one of the essays, there is a before and after of what was a rather attractive Finnish woman before and “it” after.  There are other tells one would notice in person but even with a beard, this creature looks off.  Smoother skin, feminine cheekbones, a weird facial hairline not typical or most or any men as well as balding in that persons mid 20s are all tells.  Many of the images are really heart-breaking. I have showcased some before and after horror shows of what were really attractive young women who would have been a nice companion for some lucky guy.

“But, why do you care? How does it affect you, personally?” /S

I do not think it is the same person. I think this side-by-side is just another psyop to hook morons into believing this is what their transition could produce. Image on right is 99% likely a bio front hole. These porn addicted middle aged men really believe they can turn themselves into a teen hottie and this is just an ad helping them make the call to Dr. Feelgoodstein.

I mostly agree with what you’ve written, but not the bit about ‘constructive rape’ or sexual assault occasioned by trannies. Normal adult men can only be raped or sexually assaulted by insertion of body parts or objects into the rectum or being forced to perform fellatio, a most unlikely outcome from an encounter with a half-way convincing tranny. Although noone likes to be made a fool of in matters of the boudoir suggesting playing the victim in such misunderstandings is unmanly and vaguely histrionic.

I’ll also put in another plug for retiring the enemy’s word ‘gender’ when discussing this issue. Sex is immutable. Gender is a grammatical term. ‘Transgenderism’, even when it’s not just cross-dressing, is better thought of as chemical and/or surgical transvestitism.

I understand your position, but I maintain nonetheless that this sort of thing is ultimately obtaining intimacy against another person’s will.  That is why I used the term “constructive rape.” If it is not illegal, it certainly should be.

I see what you’re saying but seduction of women by men or vice versa has a rich history of deception. From pre-coital declarations of undying love down to the age old practice of wearing make-up it’s always been caveat emptor, and until very recently with greater consequences for the woman. Not to say that it’s not  immoral to deceive a suitor as to one’s true sex just that I don’t think we should seek to turn it into a crime.

True to a certain extent, but at some point the deception crosses the line where what is happening goes behind mere regret but  is inducing something against that person’s will. It is a sexual violation of some sort and should be treated accordingly.
