Most factions opposed to the left, ranging from most mainstream conservatives to those of a more radical, enlightened persuasion, are elated as much by the defeat of Kamala-Walz as they are by the victory of Donald Trump in the 2024 Presidential Campaign. (more…)

There has been increasing chatter and murmurings in right-wing circles denouncing the candidacy of Donald Trump, advocating for either abstention from voting or even voting for Kamala Harris. This commentary runs the gambit, from commentators I actually like and respect, such as the far-right commentator Devon Stack (aka Black Pilled), to more dubious figures, notably Nick Fuentes, whose number of personal shortcomings and bizarre mannerisms raise the question whether he is “black propaganda” (if he is not, he might as well be). All of this is incredibly misguided. (more…)

Europe and the West have been crippled by an intellectual and ideological paralysis, whereby any call to action or indeed any empirical observation of repeatable, observable trends are met with unending obfuscation. Such obfuscation takes many forms, but one particular tactic is to counter any observable trend or pattern, or any call to action or resolution stemming from these conclusions, with an exceptional outlier or anomaly that seemingly refutes the observed pattern or trend. Next month will mark the 25th Anniversary of the airing of a PBS Frontline documentary called The Lost Children of Rockdale, which originally aired on October 19, 1999. The documentary concerns the outbreak of syphilis among teens and even preteens as young as twelve in Rockdale County, Georgia, a suburban area east of Atlanta. (more…)

On August 15, 2024, the X account “Garbage Human” posted this image, featuring two pictures, ostensibly of the same person, one before “transitioning” and after. It remains unclear if this is the case. (more…)

When Harry Became Sally: Responding to the Transgender Moment
Encounter, 2018With the menace of transgenderism becoming ever more aggressive, this author was obliged to finally acquire and read When Harry Became Sally by Ryan T. Anderson. Very much in the mainstream, Anderson describes himself as a religious conservative, while having ties with the Heritage Foundation and other well-heeled Conservative, Inc institutions. GLADD has written a profile about him on its website. While the language used to describe him would seem rather innocuous from the perspective of most, it can only be regarded as disparaging from the skewed perspective of LGBTQ YUCK. (more…)

When considering some of the more tragic, unnerving specimens of the transgender craze, the pronoun question comes to play, even for those who correctly refuse to misgender as the term is properly understood, i.e. using he/him pronouns for a person born male and she/her pronouns for a person born as female. Part 2 (Read Part 1 here)
The left dismisses such considerations of race as “social constructs,” while resorting to other such pseudo-intellectual sleight of hand. A particularly dubious assertion is that Germany, Britain, or any other European nation or people are not homogenous. Scots, English, Welsh are different groups, although one could rarely if ever pick out one from the other in a crowd of all three. (more…)

While certain rights are touted as “inalienable” and “self-evident” in the American mythology, “Neither Inalienable nor Self-Evident” offers a much more critical examination of the concept and tradition of human rights in the Anglo-American tradition and by extension the expansive reach of the American Empire. Piercing through all the rhetoric and sentimentality reveals these notions to be a hollow construct indeed, from both a normative and practical perspective. (more…)

Recent events have steeled this author’s aversion and opposition to democracy. Universal suffrage is a bad idea, to put it mildly, and there is no better proof than recent developments in the presidential campaign for Kamala Harris. In denouncing democracy (direct or indirect), this admonition from Robert Heinlein in Starship Troopers bears repeating.
“When you vote, you are exercising political authority, you’re using force. And force, my friends, is violence. The supreme authority from which all other authorities are derived.” (more…)

Even though it does not receive quite as much attention as it deserves, one important aspect of the Cultural Revolution in the 60s is the sudden rise and rapid dominance of “descriptivism” in academia, education, and editorial staff in dictionaries, usage guides, and grammar manuals. (more…)

Meet Leonie Plaar, who goes by the moniker Frau Löwenherz as well as Leonie Löwenherz: far-left, Lesbian, and antifa, she is a most grotesque figure who exemplifies many of our troubles. Quite regrettably, she has a TikTok account with over 500,000 followers, while other social media accounts, namely her German-language TikTok and Instagram accounts, have just under 100,000 and just over 50,000 followers, respectively.[1] She has made various appearances on German television, some of which were made objects of derision and ridicule by a number of detractors.
