Behold! In the days of yore, there arose in Cush a most noble lady, Amanirenas named, and she was a mighty Queen.[1] Two millennia later, renewed buzz is effervescing about the East African potentate. One item was pipelined to my start page feed, thanks to whichever munchkin is entrusted with the Firefox transmission belt. (more…)

When I found out that there was a 1975 Nazi-themed blaxploitation — or perhaps a black-themed Nazisploitation — movie called The Black Gestapo about a militant black organization that patterns itself after the SS, I knew I was going to watch it. You can’t make a movie called The Black Gestapo and expect me not to watch it. According to legend, an independent, truthful, and unbiased press is a vital pillar of democracy. There’s a certain mystique about intrepid journalists facing the night and storm in their trench coats and fedoras, out to fight corruption and bring the powerful to heel, armed only with their pens and notepads. Their aim was nothing but the truth: “Just the facts, Ma’am.” (more…)

Author’s Note: I’m going to put the word “accelerationism” in quotes as to not give the idea more credibility than it deserves.
Probably the most annoying argument I frequently hear from the online Right is that what we need is “accelerationism.” (more…)

Stories cannot substitute for historical facts, even when people want them to be true — but as a result of Black Lives Matter’s influence, resurrecting the atrocities of Western colonialism has become fashionable. George Floyd’s death revived a torrent of anti-colonialism in Western societies fueled by resounding demands for governments to atone for colonialism’s sins. Although, the colonial legacy of the Western powers is tainted by dastardly acts, exaggerations of violence must be condemned. Using history as a political tool only pollutes public discourse in the long run. (more…)

A near-perfect embodiment of our current-day troubles has recently metastasized in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Octagon. If the following story has thus far escaped your notice, good. There is nothing inherently interesting or important about this latest discharge of middleweight trash-talk, but what this drama so neatly represents – well, that’s a different story. (more…)

The French-language news portal Breizh-Info has published a long interview in French with Hungarian Member of Parliament László Toroczkai, who is the leader of the opposition nationalist parliamentary group Mi Hazánk Mozgalom. The following is an English translation.
László Toroczkai has been a leading figure in Hungarian nationalism for 25 years. His biography has few equals in this political milieu.
