Today I am nearly the same age that Kriss Donald would have been if he was still with us. Kriss was murdered by a Pakistani gang in his hometown of Glasgow, Scotland when I was about to go on spring break during my sophomore year of high school. Kriss was a small teenager: about 125 pounds and 5’7” (1.7 meters) at 15 years old.
I myself had a slight build much like Kriss’ at 15. I mention this because Kriss’ story changed my life in several ways, including inspiring me to take up bodybuilding as a hobby and lifestyle. (more…)

Hearing that a black man who stands accused of stabbing two teenage girls in New York’s Grand Central Terminal on Christmas morning told arresting officers “I want all the white people dead” sounds depressingly familiar — at least if you’re white and don’t have a death wish.
Both girls were released from the hospital with minor injuries. The secret Yuletide surprise is that two major New York newspapers are using the term “anti-white” in their coverage of the incident. (more…)

I live in greater Atlanta, which ranks second only to New York City among all American metro areas in having the highest total number of blacks. Atlanta, though, has nearly twice as many blacks per capita as NYC. If New York is the Big Apple, Atlanta is the Big Watermelon. (more…)
