V únoru 2012 navštívil Alexandr Dugin Nové Dillí, kde se zúčastnil 40. světového kongresu Mezinárodního sociologického institutu, jehož hlavním tématem bylo “Konec hegemonie Západu z pohledu společenských věd”. Profesor Duginbyl tak laskav a odpověděl na otázky zástupců nakladatelství Arktos, kteří se rovněž kongresu zúčastnili.
