2020 was a terrible year for all of us. But when economic uncertainty, multicultural instability, and political polarization rise, so does traffic to dissident websites. Thus 2020 was Counter-Currents‘ best year ever in terms of readers. Beyond that, it was our best year ever in terms of fundraising — despite a global recession and being blacklisted for almost ten months by the credit card industry. (more…)

One year ago today, I was arrested in Norway to prevent me from speaking at the Scandza Forum. You can read about the whole Oslo Incident here. The legal appeal continues. One of my colleagues asked me if I would do it again. Obviously, I am not going to try to get arrested. But neither am I going to stop speaking the truth, and if persecution is the price, then so be it.

Future historians may look back at 2020 and declare it a pivotal year in history, like 1989, when Communism began its collapse in Europe; or 1914, when Europe threw itself into the abyss; or 410, when Rome was sacked; or even the birth of Christ, somewhere around the year 1. 2020 may be the beginning of the end of multiculturalism — and the beginning of the beginning for ethnonationalism.
