We have great news for all our American readers!

Normally, American taxpayers have to itemize their deductions to write off charitable donations when filing their federal income taxes. This means that people who file the 1040EZ form cannot take advantage of deductions for charitable giving. (more…)

Counter-Currents is trying to raise $200,000 this year, and we have been dashing through the snow toward that goal. Since our last update, we have received 8 donations totaling $7,801. This has been matched by a generous donor, for a total of $15,602. This means we have received a total of 1180 donations and a grand total of $193,487.38 since we started our fundraiser on March 10th. Thus we are more than 95% of the way to our goal, with just a bit over $6,500 to go and one week to receive it.

The 2021 Counter-Currents fundraiser is coming down to the wire. This year, Counter-Currents is trying to raise $200,000. Since our last update, we have received 24 donations totaling $11,110.01. This means we have received a total of 1172 donations and a grand total of $177,876.38 since we started our fundraiser on March 10th. Thus we are more than 88% of the way to our goal, with just a bit over $22,000 to go and two weeks to receive it.
