Well said. I wish it was a viable way for everyone to be a freethinker. And people on our platforms certainly should strive to free themselves of the ideological subscription of left or right. That being said, my experience with the conversion of Normies indicates that most seek a new cozy dog shed as soon as the old one falls out of favor. They don’t want nuance, sadly. Also, side beliefs can severely interfere with the main message as our enemies have had decades of media control to implement overlapping layers of arguments. “Whites are under attack? – Yes, but they are guilty historically.” Now disprove this and more and more topics come up in the process, because Normies have been thoroughly inoculated against our every argument. I’ve tried the open version of just focusing on the crucial topics, but they just thought it was an interesting conversation and went back to watching TV. A few weeks later their opinions had returned to normal. For people like us your video is sound advice but for the masses it seems the globalists have a more realistic way to steer them by treating them like little children. I wish it was different but the Covid-times really opened my eyes regarding Normies and how they react to mass Media narratives.
I’ve said it before, but it bears repeating: “Normie” is the dissident version of “cisgender.” Like Norm Macdonald said about “cisgender,” it’s a way to marginalize normal people. If you actually want to appeal to such people, maybe consider that such terms are off-putting.
Well, true. However, being a Normie is a normal experience: I’m a Normie in many ways: in medicine I couldn’t care less about any illness that doesn’t directly affect me and my loved ones. You could fool me with most medicine-related news as I just don’t care. When I speak to a _political_ Normie I don’t insult him with this term but I do factor in his missing curiosity and other typical Normie-traits. I agree it is often used as a slight slur, but _political_ Normies are special in that they negligently cause an insane amount of damage for all of us. And whoever wants to know deep insights from counter-currents has left the Tv-plantation for some time already.
You could call us ‘cis-historical’ in that our ideas are in accordance with the known history of the human race, making ‘normies’ – a term of indulgent endearment to me, a euphemism for thoroughly brainwashed – ‘trans-historical’. I don’t see it catching on though without the media machine to ram it into brains. I like normies and don’t see the label as a pejorative in the same way as ‘cis-gender’ which is just a sinister-sounding way of saying…..healthy.
