   Good discussion. I appreciate people discussing matters respectfully and with sobriety.

   First of all, if anybody can glean any legally-actionable information out of the “Epstein Files,” by all means go for it. But trying to gin up a second gunman out of a vague “grassy knoll” conspiracy is worse than Pizzagate.

   Secondly, if you are going to criticize MAGA, you need to be a little more specific as to who this means. This is about as dumb as calling everybody with some gray in their beards “Boomers.” Unless they are multi-millionaires and billionaires, Boomers (those born between 1946-1964) are not calling the shots.

   I don’t go to a lot of rallies but in the ones that I have been to ─ and in rubbing shoulders with the (overwhelmingly) White people who came to see Trump ─ MAGA to me means Trump being the first to break with the establishment on Immigration ─ while having the de facto protections of a billionaire against the cancel-culture and bile of the Left and the nattering-Nabobs of the corporate mass-media like Don Lemon that dearly should be either deported to sodomy island or sent to the proverbial cabbage camps.

   Your amusing cartoon that has pedophiles giving CPR to MAGA is not particularly helpful. That is the kind of propaganda that benefits only Democrats. And there is zero chance of getting any White Nationalism out of the Democratic Party today.

   Over fifty years ago, when my cousin was the DNC Madame Chair, you could say that the Democratic Party was solidly working class and mostly White, with Conservative social values ─ she was a Mormon or LDS and had grown up as a proletariat in hardscrabble mining towns in Utah and Colorado. They believed that the New Deal had saved their lives. George Wallace actually gave his delegates to Mrs. Westwood after he was shot.

   So the new turks like South Dakota Senator George McGovern merely breaking with the old Democrat establishment on Kennedy and Johnson’s intervention in Indochina was a huge Party revolt in 1968 and 1972.

   Perhaps the only Democrat who could have survived that kind of crossfire was Bobby Kennedy the elder, and he was dead when Nixon was elected, and then reelected in a landslide four-years later.

   I’m going to have to differ with your take on Gerald Ford. He was a little bland but he was trusted by both sides, and if he had not decisively ended Watergate (by preemptively pardoning Nixon) we would still be fighting the scandal today.

   Ted Kennedy and the Chappaquiddick scandal is what opened the door for dark horse peanut farmer, Jimmy Carter. While everybody else was watching the Moon Landing on TV, Sen. Edward Kennedy was teaching a blond intern how to drive.

   Democrats have gaslit themselves into believing that the Vietnam War was Nixon’s baby and not something that was begotten in-house. Wategate had very little to do with anything important, although Nixon was foolish in entertaining a cover-up.

   My sister’s late father-in-law (a former U.S. Senator and son of a U.S. Senator) resigned from the Nixon entourage (before the Watergate break-in) because he did not like the ethics of Nixon’s conspiratard “Plumbers” like G. Gordon Liddy. Sen. Bennett was accused of being the Washington Post whistleblower “Deep Throat” until (((Mark Felt))) of the FBI came out in 2005 as the real Deep Throat.

   As far as the Epstein Files, sure, release as much as possible to the public. Who cares? It is a nothing-burger. You think that billionaires can’t cover up their escapades with 16-going-on-65-year-old whores?

   Gerald Ford was right to end the Watergate matter, and admittedly Pam Bondi and Kash Patel have been a bit maladroit about fielding the controversy. I’m not surprised to see Bill Clinton photographed in a hot tub with a bunch of waitresses, however. I can’t tell if he is wearing a speedo or not.

   But the “Epstein Files” is not and never will the matter that floats all boats and launches all ships. AG Jeff Sessions also recused himself from “Russia Gate” instead of nipping it in the bud. The people in the new Trump administration at least are loyal. Trump should have fired FBI Director James Comey on his first day of office in 2017, plus sacked the first four or five Jewish lieutenants in the bureau.

   I concede the point that Trump doesn’t get it, but then he never has. He has still done more than anybody else, and is lightyears ahead of people like Sen. John McCain and Sen. Jeff Flake who gave lip service to border control in the state that pioneered the modern anti-Immigration movement.

   Who will be Trump’s successor? That is the real question. I have a hard time getting behind a race-mixer with hillbilly roots as the next great White hope.

   Last point. It is crucial that Trump (or anybody else who pretends to advocate for border integrity) go after the Left directly by targetting Sanctuary Cities. Boo Hoo for Renee Good and Alex Pretti. They were not innocent White people like Daniel Shaver (killed by over-vigilant SWAT in 2016).

   No, these were Leftist activists at best (de facto Communists) and the evidence has come out now that Pretti was in fact a violent agitator.

   Pretti was not killed for carrying a gun ─ and there is no comparison with Kyle Rittenhouse who was forced to defend himself against four crazy deranged Bolshies who chased and attacked him during the 2020 Summer of Floyd.

   Pretti should have been arrested, a week or so before he was shot, for kicking out the taillight of an ICE vehicle ─ but they just let him go. (You can even see on the video that Pretti was also packing a gun, but probably without ID, a typical agitator tactic.)

   It is catch-and-release with these Leftist agitators, whereas any milquetoast White advocacy is a Hate Crime or worse. Hitler and Goebbels described the same phenomenon in Weimar Germany. This is how they learned how to beat the Left.

   Trump needs to figure out a way to pass the torch ─ but right now he needs to double-down with Immigration enforcement and going after Sanctuary Cities.

   If this provokes the Left, all the better! Then they drop their mask that they are just pluralistic Liberal humanitarians and not vile Communists, or fools like Tim Walz.

   Even the White Liberals on the University campuses, which have faced anti-ICE protests recently, are now a little scared of these unhinged Leftists.

      Good points. Ashley Babbitt is another example of an unarmed protester who was not directly threatening anyone who was executed for political activity. The shriver guy you mentioned is another good example.

   A meme that is frequently seen online goes something like this:

   “In the event of a civil war, the Right would win since the Rightists have tons of ARs and AKs in their basements, while Leftists are just a bunch of pencil necked baristas.”

    

   Well, maybe 20 years ago. Maybe. But in a real conflict victory likely will go to the side which has the organization, the logistics and the leadership. And the Left appears to have all these things deployed today. Look at the ongoing dust-up in Minneapolis. On the other side of the barricades 2026’s Right is disorganized, has little in the way of supporting infrastructure, and its (mainstream) leadership is largely composed of grifters.

    

   What would the Right have to do? In a rational universe, some deep money bags conservative financier would contribute ton$ of ca$h for:

   _  Legal defense funds: to counter Leftist/regime lawfare; to establish bail funds; to initiate its own lawfare against the Left.

   _  Activist training: hire cadres to organize fronts for students, workers, veterans, game developers, and etcetera. Then train them up to mobilize even more leaders.

   _ Platforming: put activists on the stage at conservative shindigs like the Proud Boys, Kyle Rittenhouse and, who knows, the C-C crew.

   _  Media: some good work has been done by James O’Keefe and similar street journalists but this effort needs to be vastly increased. Long term goal: discredit the mainstream media to undercut Leftist ability to mobilize.

   _  New Media: how about investing in right-oriented computer games and Amelia style meme ops?

   _  Actions: like boycotts of cities which tolerate anti-ICE rioting; like a reopening of the GamerGate and GameStop ops; like “raise the colours” flagging campaigns; like putting rightists demonstrators into the streets and onto the campuses from Portland to Minneapolis then back them up with media and lawfare.

   _ Transnational: networking with nationalists worldwide for allied actions to oppose censorship of dissidents.  How about an international First Amendment? Think locally act globally.

    

   Supporting such a movement would have a good chance of gaining victory for the Right … and this without it ever having to go to the stage of ARs and AKs.
