    Orange Man Bad: The Game
Life is Strange 2 as seen from the Right

    5,241 words

Life is Strange 2 is arguably the most topical video game to deal with Trump’s presidency, though his name is not even mentioned. Naturally it’s staunchly anti-American and anti-white in its messaging, starring Mexican-Americans fleeing racist white police officers and citizens, complete with references to “the wall” and ICE. Bizarrely, this propaganda piece – a dumbed-down point-and-click adventure game – (more…)

Nicholas J. Fuentes is Not a Holocaust Denier

    1,601 words

I caught a few episodes of Nick Fuentes’ show off and on before the whole Groyper War began, and have followed recent developments with great interest. I’ve seen the small handful of out-of-context clips they’ve used to try to frame him as racist, anti-Semitic, White Nationalist, Alt-Right 2.0, and as a Holocaust denier. These smears are a transparent attempt by anti-American “liberals” and “conservatives” to silence a rising star who speaks for the sixty-three million Americans who voted for Donald Trump. (more…)

Flying Phantom Ship Asks Cui Bono?

    2,433 words

The prolific manga artist Shotaro Ishinomori (1938-1998) spent his formative years in the Second World War and its immediate aftermath. At just 16, he published his first manga, and at 18 he became an assistant to the “God of Manga,” Osamu Tezuka, where he worked on Tetsuwan Atom (Astro Boy). He was likely influenced by Tezuka’s desire to help heal Japan after the war, with the latter’s Astro Boy personifying atomic energy’s non-destructive potential. (more…)

The Hidden Meaning of Half-Life 2

    5,995 words

Having earned thirty-nine Game of the Year awards when it was released in November 2004, Valve’s Half-Life 2 is one of the most celebrated video games of all time. As of February 2011 it had sold twelve million copies worldwide. It’s a first-person shooter game set in a dystopian future where a technologically advanced alien empire known as “the Combine” has conquered Earth. With its Eastern European setting ruled by a tyrannical alien police state, it’s notable for its anti-Communist and anti-imperialist themes and imagery.

Imitation is the Sincerest Form of Flattery . . . Except When It’s Not

    1,116 words

About a month ago an anonymous user on 4chan – a Cantonese swallow’s nest recipe board, and one of the darkest corners of the Internet – suggested that his fellow users impersonate G-d’s Chosen People on Twitter to bypass Anti-Defamation League censorship. I was going to comment on the resulting controversy, but I figured someone else would beat me to it, and then forgot about it. (more…)

Diversity’s Not a Strength in the Zombie Apocalypse, Either:
The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series

    3,028 words

Telltale may have gone bankrupt, but like a zombie rising from the grave, its The Walking Dead video game series is soon to be released on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in a new collection. It contains all four “seasons” of the game (some twenty “episodes” in all), the extra chapter 400 Days, and the abysmal miniseries based on Michonne (which they probably couldn’t give away if they tried). The Hidden Meaning of Shadow of the Colossus & ICO

    5,975 words

Shadow of the Colossus is an artistic and technical triumph that looms large on lists of top video games, with an average score of ninety-one percent on review aggregator Metacritic. It is rightly considered a masterpiece. Originally released in 2005 for the PlayStation 2, it was reissued in high definition on Playstation 3, and got a full makeover on Playstation 4 last year. Several games have paid homage to its designs, and it has been optioned for a film adaptation.[1]

Beyond: Two Souls as Seen from the Right

    3,847 words

Long before Ellen Page embarrassed herself on Stephen Colbert, she’d already done so in spectacular fashion by starring in Quantic Dream’s Beyond: Two Souls, an “interactive narrative.” (more…)

The Hidden Meaning of Resident Evil 4

    6,031 words

Famously based on zombie horror films, the Resident Evil video games have sold millions of copies each over the past two decades, and spawned a (terrible) film franchise to boot. As such, they’re an important cultural touchstone to a large segment of the gaming public, many of whom are young white men. The Japanese title Biohazard better communicates its central premise: A virus engineered by a multinational pharmaceutical company causes a pandemic resulting in the zombie apocalypse.

It’s Not Just the Zombies That are Braindead:
    The Walking Dead Video Game

    2,556 words

Telltale’s The Walking Dead is an episodic video game series boasting an original, interactive story that takes place in the same universe as the show and comic. There are four seasons of five episodes each, emphasizing narrative over game play. (more…)

Neo as Jewish Messiah in The Matrix Trilogy

    3,290 words

One thing that you’re likely to come across in investigating the Jewish Question is a tendency among Jewish Hollywood filmmakers to insert Jewish archetypes and themes into their work. The Wachowski broth- – uh, siblings – are no exception, and their Matrix trilogy is chock full of obvious biblical references. Theories surrounding Neo as the Antichrist have been around for years, but few people have framed it in a specifically Jewish light. (more…)

Detroit: Become Human as Seen from the Right

    4,353 words

Detroit: Become Human is one of the most brazen examples of anti-white Communist propaganda that the video game industry has ever vomited onto an unsuspecting public. It’s the work of the ostensibly French David Cage (whose real name is David De Gruttola), the physical embodiment of the frustrated filmmaker turned game director. (more…)
