Baron Giulio Cesare Andrea Evola was born on May 19, 1898 in Rome. For those who want to wade in, I recommend starting with one of Evola’s slimmest, most beautiful, and most seductive works, Meditations on the Peaks: Mountain Climbing as Metaphor for the Spiritual Quest. For those who prefer to begin with an overview of Evola’s life and works, I recommend his The Path of Cinnabar: An Intellectual Autobiography. I recommend the following website on Evola:
