The 2021 Fundraiser & Two Must-See Weekend Livestreams
Greg Johnson1. Two Must-See Weekend Livestreams
On Saturday, August 21st Jared Taylor and E. Michael Jones will debate the reality of race live on Guide to Kulchur at 1 pm PST, 4 pm EST, 21:00 London, 22:00 Stockholm — streaming on Entropy, DLive, and Odysee. You can send questions and comments via Entropy by clicking the green button (“send paid chat”).
On Sunday, August 22nd, at noon PST, 3 pm EST, 8 pm UK time, & 9 pm CET, Greg Johnson will be joined by Jared Taylor, Sam Dickson, and Jim Goad to talk about current events, YOUR QUESTIONS, and, I am sure, Saturday’s Great Debate — streaming on DLive and Odysee. Send your questions, comments, and thoughts on the question of the week through Entropy: entropystream.live/countercurrents
2. Our Fundraiser
Counter-Currents is trying to raise $200,000 this year to sustain and improve our work. Since last week, we have received 21 donations totaling $4,441.73 for a total of 722 donations and a grand total of $91,431.37 since we started our fundraiser on March 10th. That means we are more than 45% of the way to our goal — but of course, the year is more than 50% over as well. We are deeply grateful to everyone who has helped out. Full information on how to donate appears below.
3. Our Latest Incentive to Give: Our Paywall
Counter-Currents extends special privileges to those who donate $120 or more per year.
First, donor comments will appear immediately instead of waiting in a moderation queue. (People who abuse this privilege will lose it.)
Second, donors will have immediate access to all Counter-Currents posts. Non-donors will find that one post a day, five posts a week will be behind a “paywall” and will be available to the general public after 30 days.
Naturally, we do not grant permission to other websites to repost paywall content before 30 days have passed.
What will go behind the paywall? The short answer is: stuff you really want to see, including:
- Most of my new articles and reviews
- The reposts of our weekly livestreams
- Selected works by our most popular authors like Jim Goad, Robert Hampton, Spencer Quinn, Collin Cleary, Beau Albrecht, Nicholas Jeelvy, Morris V. de Camp, James O’Meara, Kathryn S., Richard Houck, Margot Metroland, and more.
We generally won’t put things behind the paywall that deal with current events. Instead, we will focus on evergreen material that won’t seem irrelevant after 30 days.
How do you access these privileges?
To subscribe to the paywall, we need three things from you:
- the name you want to appear on your comments (should not be your real name)
- an email address (the most secure address does not contain your real name and is from an encrypted email provider like ProtonMail)
- your payment
To register, just fill out this form and we will walk you through the payment process. There are a number of different payment options.
If you are in the United States, the easiest way to pay for your paywall subscription is by e-check. It is as secure, fast, and convenient as a credit card. All you need is your checkbook:
Note: To register, you need to do more than just send an echeck payment. You need to fill out the form as well, or we won’t know what to do with the echeck payment.
4. How to Send Money to Counter-Currents
Counter-Currents, like all advocates of dissident ideas, depends upon the generosity of readers like you to survive and thrive. If you are a past donor, welcome back. If you are contemplating making your first donation, do it in thanks to the past donors that made it possible for you to find Counter-Currents, and pay it forward so others can experience the same delight in discovery.
There are several ways to help out.
(1) E-Checks
If you are in the United States, E-checks are the fastest and most convenient way to send money to Counter-Currents. All you need is your checkbook.
(2) Credit Cards
Currently the only way we can take credit card donations is through Entropy, a site that takes donations and comments for livestreams. Visit our Entropy page and select “send paid chat.” Entropy allows you to donate any amount from $3 and up. All comments will be read and discussed in the next episode of Counter-Currents Radio, which airs every weekend.
(3) Bank Transfers
It is also possible to support Counter-Currents with bank transfers. Please contact us at [email protected].
(4) Gift Cards
Gift cards are a useful way to make donations. Gift cards are available with all the major credit cards as well as from major retailers. You can either send gift cards as donations (either electronically or through the mail), or you can use them to make donations. Simply buy a prepaid credit card and click here to use it. If you can find a place that sells gift cards for cash, they are as anonymous as sending cash and much safer.
(5) Cash, Checks and Money Orders
Sometimes the old ways are best. The least “de-platformable” way to send donations to Counter-Currents is to put a check or money order in the mail. Simply print and complete the Word or PDF donation form and mail it to:
Counter-Currents Publishing, Ltd.
P.O. Box 22638
San Francisco, CA 94122
USA
[email protected]
Thank you, Boomers, for keeping your checkbooks, envelopes, and stamps. There are youngsters reading this site who have never written a check or put a letter in the mail.
(6) Bill Payment Services
If you wish to make monthly donations by mail, see if your bank has a bill payment service. Then all you need to do is set up a monthly check to be dispatched by mail to our PO box. This check can be made out to Counter-Currents or to Greg Johnson. After the initial bother of setting it up, you never have to think about it again.
(7) Crypto-Currencies
In addition to old-fashioned paper donations, those new-fangled crypto-currencies are a good way to circumvent censorious credit card corporations.
- Click here to go to our crypto donation page.
- Click here for a basic primer on how to get started using crypto. Do not, however, use COINBASE. COINBASE will not allow you to send money to Counter-Currents. (Yes, it is that bad.)
(8) The Counter-Currents Foundation
Note: Donations to Counter-Currents Publishing are not tax deductible. We do, however, have a 501c3 tax-exempt educational corporation called The Counter-Currents Foundation. If you want to make a tax-deductible gift, please email me at [email protected]. You can send donations by mail to:
The Counter-Currents Foundation
P.O. Box 22638
San Francisco, CA 94122
USA
(9) Remember Us in Your Will
Finally, we would like to broach a very delicate topic: your will. If you are planning your estate, please think about how you can continue helping the cause even after you are gone. The essay “Majority Estate Planning” contains many helpful suggestions.
Remember: those who fight for a better world live in it today.
Thank you again for your loyal readership and generous support.

Love the accompanying image. Even young European children can see degenerate art for what is it.
Jones makes the argument that if a Ugandan moves to Poland, learns Polish, and converts to Catholicism, that he becomes a Pole, because being Polish is about language and religion.
If this is the case, would that person also not be a Pole if he just simply learns to speak Polish and converts to Catholicism but stays in Uganda? Wouldn’t this make him a member of the Polish diaspora?
What ethnicity would a deaf mute agnostic who speaks in universal sign language be?
When will a recording of the debate be posted?
It’s just been uploaded to a few different platforms:

-During E. Michael Jones 10 minutes, he read. EMJ read the entire 10 minutes. It sure seemed that other person(s) wrote what EMJ read. Did anyone else notice this?
-Jared Taylor slammed it out of the park; wasn’t even close; was a KO. This debate should be preserved for history; should be taught in schools; Race 101.
It annoyed me as well that EMJ was reading his rebuttals. He wasn’t responding to Jared Taylor’s comments in this debate, he had pre-scripted a response to 2018 comments! Clear victory for Taylor.
I find it odd that Jones recognizes biological differences in sports and in brain evolution, but that the mind is somehow independent of this process.
Observable physical differences, observable genetic difference, and verifiable differences in reactions to certain pharmaceuticals really settle the issue.
The pharmaceutical issue is especially compelling. If different races react differently to prescribed medications it will be medical malpractice, for which doctors can be sued for medical negligence and even wrongful death if someone dies, as a result of mis-prescription of some drugs or non-prescription of others where the negative consequences are reasonably foreseeable. In the very near future, if not already, it will be considered conduct below the standard of practice (i.e. malpractice) for a diagnosing/treating physician to ignore racial differences that people like Jones argue do not exist.
Jones can be very engaging and entertaining and is certainly well read, but he’s dishonest on the issue of race, just flat out dishonest.
For the Christian (like EMJ), it’s essentially this: “There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” (Galatians 3:28)
“God said it, that settles it,” they reason. Therefore the only thing left for them to do is polemically figure out a way to alchemize that lead to gold.
E. Michael Jones (EMJ) makes the point that by identifying as Catholic and not White, the people who defended the statue of St Louis during the 2020 iconoclasm-fest avoided accusations of being (horrors!) White.
As a tactic this was effective.
Once.
The dilemma is that the Left will figure this out and gin up a new line of attack. e.g., “Catholic anti-iconoclasm is a form of White Supremacy, blah blah blah.”
EMJ’s point is that by adopting a White identity, Dissident Right activists are walking into a trap set by the Left. But supposing you apply for a job which has a “diversity requirement” (i.e., racial quota system) which means your employment application is turned down as there are too many Whites on the roster. You state that you do not identify as “White” but as a “Catholic” or “Lutheran” or “Irish” or whatever. So then you get that job, right?
Or your employer requires you to attend a “diversity” struggle session where the commissar tells you to act “less White.” Do you raise your hand and say, “Well, I identify as German-American, so this does not apply to me”?
What if you are a White South African and your farm is under attack from an ANC mob. Do you tell them,”I identify as a member of the Dutch Reformed Church and not as a White,” and at this point the mob puts down its pangas and goes home?
Well, you can see where this is going…
If Whites do not exist, then someone needs to tell that to the anti-Whites. We need to ask why is there no similar opprobrium to members of other races who identify according to their race. Why do White people not have the same rights to free speech and free assembly that every other racial groups possess?
Where EMJ works is that he is full of that passionate intensity which, Yeats observes, the best too often lack. EMJ knows how to rant and rave, and this is important in a realm where too often a measured and moderate tone cedes ground to Leftist fanaticism. By throwing a well modulated tantrum backed up by an ideology, EMJ seizes the initiative.
EMJ opens a door for people who are not ready for full-on race realism to join the movement. He is advancing on a parallel front to the Dissident Right. And since the Left does act as if it is in some sort of religious war (say, with the iconoclasm) then EMJ’s fist shaking works on fairly sound psychological grounds. Fight a jihad with a crusade. It is unfortunate that he has hitched his convictions to a political line which can’t be sustained. Because in the end, it is about race.
One more point. It’s really irksome that EMJ refers to the Alt Right folk who marched at Charlottesville as “White boys.” Regardless of how that fateful day turned out, the people who marched there were not “boys” but real fighters for the White race.
