After the election of Donald Trump and the USAID cuts, it seems that progressives and anti-white racists are staggering a bit. We may not have our own ethnostate, but we have fewer people working against it, and the ones who remain have less money. We need to take advantage of this new situation. We must push harder than ever, because we might find we are pushing against unlocked doors. Invisible barriers may have fallen. But most of all, we White Nationalists need to keep building our own media and spaces.

In one of his last public speeches, Jonathan Bowden said:

I regard initiatives like Counter-Currents as very important. Counter-Currents is, to my estimation, a sort of Right-wing university. A sort of free access Right-wing university on the internet, a radical Right-wing university. The whole point now is that higher education has locked off the Right end of the spectrum. You can learn about conservative ideas, you can learn about liberal ideas, you can learn about socialist ideas, you can learn about Marxist ideas in the university context; you can learn about all forms of pan-religiosity and so forth. But you can’t learn about radical Right-wing ideas in the university context unless it’s adversarial, unless you’re deconstructive, unless you’re against these ideas in a prior way.

We have lots of webzines and podcasts, but we still have only one university, and that’s Counter-Currents. We publish articles on politics, race, biology, history, religion, philosophy, literature, movies, music, art, architecture, finance, psychology—everything, really—all from a pro-white perspective.

The system said: you can’t publish your own online magazine with a global reach. You can’t create an online university and teach revolutionary metapolitical ideas.

Counter-Currents is open to the whole world. Everything on the site is free. Even paywalled articles are free after 30 days. You won’t have to mortgage your future to learn here. Our purpose is to give white people their futures back. Nobody is trying to enslave your mind to alien ideologies. Quite the opposite: free your mind, and your homelands will follow.

Counter-Currents has a number of current and former academics writing for us. They write for us because there are important truths they cannot share at their universities. If you teach at a university and you like Counter-Currents, try writing an article and send it to [email protected].  You may be our next rising star. Studies based on citations have argued that the average academic journal article is read by fewer than ten people. At Counter-Currents, articles on Hegel and Heidegger are read thousands of times. Not only can we give you freedom of speech, we can give you a far greater reach.

Counter-Currents is based on the premise that educated, intelligent people have more political clout. The system knows this too, and they don’t want highly intelligent people advocating our ideas and reaching an audience.

This is modern-day book burning, which Counter-Currents cannot yet effectively counter; if you, dear readers, can think of a solution to distributing books from pro-white publishers to white people, please post it in the comments. I am really interested in this topic.

Yet our audience continues to grow. Censorship hasn’t stopped us. It has just slowed us down a bit.

With each passing year, our movement gets larger, younger, and more capable. We take our future seriously. We are building our own media, organizing youth in active clubs, playing sports, educating ourselves, creating art and culture, and all becoming more and more disconnected from the system that is losing control over us.

Today, the most intelligent, courageous, and far-sighted people are White Nationalists. We need to see ourselves as a new political and cultural elite in exile, waiting for our opportunity to rule, which will come when this system collapses in a crisis or convergence of catastrophes, as Guillaume Faye writes about. Then we will be able to build white nice countries and real ethnostates. We will see the return of law, order, pro-family politics, and education without Jewish indoctrination.

One thing that impresses me about Counter-Currents is its global reach and influence on awakening nationalism. When something comes out on Counter-Currents, it has credibility and clout.

Personally I do a lot of interviews. It’s my specialty and contribution to Counter-Currents. In my interviews, I talk to very talented and thoughtful people, mostly in the arts. When I reach out to them, I find that 90% of White Nationalist young people who read books already know Counter-Currents and read this site at least sometimes. We have a huge reach among music creators, graphic designers, meme makers, event organizers, and writers. Moreover, influencing 100 creative and capable people has more impact than influencing 10,000 people who simply “consume content.” We are already influencing the people who are shaping the future of the white race and this planet.

We need to rethink the whole of civilization: politics, philosophy, diversity, the sexual revolution, architecture, banal pop music, anti-racism, the goals of civilization, even religion. As Nietzsche once said: a re-evaluation of all values. It’s already happening now on Counter-Currents.
