Foodie government skepticism is real. This might seem like a fad but I don’t think it’s going away. When you reject the food pyramid, this means rejecting the truthfulness of the health authorities and our governments. When you start to eat properly, the health benefits are large and stable. Who will say, I changed my mind, I will trust the government again, and I don’t mind going back to food that will make me sick and fat?
