I know a kind person who has achieved a lot. We first met 40 years ago, although for many years we were not in touch. Then we remade contact, and now I don’t think we’re friends anymore. He found my political incorrectness hard to bear. (more…)

Jim Goad has produced a short video to accompany his latest essay, “The Barbarians Are Here, But There’s No Gate,” on the fact that Title 42, the law invoked by Donald Trump in 2020 to reduce immigration across the US-Mexico border in response to COVID, expired last week — and no one seems to have a plan to replace it. See below. (more…)

The United States is in the throes of another “border crisis,” a tiresome phrase which always refers to its southern border, because as annoyingly spiteful as Canadians can be, they don’t bring with them nearly the panoply of problems that Central Americans do. (more…)

I’ll always remember the day Twitter restored my long-suspended account — not because it was a particularly meaningful occasion for me, but because it happened to fall on Valentine’s Day. Elon Musk’s romantic gift, as I jokingly thought of it, lasted little longer than a bouquet of flowers or a box of chocolates. Exactly two months and 14 days later, I was booted off the platform again. (more…)

The Plot Against Humanity
Quakertown, Pa.: Antelope Hill Publishing, 2022Scott Howard’s third book for Antelope Hill is an examination of the push by hostile globalist elites to bring about a transhumanist-informed, bio-digital age. This will be a new era of nightmare in which humanity will be wired into a vast, interconnected, AI-managed system that will see us sorted, surveilled, monitored, and controlled — and that’s if we’re lucky. The story is not about me, and actually it isn’t about Matt Hancock as an individual. The story is about collateral damage. — Isabel Oakeshott, English journalist

If there is one lesson to be learned from the recent Covid pandemic, it is that British public opinion is as dirigible as a child’s party balloon on a string. Just as when someone in a crowd looks fixedly up to the sky, followed by the chap next to him, repeated by the family next to him, until finally everyone is looking up at nothing, classic crowd psychology also applies to information. Divert the attention of a few, and you will get everyone’s attention, like aquarium fish following the alpha. (more…)

I was recently sitting in the examination room at a medical clinic with a relative who is undergoing treatment for an aggressive form of cancer. While waiting for the oncologist to enter, my attention shifted to an LCD display on the wall that was showing a promotional video, featuring the drugs used to treat various forms of cancer. With each specific one that appeared, the scrolling would pause momentarily and show a visual with the name of the drug that is used to treat it, a large photograph of a presumably typical patient, and an invitation to follow up for additional drug information. We, a select group of human beings . . . — John Kerry speaking at Davos
In this life, one thing counts.
In the bank, large amounts.
I’m afraid these don’t grow on trees,
You’ve got to pick a pocket or two.

Died Suddenly, the freely available anti-vax documentary produced by radio personality Stew Peters, promotes three theses regarding the COVID-19 vaccine: It’s both dangerous and deadly; our leaders have been dishonest about it; and it is part of a nefarious plan hatched by the world elite to depopulate the planet. The first thesis is a slam dunk, the second is a successful throw from the foul line, and the third resembles a three-point shot rattling off the rim. If you’re a believer from the anti-vax choir going into this documentary, you will be even more so coming out. (more…)
