Here’s Why Pardoning Hunter Biden Is a Good Thing
David M. ZsuttyJoe Biden has pardoned his crackhead son Hunter. As you will recall, Hunter helpfully recorded on his laptop evidence of him committing dozens of crimes, from reckless driving, drug use, weapons violations, and hiring prostitutes—all the way to bribery and influence peddling, which, of course, implicated his father as well. Then he dropped his laptop off for repair and forgot about it.
But the Biden pardon is a good thing for the right. It will allow us to turn the page on conservatives obsessively posting about Hunter’s dick. More importantly, it is a superb opportunity, because it makes it possible for Trump to begin his presidency with a large number of controversial pardons.
Hunter’s pardon is the final nail in the coffin of the Democrats piously lecturing us that “nobody is above the law,” as if we’ve never heard of sovereign immunity. The past few years have been a brutal crash course in political realism. To anyone smart, it was obvious by 2020 that the “rule of law” is no constraint on the left’s will-to-power. The X community note roasting Biden’s May 31, 2024, post that “No one is above the law” is the perfect capstone for this lesson.
The Hunter Biden pardon makes pardoning all the J6ers easier. Indeed, it makes doing anything less morally indefensible. This seems to be the vibe on X, with even lukewarm conservatives generally agreeing that if Hunter is pardoned, so should the J6ers. They are a lot more sympathetic than a libertine man-child.
Pardoning the J6ers is obviously just, but it also has massive strategic value.
First, whether Trump would pardon all the J6ers was going to be a strong indication of how the rest of his administration would play out. His first term was marked by being kind to enemies and taking friends for granted. If he can’t stand by the J6ers, it’s hard to see him standing by anyone or anything. And if the left smells weakness, they will pounce like rabid hyenas. Anyone sensing this will not stand by the Trump administration. Cowardice is contagious.
Moreover, it would send a dangerous message that either the Trump administration isn’t serious, that the election wasn’t stolen, or that stealing an election is not that serious, because it is less bad than roughing up some cops. It also reinforces anarcho-tyranny in which colored people and leftists can riot with near impunity but whites and conservatives had better not stick a toe out of line.
Some conservatives, being weak willed and cowardly as always, have said that only non-violent J6ers should be pardoned. This was a subversive idea which wholly legitimizes the left’s paradigm: stealing an election is less bad than resisting it, and it is okay to hold whites and conservatives to different standards. This paradigm must be shattered to prevent another stolen election. Anything less than blanket pardons for all J6ers (along with ample restitution) will leave this dangerous paradigm intact.
Moreover, prevailing on J6 will allow us to use it as a litmus test. J6 was entirely defensible from the start. However, speaking the truth on it took courage because the media and regime provided ample incentives to stay silent or to go along with it. Those who stood by the J6ers from day one showed that they will do the right thing regardless of whether it is difficult or unpopular. It was a test of character. Everyone else abandoned them, including Trump himself. Thus, people like Matt Gaetz and Marjorie Taylor Greene, who stood up for the J6ers when it was most unpopular, have the most honor. Thus they are highly qualified for positions that require integrity above all else — such as leading the Department of Justice.
And if we pardon all the J6ers, why not pardon other political prisoners such as Derek Chauvin, Rob Rundo, and Daniel Penny? Why not pardon the three Georgia men—Travis and Gregory McMichael and William Bryan—imprisoned for the “murder” for Ahmaud Arbery? Why not pardon even James Fields? Every one of these people was unjustly prosecuted by the left and their cuckservative enablers. In some cases, these men were prosecuted, at least in part, out of hatred for Donald Trump and his followers.
Some will say this will galvanize the left, but it is more likely to demoralize them. The left is in post-election shock. Many of them are deeply demoralized. Some have been completely broken. Now is the perfect time to go on the attack. A party in motion, like an army, tends to stay in motion. That cowardice and courage are contagious can cut both ways.
Exploiting Hunter’s pardon to justify pardoning all our political prisoners can work as part of a broader motte and bailey strategy, in which one stakes out a radical objective to normalize a more moderate objective, similar to haggling at a swap meet. The best example of this was the left pushing to normalize mutilating children to normalize gender dysphoria. If they prevailed on trans children, great. But if not, the cowardly conservatives would pat themselves on the back for “winning” against trans children while contentedly accepting gender dysphoria as the new normal.
We can do the same. We can do “radical” things to normalize more moderate objectives, then always keep moving the goalposts. Never forget how hopeless we felt during the Dark Brandon years. Those were tough times for even the toughest of us. Now imagine inflicting that on a snowflake leftist who has no resiliency.
The left is like a screeching toddler. They’re bound to have emotional meltdowns over something. If we pander to their screeching, we will just encourage more of it. The best thing we can do is either to mock or ignore them. At some point, they will tire themselves out from screeching and shut up. They have resolved to hurt us if they can, so we need to take their power away from them and crush their hopes and dreams while we are at it. Let them impotently sob in their echo chamber over on Blue Sky. Eventually, they will accept our new normal, even if it takes a lot of boxed wine and SSRIs.
In fact, we want them to overreact to freeing political prisoners. First, the left has artificially hyped up J6 and Derek Chauvin kneeling on the neck of chaos to such an extent that everything else—even mass deportations—will seem a lot less radical by comparison to freeing our political prisoners. Secondly, leftists will alienate Independents by doubling down on an indefensible stance. Thirdly, winding up the left over pardons will distract them from opposing more important things, which will help Trump enact his America First policy agenda: mass deportations, abolishing birthright citizenship, civil rights for whites, gutting the FBI, etc.
Trading a crackhead man-child for hundreds of political prisoners, liberal demoralization, and sweeping policy changes is a bargain.

Great article, David!
Your ruthlessness toward all enemies foreign and domestic never fails to warm my heart.
A happily brisk read. Your prose gets better all the time.
That’s assuming Trump follows through on mass deportations. Im a bit skeptical that he will but i hope he proves me wrong.
Some great points David – thanks.
January 20th can’t come soon enough!
I don’t think there is much opposition to pardoning the J6ers since that is what Trump has already advocated for, and then he won a landslide election. It should be the first thing that he does after Inauguration.
The only ones who seriously think that that J6 was an Insurrection are the corporate news media, the Democrats, and a select few RINOs who are chastised.
The Zionist Democrat (((Dershowitz))) is now an Independent, and he recently suggested that Trump pardon Hunter as cover and then the J6ers.
I’m against pardoning Hunter, but now that Brandon has done so, it is a gift horse. Full speed ahead on the pardons for the President Elect.
I disagree that the stolen election is worth pursuing unless there is some secret document for historical proof somewhere.
Stop the Steal went long past its sell date ─ and even the mythology of the stolen election has reached its maturity, and in my opinion it has short legs past the last election. It would be nice if we got Voter ID for all fifty states, of course.
I’m not a Conservative, btw. Conservatives are about protecting symbols of what is already gone, and what was lost happened over sixty years ago. Let’s not get distracted, kids.
We need to worry No. 1 about how we get back what the enemy calls our White Supremacy. Other than the border and immediate immigration demographics, nothing else matters.
So pardoning the J6ers is vitally necessary, of course, but now even weaker sauce. I am hoping that this is not all that Trump actually gets done ─ because this will not require spending any real political capital.
I do agree about pushing for the other political prisoners. That is a just fight and worth some political sweat ─ and we need to hold Trump’s feet to the fire on this somehow. Derek Chauvin, James Fields, the McMichaels, etc. What has Trump promised or even said about them?
Trump needs to stop the weaponization of the judicial system, which is a trend that normally benefits the Swamp and the Democrats, who endlessly fantasize about their Watergate win.
Trump also needs to end, to reverse, and to make whole the past weaponization of the justice system specifically aimed against White people ─ exactly who the current Attorney General (((Merrick Garland))) said were the number one threat to the country. And his ilk really believe this.
Yes, we should make examples of them ─ and any who would trample on the First Amendment.
With the Trump win, some of the more astute Democrats already understand that there has been some electoral backlash so there are opportunities now to push the envelope if they are not wasted.
Now would be a good time to vigorously reassert the right of White Nationalists to speak on University campuses, for example.
🙂
I hope Trump will indeed pardon the Jan 6 protesters but the last time he had power he did nothing for them so why would he do anything now? Instead he gave Fauci a medal.
Biden needs his son to protect and secure his legacy in his final years so it’s obvious he would pardon him. But Trump doesn’t need the protesters anymore; he now has plenty of new Trumpers who voted for him, some of whom might be dumb enough to put themselves in harms way for one of his pet causes in the future. Everyone of consequence has forgotten about the J6 protesters. Trump may have pulled off another bait and switch, just like he did pretending to threaten Hillary in 2016 to get previous voters to support him.
Yeah, Trump should have midnight-pardoned the J6 protestors, reaffirming First Amendment rights. That would have prevented the Bidenistas from running with the White Insurgency narrative.
At first it was just misdemeanor trespassing and fighting the cops, and then it developed into an outright “Insurrection” narrative by the corporate mass-media and the Democrats.
In any case, Trump was not elected in 2016 because spergs thought that “lock her up” sounded cool.
Trump was elected in 2016 because he resurrected the anti-immigration movement (like the one in Arizona) from the Memory Hole where Barack Hussein and his Supreme Court dutifully put it ─ and where the usual RINOs wished the movement to remain.
And then Trump won the GOP Primaries.
People had doubts about Trump, but probably the only other GOP who would have certainly lost to Hillary in November anyway was iYeb! ─ so another possible Clintonista in 2016 wasn’t necessarily the risk that it could have been. And most of the buzz in her own party was about Bernie. She was a weak candidate.
Anyway, the Left and the Democrats circled the wagons on Immigration in 2017 and Trump didn’t know how to govern.
Hopefully he has learned from this.
Today nobody cares that Trump lost in 2020. But per his win in 2024, they do still care deeply about Immigration, and the winning candidate knew it. Now even the Democrats are giving some lip service to being against at least the Illegal kind.
🙂
Agreed and well said.
IMO Trump should pardon all his still living Presidential successors including “Jethro Bodine” Beverley Hillbillies Twin George Dubya Bush – the Iraq War, Weapons of Mass Destruction (Not), no decoration of war etc.
This tradition of using the American legal system to criminally prosecute the current or past US President like the ridiculous mountain out of a molehill “Watergate Scandal” (Nobody died in Watergate, nobody was raped. More people died in the back seat of Ted Kennedy’s car than died in Watergate, Je* pervert director Roman Polanski raped more White young teen age girls than were raped in Watergate. Watergate was a total Je* coup – Daniel Ellsberg, Woodward and Bernstein, Je* Red Diaper Babies etc
All here should have NOTICED the Black bitch NY State Attorney General Lawfare persecution of Donald Trump and Vdare – just total made of sh**. The next Lib Leftist BLM, Je*, homo Presidential administration is sure to do Lawfare against Trump, Rudy Giuliani, US same as is happening to Miss Lepin in France.
Yes, pardon away.
Politics is a messy/tricky stuff.
Be careful – it is not always WYSIWYG.
Presidential pardon.
Biden’s pardon of his son Hunter is a potential mine field.
You have to know at least something about the US law.
Take into consideration that Biden is a lawyer by education and spent his political life as lawmaker for some 50 years in Congress, at one time as member and chair of Senate Judicial Committee.
Now this (who advised him ?). His son is now an open pray, without constitutional protection.
Trump transition.
Some on the Right are sceptical and prefer to see what actually will happen.
The transition period (selection of gov candidates and a practical platform) is already a sign of “mishaps”, conflicting ideas and personalities, perhaps a precursor of future troubles. We do not know how much Trump himself contributes vs his transition circle.
Trump tariffs.
People with experience claim it would be inflationary for US economy (at least) and drive other countries (some are allies like Europe) into deep recession/depression. 1930’s anyone ?
Do you remeber the former President Reagan – he won on a political platform of a small gov and low taxes, but ended up with largest gov deficit spending ?
Republican majority.
Or is it ?
As of today, in congressional House, it is about a few votes (and still contested). At the same time Gaetz, Stefanik, and possibly few others have been neutralized by premature gov selection or out-of-congress “promotions”. Who in her right mind would do it ?
Digital ID.
Trump is for it because he wants to eliminate election fraud.
Pople claim it is a bogus argument – the US had many elections without significant fraud in its history; other options – manual, same day counting and results, no mail-in ballots.
Digital ID would mean a first step into full digitization of finance and an end of financial freedom. CBDC would be around the corner. Or rather private corp’s CBDC-like currencies.
Does it rhyme with recent Rogan/Andreessen revalation about a few gov-controlled, but “private” AI corps and CBDC currencies ?
Why do you think Facebook’s Zuckerberg switched sides before elections and supported Trump ? What about the other shysters ?
Trump 1.0 or Trump 2.0 ?

As our ancestors used to say: “Fasten your seat belts and have your p* ready !”
There will never be “civil rights for Whites” in a multiracial state.
What could you even get away with asking for without a MASSIVE OUTRAGE?
“Poor White families must make up 77% of Harvard First Years.”
That kind of thing will never be allowed.
What kind of protective class privileges could you even get away with asking for?
I’d be happy with Mass Deportations and the freeing of ONLY the J6ers. Anything more, and we would see them demand a Whitey Tax.
