In the past few weeks I’ve gone on record stating that I don’t see the current Ukraine/Russia conflict being good for Americans in any conceivable way.
This was before I learned that Vladimir Putin is evil. Now that I know this, I agree that he must be stopped by any means necessary, even if it means genociding the entire human race. (more…)

After Stephen Breyer announced he was retiring from the Supreme Court in January of 2022, Biden fulfilled his 2020 campaign promise to nominate a black female for the position. While every rational person sees the problem with electing someone based on his skin color and/or gender, the nominee, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, should also feel somewhat disrespected for being chosen predicated on a campaign commitment to elect a black woman (not a particular black woman, just a black woman) instead of her professional and personal merit. In the middle 1960s, the geo-strategic position of the United States was not unlike what it is today: America and Western Europe were locked in a confrontation that was economic, military, and ideological with the Soviet Union (i.e., Russia) and communist China.
Up until that point, the communist world had moved from success to success, in part because of considerable American support. (more…)

(more…)

This year, Counter-Currents aims to raise $300,000 to sustain and expand our work. We have raised $10,441.67 thus far. Thank you to all our donors! Last week, we announced a $3,000 matching grant. We are now at $1,532, more than halfway there.
I do not at all enjoy asking our community for money. But our cause is too important to give in to such feelings. (more…)

I can’t understand why Steve Sailer thinks the United States must stay intact just because the breakup of the Soviet Union didn’t go as smoothly as it could have. In his recent essay “Let’s Not Break Up the USA,” Sailer serves up a nice dish of erudition regarding post-Soviet republic woes, but offers little more than a Eurasian cautionary tale for those of us who feel a racial divorce might be the best path forward for the white populations in North America. Despite all the potholes Sailer predicts, this remains, in my mind, the less frightening alternative. (more…)

For a long time, I thought about what sets us, as identitarians, White Nationalists, and dissidents apart from other political groups, both current and historical. It was while thinking about the phenomenon of crypsis that I came to an understanding that our defining feature is our acceptance of the concept of the absolute outsider. (more…)
