Death in June emerged from the English post-punk scene of the early 1980s. Death in June was originally a trio, but two of the founding members left in 1984 and 1985, so now the group consists of Douglas Pearce along with a shifting set of collaborators. Pearce, now 54, currently lives in Australia.

North Korea is the world’s last manufacturer of vintage Stalinist boilerplate, as this 2003 story about the recently deceased defector Hwang Jang Yop demonstrates so beautifully. I think that economic protectionists and historical preservationists need to put their heads together and develop a rationale for preserving this almost lost art of rhetoric. One of the great pleasures of being an explicit White Nationalist is that I get to meet other White Nationalists. If you state your views openly and honestly, you will hear from people who actually agree with you, people who will respect you for your views and for your forthrightness. If you spend your life hiding your beliefs—aside from an occasional wink, nudge, or hint—you will surround yourself with dupes or squishy people who would flee from and denounce the real you. I just don’t see the value in that.
