Nigel Farage Calls Britain a Two-Tier State

Mark Gullick

Nigel Farage. Courtesy of Wikimedia Commons.

3,415 words

White people and black people differ in many ways, and one of these differences is coming to the fore. The difference is one of perception. Whereas black people merely believe they have a white problem, because they are taught that they do, white people increasingly know they have a black problem, even if they are not permitted to talk about it. Black people are told, constantly, that white people are a clear and present danger to their people (despite the fact that they are far more dangerous to one another). They are happy to hear this from those in authority because it justifies the sense of grievance that motivates many black people and, they hope, will one day pay off in reparations. Slavery, colonization, empire; all these are evils committed by the white man, and deep states across the West are determined to remind blacks of that. There is little more insufferable than a black person with a grievance, and politicians and the media are making sure the fires are kept stoked. This carefully crafted animus is reaching critical levels in the US after the conviction and sentencing of Karmelo Anthony.

American blacks are making open threats of violence against whites online, and even in the public space. Whites believed to have been jurors in the Anthony case are being assaulted. AI images are being generated showing blacks urinating on Austin Metcalf’s grave. The “knockout game” has been played by blacks in the US for many years, although there is a total media embargo on reporting it, but it is ramping up. Now, blacks have been given the oxygen of grievance, and they are getting very high on it. Some of the scenes outside the court which tried Anthony featured black people who seemed to be presenting signs of advanced psychosis. America is the home of affirmative action, and more Americans are noticing (that very modern crime) that they are being discriminated against in favor of a weaponized ethnic bloc that lacks impulse control and conventional morals. But what of the UK?

Nigel Farage, the leader of Reform UK, is tipped to be the next British Prime Minister (PM), but he has increasingly been a disappointment to those of us further to the political Right than he is. Farage is essentially a Libertarian Thatcherite, a market man, and the concern is that he and his party are just going to turn out to be continuity Liberalism. Farage has stated that he can’t afford to alienate the Muslim vote—which means deals and concessions for bloc votes, as happens with Labour—and his number two is a Muslim, which does not play well with many. He has been keen to promote civic nationalism, which alienates White Nationalists. There has been talk of a future merger with the Tories, and Conservatives jumping ship from their ailing party are ending up in the Reform camp. This presents a strange situation. Robert Jenrick and Suella Braverman were respectively the Immigration Minister and the Home Secretary who oversaw the acceleration of the migration crisis under the last Tory government. They are now members of a party who have made controlling immigration a top priority. Jenrick and Braverman are thus being tasked with undoing the problem they themselves caused. All that said, Farage has published something this month which may interest those with White Nationalist interests.

On June 14, Farage published his first piece on Substack, titled “Britain is a two-tier state – against white people.” This may seem like playing to the gallery and an exercise in not alienating his white voter base, but it can’t be over-stressed that even to suggest such a thing as anti-white bias existing in the UK is something of a revolutionary act. Blancophobia has been the hatred that dare not speak its name, but things may finally be changing. Farage presents his central thesis:

Anything which is seen to disadvantage a minority group is cracked down on. Anything which benefits a minority and damages the White British is likely to be left alone.

This needs teasing out, of course. The prison system disadvantages blacks, so it must be rigged in their favor, both by disproportionate sentencing for whites, and by allowing blacks and Muslims to run jails. The lower IQ of the black and Muslim disadvantages them, so the education system must be rigged to give them an unfair advantage. This “race-norming” of test results has been even more prevalent in the US, but the UK is gaining ground. And the second sentence has a double meaning, as one of the things that “damages the White British” is the minorities themselves. It is unfair to expect Farage to follow these trains of thought, however. The Overton window has a long way to move before that conversation will be enabled. But the very fact that Farage is speaking about this is encouraging, although cynics may disagree. And it is difficult to look at British politics this century with an unjaundiced eye and not be cynical.

“The government’s apparent show of empathy and kindness…[is] a deeply sinister act of social cleansing,” Farage writes, and, “Equality has nothing to do with it. The intention is to dominate.” This act of conquest is present at every level of government. One civil service department told its white employees to “yield positions of power to those otherwise marginalized,” and to “surround themselves with others who look and think differently.” Westminster City Council, “serving” the ward in which the British Government resides, have ordered white staff to take a “privilege test,” and promote non-whites despite their being less qualified. This includes a “tiebreaker” which operates in cases of a white and a non-white being equally well qualified; the post goes to the non-white in such a case. This is another aspect of blancophobia; the more blacks you introduce into a system, any system outside of a basketball team, will make it worse. This, of course, impacts whites.

Farage also highlights the 2010 Equality Act which, with hindsight, can now be recognized as the first genuine and dedicated piece of blancophobic legislation. Farage isolates key phrases from this anti-white Act:

The insidiousness of the Equality Act is buried all the way down in section 149. This introduced a ‘public sector equality duty’ which obliged public bodies to “encourage persons who share a relevant protected characteristic to participate in public life… in which participation by such persons is disproportionately low’. In other words, they are effectively obligated by law to build DEI into their decision-making.

This is systemic miscegenation. As noted, the browning of any public body will inevitably lead to a drop in efficiency (rarely high to begin with), outcome, and overall performance. But, as Farage notes, the people who will mostly suffer this decline in standards are overwhelmingly white tax-payers, and that outcome ticks a box. “Equality objectives” were now mandatory after the Equality Act, and the uniparty (represented after Labour by the Tories for 14 years) “created a gigantic legal burden for the public sector that necessitated the creation of a permanent class of DEI bureaucrats.”

This is technocracy in action. Rather than genuine performativity, layers and tiers of bureaucracy are created, each making work for another in a round-dance of useless process. Again, this impacts whites as the employee trends in these areas will be geared in favor of non-whites. After this initial review of blancophobic legislation, Farage turns to its effects on employment, and what he calls “The Two-Tier Market.”

Young whites are obviously most impacted by this anti-white bias, particularly with more non-whites arriving every day. Farage picks examples of blatant discrimination which should be illegal under Britain’s trilogy of Race Relations Acts, but proves that they have been annulled by the Equality Act noted:

Examples include the National Audit Officers putting taxpayers’ money to work on special internships where middle-class White men are barred from applying, the Bank of England running exclusive schemes for black applicants, the security services running programmes which exclude White British students, and David Lammy’s Ministry of Justice coming up with ways to rig the appointments process to match Britain’s ‘diversity profile.’

There are many more such examples in Farage’s thoroughly researched piece. Andy Burnham, the Mayor of Manchester who could soon become the UK’s sixth unelected PM this century, instructed his administration to award preferential contracts to companies 51% or more of whose senior management were not white. High Speed 2 (HS2) is a railway project whose costs have long since spiraled out of control, yet its management found time to congratulate themselves for exceeding their ethnic minority hiring target of 23%, its workforce being 31% ethnic minority. Almost a third of the workers on HS2 are non-whites, and the project is an unmitigated disaster. Is there perhaps a correlation? Next, Farage turns his attention to housing.

Again, this whole sector is managed and maintained so as to massively disadvantage whites, particularly the young. Local authorities have stacked the deck against whites, and statutory guidelines from 2006 both reveal housing associations’ requirements to set targets for letting to ethnic minorities, and also that this has been the case for two decades. This preferential treatment for new arrivals is not new. To return to the ward of Westminster, home of the Mother of all Parliaments, one in seven tenants in social housing hold foreign passports with no British paperwork. Many of them will be economic refugees. On the streets, by distinction, many homeless men in London are ex-army. They will never get near social housing.

You can order Greg Johnson’s Loving Our Ownhere.

Under a Reform government, Farage says in the piece, foreign nationals will have no access to welfare, including social housing. And the housing problem does not just revolve around statistics, there is also a quality-of-life consideration. If whites move into a non-white street, so much the worse for them. When non-whites move into a predominantly white street (if any such remain), they appear to go out of their way to make the quality of life worse for the white community (another unsayable term Farage’s piece considers). Which leads Farage to his next hot-button issue; healthcare.

A phrase we hear often and which is loaded with anti-white bias is “social justice.” This only ever means an anarcho-tyrannical society in which the laws are not applied to ethnic minorities if it can possibly be avoided, and are lightly applied if it cannot. What it should mean, of course, includes the following consideration. The UK, as is often correctly pointed out, has an ageing population, and it is predominantly white people doing the ageing. Social justice would seem to require that these senior citizens should have access to the NHS (National Health Service) at the time of their lives they need it most. They have paid into it all their lives, both through income tax and the con-trick of National Insurance payments. However, with more immigrants arriving every day, some with diseases long-eradicated in the UK, plus immigrant proclivity for having children, this non-expanding sector is being over-loaded. It is practically impossible for whites in some areas even to get to see a doctor. Immigrants, on the other hand, are often boosted to the head of any queue. And then there is the problem of mental health.

Valdo Calocane is a black paranoid schizophrenic who murdered three people in a park in Nottingham. Despite a history of violence and an apparent inability to keep to a medication regimen, had been allowed to go free after previous violations because mental-health workers were concerned about the over-representation of black men in their system. Despite black men in the UK being ten times more likely to be diagnosed with psychotic disorders than whites, they are only detained at between three and four times the rate. So, there are a lot of black psychos out there for people to worry about and to complement the low-IQ, violent Muslims and armed Sikhs.

Calocane is a result of dereliction of duty, but anti-white bias is built into the very core of the famous NHS:

The NHSCore20PLUS5 scheme specifically notes that ‘ethnic minority communities’ and ‘vulnerable migrants’ are among those it expects to be targeted for ‘accelerated improvement’, such as better maternity care, annual physical health checks for those with mental illness, and higher cancer diagnosis rates.

White Britons are famous for their ability to queue, it’s just that now they are having to get used to being at the back when the queue forms. On social media, NHS staff have openly celebrated their incorporation of “anti-Whiteness” into their procedures. No one’s hiding anything here. What they don’t tend to mention is that, as Farage correctly notes, “it has been the case for decades that doctors trained overseas are significantly more likely to be hauled in front of fitness to practice hearings, and more likely to be struck off.” These are the foreign doctors the British are told are essential to the continuance of the NHS. It will be no surprise to learn that white British medical graduates, invariably better qualified than their foreign usurpers, are “unable to find the specialty training needed to progress their careers, and in some cases absurdly left unemployed.” It is not uncommon to hear of quite senior medical staff who speak little or no English.

Farage’s next port of call in this depressing odyssey is education, which is where the deep state ensure that anti-whiteness is a vital part of the curriculum, and from an early age. Some stories stay with you, and although Farage does not mention this tale, it was told by a YouTuber named Andre Walker. Mr. Walker was talking to the 14-year-old son of a friend about the boy’s school. The lad described one lesson which was, surprise, about slavery. The white members of the class were given a warning before the lesson started. If any of them so much as mentioned the (historically provable) fact that the English were largely responsible for ending the transatlantic slave trade, or even uttered the name of William Wilberforce, credited with leading the operation, they would be removed from the classroom. That should tell you all you know about the racial bias and indoctrination at the heart of British education. Farage uses a few examples, not of overall facts and figures, but case studies of several schools. The first is in Kent, which is the county where the majority of illegal immigrants first set foot on what was, in modern times, unconquered land:

Take Hillview School, in Kent, which sets out the guidance provided for children aged 0-5: ‘equity and inclusion require more than treating everyone the same’, ‘talking about race is a first step in conquering racism’, ‘practitioner training is an important step toward… understanding about White privilege, systemic racism, and how racism affects children and families’, and, of course, teaching children to ‘recognise racist behaviours and develop anti-racist views’ while providing ‘role-play clothing that allows children to play in gender-flexible ways.’

Even ten years ago, you would not have found that outside of a satirical magazine. If you have children at school in England, I hope you know all this. If you have, forget home-schooling, as that is being made increasingly difficult to get state approval for. If I were you, and if you can, I would get the hell out. If you are white, your children will grow up to hate you, and you will hate them right back. So many lives are being destroyed at an age when I was reading Janet and John, a Ladybird book about a little boy and girl. Children used to read about how interesting and fun their world could be. Now, if they are white, they learn about their responsibility for racism. It gets no better up the age scale. All the nation’s leading universities, Oxford, Cambridge, and St. Andrew’s in Scotland, require whites to pass an exam on racial justice and privilege before they are allowed to start their degree and cannot graduate if they either have not done so or have failed. When Tony Blair was elected in 1997, he outlined his three main priorities: “Education, education, education.” Curiously, for once, he wasn’t lying. He just neglected to mention what he intended to do to education. Now, his project is complete.

The police and the military round up Farage’s state of the nation address, and his timing is impeccable. Keir Starmer’s Defense Secretary quit last week and it is rumored that many of the army’s top brass are going to follow him. The under-funding of the military this century, exacerbated by its DEI policies, has left a weak army barely important in terms of modern geopolitics. The state of the once-mighty British army should not shock us by this stage:

Diversity and inclusion ‘advisors’ are stationed in every unit of the army. Two million pounds is spent annually on paying their salaries. A leaked document entitled ‘The British Army’s Race Action Plan’ set out schemes that would relax security requirements for overseas recruits into positions with ‘uncontrolled access to security assets.’

You read that correctly. The British Army, whose sole purpose is to protect and defend the people it represents, is actively inviting foreigners they know could easily be a risk to national security.

As for the police, the Henry Nowak case has highlighted the fact that DEI is not just an irritant, it is deadly should you be white in the wrong place, and among the wrong people. If anything, as Henry Nowak’s death showed, the police are even more egregiously anti-white than their public-sector colleagues. I covered the killing of Henry here at Counter-Currents, and the fact that the police were briefed that they were attending a racist incident rather than a stabbing should live with every officer in the chain of command who lied. Farage makes his point simply:

Telling the truth about Henry Nowak’s murder isn’t divisive. Pretending we can continue with business as usual is. I have no doubt anti-White bias played a pivotal role in Henry’s treatment by the police. If that doesn’t fill you will cold rage, I don’t know what will.

Farage ends with a warning for the white British not to expect the cavalry unless he himself leads the charge:

It’s clear that there’s an unspoken assumption: White British people are a sizeable majority, they can take the institutional disadvantage and the institutional scorn, and find a way around it. As a majority group, they’ll always be okay. But this will not the case forever.

The white British are at war with their own government, representative as they are of a globalist cabal whose existence and ultimate provenance can scarcely be denied, and using a mercenary army more fitting to the 11th century than the 21st.

Once you become used to the blancophobic bias Farage patiently examines, you begin to see it everywhere, in all functions of government. The latest Labour plan is to prevent public access to violent incidents on social media. There is no prize for guessing that the reason is that it is not whites stabbing non-whites which are being filmed on the streets, which is what many politicians and the BBC long for, and therefore whites must not be permitted to see what is actually happening on the streets, and its ethnic composition.

Blacks despise whites, and are overjoyed to play the victim while being well supplied with privilege and free stuff while blaming whites for their self-imposed plight. They aren’t just instructed to hate whites. In those social situations in which blacks are not being babysat by white liberals, and might be expected to show moral autonomy and agency, blancophobia is baked in. Metrics show that black juries convict whites at a higher rate than vice versa and, although “what-iffery” is stale, it is a knee-jerk response for whites. If the stats had shown that more whites convicted blacks per capita, it would have run on the front page of many newspapers.

The mere fact that anti-white bias, or “blancophobia” operates at every level of society and is now being talked about openly is significant. You cannot fight an enemy whose tactics you do not understand, and for whites the British deep state and its executive arm in government is an enemy to be feared. Farage may turn out to be the latest in a line of snake-oil salesmen posing as saviors, but his piece has broken a taboo, and for that he should be applauded to the very echo.
