Culture as Programming
A Case Study of Frau Löwenherz, aka Leonie Plaar
Part 2
Richard Parker
Part 2 of 2 (Part 1 here)
The role of a cultural milieu in programming each individual is not merely illustrated by considering what Leonie Plaar would have been like 80 to 100 years ago. It is further demonstrated by the realization that, in many ways, the choices and utterances she makes are not an individual choice at all as properly understood, but are part of a greater rubric of sociological and cultural phenomena that shape and define the individual in any context, but most especially modern Germany as she stands on the precipice of nationaler und völkischer Abschaffung. The real horror of Leonie Plaar is that she is not just an individual or an isolated incident, but is part of a greater hive mind that is leading Germany and all of Europe to ruin — to racial and national suicide.
Having chosen to become a lesbian,[1] Plaar is part and parcel of the anti-natalism that has a death grip on Germany, Europe, and white populations across the world. Proof of the contention that her cookie-cutter far-Left leanings are not an individual trend, but part of an insidious cultural and societal trend in Germany as well as Europe, is pervasive and demonstrated in any number of news stories. See the recent demonstrations against Alternative for Germany in Essen, as tepid and restrained as that party is. Or consider that “good” Germans have a fleet of ships, as part of an organization called Sea Eye, to interdict boats and rafts carrying Africans to Europe — not to send them back, as ought to be done, but to rescue and then ferry them to European shores for settlement.
When compared with a certain, tragic generation of Germans nearly a century ago, Plaar and “good” Germans like her are, as products of pernicious social programming, in many ways an inversion of the two excellent Terminator movies, which are worthy of discussion and acknowledgement.[2] Everyone knows the difference between the original Terminator from the first movie, which is sent back in time to kill Sarah Connor, and the second, once referred to as “Uncle Bob,” in Terminator 2: Judgment Day, which is sent to protect the young John Connor: programming. Skynet programmed the first Terminator to assassinate Sarah Connor to prevent John Connor from being born, and when that failed, John Connor and the human resistance overtook a Skynet stronghold in 2029 and reprogrammed a captured Terminator, sending him back in time to protect him in 1991 from a new model of Terminator, the T-1000. In human affairs, the cultural milieu that envelops the individual is the programming, defining the individual in such profound ways that are only slightly less determinative than the programming of a Cyberdyne Systems Model 800 cyborg.
Many would of course object to the analogy of comparing the generations of Germans who came of age during the Third Reich to the cyborg Terminator that was sent to protect John Connor and the future of humanity. Simply stated, Germans of that period have been unfairly maligned, as their vilification is always made with the advantage of hindsight, and never accounts for the legitimate reasons everyday Germans followed Hitler without that advantage,[3] including the myriad injustices of the Versailles Diktat, the deprivations and hardships suffered by the German people at the end of the First World War, the legitimate threat of a Communist revolution, the Weimar Republic’s shocking and extreme decadence and sexual degeneracy, not to mention Germany’s legitimate territorial claims on Sudetenland, Danzig, and Austria. Ernst Nolte and others have correctly distinguished between the German people at the time and the political leadership that failed them in such an utterly devastating, catastrophic fashion.
In spite of such unfair vilification, however, Germans of that time advocated for the family, embraced natalist policies that would allow the German people to propagate, and fought for their country against the evils of liberal democracy, Soviet Bolshevism, and International Jewry. Despite the catastrophic moral and military failures of their leadership, this generation had a decency utterly absent in individuals such as Plaar who seek the abolition of their own people. Contrary to conventional wisdom, and contrary to what deluded Germans such as Plaar insist as she and those of her ilk march Germany toward her very abolition, the hypothetical Plaar born in the 1920s is much closer to the benign savior of humanity embodied by the “Uncle Bob” variety of Terminator than its predecessor, which was sent to snuff out humanity’s future. No matter how much Plaar and those like her would deny it, it is a virtual certainty she would have gladly fallen in line as a BDM girl if a clone of her had been born in the 1920s or ‘30s. She has, after all, shown a strong propensity to follow — whichever way the winds of power blow.
The Terminator analogy is of course somewhat simplistic in other ways, as few metaphors bear close scrutiny. The concept of Geworfenheit as formulated by Martin Heidegger is of course in tension with Entwurf¸ or projection: the way the individual interacts with those externalities that envelop him. Some of us are endowed with a small semblance of autonomy, even if free will is far more limited than the Anglo-American tradition so foolishly supposes. In many ways, free choice is but an extensive drop-drown menu, in which the choices available to the individual are prepopulated by the externalities that envelop him, including the time and the circumstances one is born into as well as other externalities, from cultural milieu to familial and religious upbringing.
There is another imperfection in this analogy, however: namely, that many societies present a conflict between receding incumbent cultures and ascending subversive ones, with Germany being arguably a better example than any other in the Occident. To be sure, Germany, as almost all of Europe, is in serious trouble, beset on all sides by this same sort of subversive cultural programming: the intake of junk American Unkultur, replete with English-language advertising and pop songs that imperil the future of not just the German language, but many other European languages as well as languages around the world. This is, however, in tension with Germany’s incumbent culture, one that has developed over centuries and that rejects the insidious views and lifestyles of persons such as Plaar, or those who commit miscegenation or want to flood Germany and other European lands with Third World hordes who have no right to set foot on the sacred continent. In this way, individuals are subject to two competing efforts to program them, although the insidious, malignant cultural programming that infected Plaar seems to be on the ascendant.
The opposition between an incumbent, and at the moment receding culture and an ascending, subversive new culture might lead some to question whether the constraints on individual autonomy are as severe as are being argued for. Although the analogy to cyborg programming may be a bit simplistic and overstated in some respects, those who insist on free will overlook things such as the abiding tendency of types such as Plaar, especially women, to go with the dominant social order, the power of peer pressure, the appeal of authority wielded by whatever professors indoctrinated her with feminist and intersectional jargon at the University of Osnabrück, and the irrational compulsion to rebel against one’s parents, among other externalities of which most are not even conscious.
In many ways, simplistic and erroneous notions about individual autonomy — whatever that is supposed to mean — combined with the greater philistinism of mainstream conservatism that holds matters of culture and the arts in open contempt, at least here in the United States, have contributed greatly to many of the troubles that have allowed young women such Plaar to be so indoctrinated — or programmed. All of this might have been avoided if there were an established opposition to cultural Marxism that actually cared about culture, and was not merely feigned opposition by shills who are paid to lose and who only to pretend to serve their constituencies. Germany, alas, is a special case, being a vanquished country, a nation that did not even have legal sovereignty until after reunification, a country that abides by a constitution written at the direction and with the assistance of those who conquered her. Germany is a country in which Leftist youth wear t-shirts reading “Germany Must Die So That I May Live.” It is a country in which an insidious philosophy called “anti-Germanism” compels self-hating Germans to brandish signs thanking Bomer Arthus Harris for firebombing Dresden to counter-protest those sensible Germans who protest the war crimes perpetrated by the “do-goody” Allies.
Of course, these elements in the culture and higher education stem from the march through the institutions of power here in the States by cultural Marxism. Intersectionalism, anti-white rhetoric — everything that comprises Plaar’s malignant programming of the mind was imported from the United States, much of which was in turn imported from German Jews fleeing the Nazi regime in the 1930s.[4] Because these harmful “ideas,” to the extent one can even call them ideas, most immediately originate from the US, those beholden to more mainstream views or who are (somehow) still beholden to quaint and erroneous views about American exceptionalism make a grave error in thinking that all of this is peculiar to the Germans, or that somehow the Germans collectively deserve this or are otherwise responsible for it.
It is unclear what the best short- and long-term solutions are for those Germans and other European peoples who have not been infected by the insidious programming that has afflicted those such as Frau Plaar. As always, no matter how daunting and seemingly intractable a problem may be, any solution requires a correct understanding of the nature of the problem. Germans, Europeans, and the European Diaspora have no hope of prevailing without the critical, essential understanding that Frau Plaar and those like her are a product of the cultural milieu that envelops them — and envelops us all. To save heiliges Deutschland und Mutter Europa, the cultural programming must be changed by any means necessary and available, not unlike how the programming of a cyborg determines whether he is a friend or foe of humanity in the two Terminator films. For Germany in particular, changing the cultural programming, and doing so in time, will be difficult, but German nationalists have an incumbent cultural foundation which has existed for centuries. That incumbent cultural foundation needs to be protected and touted with much greater vigor than it has been in recent memory.
The fate of not just Germany, but all of Europe may hinge on whether a critical mass of Germans can overcome decades of war guilt. Consider the ridiculous “outrage” in Sylt, where chants of “Ausländer Raus, Deutschland den Deutschen, Ausländer Raus” set to L’Amour Toujours” became a national scandal, including the “cancellation” of some of the persons involved, not to mention prison sentences and the banning the song from Oktoberfest and other festivities. Conversely, different variations of the song shot up on the various German music charts, one sign of many showing there is still hope for Germany yet.
At some point, Germans and Europeans writ large need to understand that the United States is not their friend and find some way to expel not only the American armed forces from Germany and other European countries, but to expel and expunge the many horrid auspices of American Unkultur from their midst. This will require a more enlightened, authoritarian ethos: a dark enlightenment that rejects American platitudes about individual autonomy, and especially the absurd notion that what consenting adults do is no one else’s concern. If, for example, Germany were to ban or oust McDonald’s, as ought and must be done, a critical mass of persons must come to understand that those making the “choice” to patronize these portents of Pax Americana affect Germans and Europeans collectively.[5] The same rationale — the same dark enlightenment — applies to embracing intolerance for a certain sort of German woman who desires to copulate with men of different races, holds “refugees welcome” signs at the train station to greet trains full of migrants, and so on. Above all, Germany and the other vassal states of the American empire must come to the realization that they are occupied nations and develop the political will demanding that they cease to be so.
These are just some of the steps necessary to end the process whereby young Germans and Europeans altogether are being programmed by this insidious American creed. The failure to either discern this fundamental truth about culture as programming or to successfully implement measures to disrupt and end such programming will ensure that those such as Plaar and her handlers will prevail, even as her phenotype and lineage will be assured of extinction through anti-natalism and the Great Replacement, should these elements continue to succeed.

Notes
[1] In the video presentation discussed at length in the second paragraph on, Plaar divulges that she discovered she was bisexual at 15 and determined she was lesbian at 17, coming out at some point thereafter. When, precisely, is unclear. However, in these two TikTok videos, she identifies as “lesbian and bi.” Additionally, about a year ago I seem to recall discovering aa video showing that she had had a boyfriend in college, among other things. Regrettably, I am now unable to relocate these videos. Regardless, that she identifies alternately as lesbian or bisexual demonstrates that her lesbianism is a choice and socially and culturally conditioned, as female sexuality is generally much more fluid than male.
[2] One is reluctant to make any reference to American popular culture, but there are outliers for most everything. Terminator and Terminator 2: Judgment Day are great cinema with profound themes and great storytelling that distinguish them from so much dreck.
[3] While the German people of that time and today are undeserving of being so unfairly maligned, the regime — or more precisely its political leadership — had a number of moral failings, not to mention their committing of a number of catastrophic strategic blunders that doomed Germany, despite their armed forces being a most lethal instrument and one of the great paragons of military discipline in all history. Even the greatest warriors cannot fight three peer powers on three fronts simultaneously and emerge victorious. As stated elsewhere, I am most ambivalent about the Nazi period, as I regard Hitler and those in his inner circle with a strong aversion, although this aversion diverges largely from conventional wisdom. I am deeply sympathetic to the reasons for which everyday Germans followed Hitler — without the advantage of hindsight — as I regard the Allies as being just as bad or worse. I do condemn Hitler, however, for in effect losing the war by involving Germany in a war with three peer powers simultaneously, not to mention the barbarism he perpetrated against Slavic Europeans, the Russians in particular (although the German armed forces saw much barbarism perpetrated by the Russians as well, from the very onset of Operation Barbarossa). Hitler also brutalized his own people and showed callous disregard for the lives of his own men in his “stand or die” orders. While in Allied captivity, Field Marshall Ritter von Leeb once stated that “[t]he excesses of National Socialism were in the first and final analysis due to the warped personality of the Führer,” to which Heinz Guderian responded, “The fundamental principles were fine.” This is an entirely reasonable position on the matter.

The way to discourage these destructive things is to show that they are shameful. This is difficult since we don’t own the TV stations, but it’s not impossible since there’s a lot that can be done simply with memes. Just to name a few particulars:
It’s abnormal to hate your own people. It doesn’t make you a hero.
These leftist squidlings aren’t brave and special; they’re sheep.
Following the ideology of a hostile “elite” means they’re like chickens voting for Colonel Sanders.
As far as sexuality goes, people like what they like, but wearing it on their sleeves like that “outs” them as trend-followers.
Unseemly behavior (like being a wigger, etc.) is disgusting.
What I often wonder about is the sheer spite in people like Ms. Plaar. If you don’t like being German, move to another country and apply for citizenship there. If you can’t stand the wickedness of your DNA or whatever, off yourself. (Not that I would encourage my fellow Germans to kill themselves in droves, mind.) That would seem like the sensible solution to me. But no – they want to destroy the things they personally hate so that nobody, especially those who don’t feel that way, can’t have them. What kind of sick philosophy is that?

Are disclaimers like these really necessary? Surely hardcore Leftists are not fooled.
And what “moral failures” exactly? Compared to what, the Second Coming of Jesus?
There is no way that Hitler had a personality more “warped” than Stalin, Churchill, and Roosevelt. Utter nonsense.
By 1937, Roosevelt desperately wanted World War; he saw himself as a Wilsonian world redeemer, and somebody who could carry a Big Stick with a fleet of missionary gunboats like his cousin Teddy. A born plutocrat, FDR saw himself, along with his Hyde Park Jewish buddy Morgenthau, as unironic Jeffersonian Democrats and men-of-the-people who would smite Satan and integrate the peasant races of the globe as God intended.
Hosanna!
There were lots of non-Jewish Leftists in Germany between the disaster of World War I and the NSDAP Machtergreifung, and they were benignly reeducated rather comparatively speaking.
There was some (usually short) incarceration of political prisoners from 1933 without what we would consider due process. The messiah, Mr. Lincoln illegally suspended habeas corpus to fight his war and to free the Negroes. He put his critics in prison as a true Totalitarian Liberal.
But in Nazi Germany, the overall prewar incarceration rate and capital punishment rate was not any higher than the United States during the period ─ at a time when vicious criminals were actually either electrocuted or gassed in the USA without decades of legal wrangling or fanfare and Roman Catholic protests. I don’t see the consequent punishment of crime as a “moral failing.”
Furthermore, the military situation as you construe it is predicated upon the idea that Germany had some kind of choice in the matter of selecting their Global enemies, fighting or not fighting.
After the Jews declared Holy War on Germany in late March of 1933, leading to boycotts and the entire Hollywood machinery calling for war, WAS peace even possible other than (maybe) to kill Hitler and submit the country to the suzerainty of the Allied world order? What national compliance would have been enough to keep Germany out of Soviet hands?
The Allies didn’t do much to save Poland or Finland ─ nor Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and Bessarabia.
I’ve already talked about the slanted memoirs of Hitler’s Generals and studied the German General Staff quite a bit. One of the better histories is A Genius for War: The German Army and General Staff, 1807-1945, which was written in 1977 by Col. Trevor N. Dupuy, who came from a line of American military historians.
Another decent history of the German General Staff, but overtly manifesting the usual and obligatory postwar anti-Hitler bias, is the classic one written in 1953 by Walter Görlitz.
As far as stubbornly not retreating from the Soviet onslaught, unlike Generaloberst Guderian, who failed to appreciate that moving the front line fifty miles West was going to be just as cold as the one they wanted to leave. SS commanders of equal rank like Oberstgruppenführer Hausser were frequently allowed to retreat during the war without being dismissed like Guderian who, along with many of his peers completely lost his nerve when the Germans failed to take Moscow in late 1941. Military historians credit Hitler with preventing a general collapse at the onset of the worst Russian Winter in modern memory.
Furthermore, Guderian’s thesis that the Soviets would have called it quits if only his Panzers had been allowed (without Hitler’s interference) to capture Moscow lacks evidence.
In fact, Hitler did his best to juggle that the Germans needed to capture many simulateous objectives to win the campaign and that Army Groups North, Center, and South did not have the same luxury of forces that Guderian usually enjoyed.
Of course, not everyone sees the benefit of a war ending with the Soviets on the Elbe rather than the Weser or the Rhine.
And if your view is that the war was Hitler or Germany’s fault as an exclusive actor, then yes, it is not hard to see the aftermath of sixty-million or so dead as something that Germany alone has to atone for. This is the warped line of thinking that Albert Speer had to cop to avoid the rope at Nuremberg.
I would argue that “it takes two to tango.” The U.S. Navy wasn’t fighting an unrestricted submarine warfare campaign against Imperial Japan during World War II because the enemy were the good guys in their Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere.
The Soviets could have cleaned up the situation on the Eastern Front quite substantially just by signing the Geneva Convention. Then the Wehrmacht General staff officers like Quartermaster General Eduard Wagner ─ who later joined the plot to kill Hitler ─ would have been forced to put millions of Soviet PoWs somewhere into the severly-strained German logistical planning. Wagner of the Wehrmacht was neck-deep in the seamier aspects of the war.
Himmler and the SS thought they could use Soviet PoWs for the bottomless labor needs of a blockaded country at war, but the surviving Soviet PoWs had barely survived the 1941-42 Winter before they were even delivered to the SS to build a barracks at Auschwitz called Birkenau.
Plus, the Soviets had this weird idea of terrorism being an integral part of their ideological global war, so that biased them against signing Hague and Geneva-style treaty agreements.
Bolsheviks adamantly disliked bourgeois rules of war ─ at least with counter-revolutionaries. And their diplomats were mostly scrupulous only when they were courting Western aid or other favors. They know how to wine and dine soft Liberals, but Hitler was never fooled.
However, Germany’s enemies in the West did sign the Geneva Convention, and that made a big difference with wartime German reciprocity between the West and the wild East. Nothing to do with them being Slavs.
Likewise, German PoWs fared no better in Soviet hands. Was it ancient oriental barbarism or just the usual Soviet praxis? We were schooled a wee bit about Communism when we fought them in the now-forgotten Korea and Vietnam conflicts.
Of course, our enemies today believe the Leftist narrative that anything the White man ever did amounts to Genocide. That is why the term was invented.
For example, delousing Brown migrant workers at the Texas border during an early-20th century Mexican scrub typhus outbreak was Genocide Lite. The Zyklon-B Bath Riots are today part of the “community-driven” Reconquista lore in the hallowed halls of higher education.
For well over a half-century, most of us Americans were taught that the Japs were nuked twice just as revenge for attacking Pearl Harbor. And that the Nazis gassed the innocent Joos and invented typhus fever just because they were bigots. We saw the stark newsreels in school ─ the corpses and the bulldozers.
We have to bow our heads at the Anne Frank memorial in Boise, Idaho ─ or any place that could be construed as implicity White ─ and maybe the (((news media))) that already called for World War in 1933 will then stop calling us White supreemists.
But as far as reeducating Antifa, we can start by seizing their trust funds. Yes, some of them can still probably be saved.
Leon Degrelle claims that a lot of German Communists were indulged during the Hitler times ─ particularly before the war ─ rather than facing harsher punishments. The NS State hoped that their German enemies would eventually change their hearts and minds and rejoin the People’s Community. Some did.
🙂
I only skimmed your reply. Such disclaimers are necessary because it is the position I advocate and a position that seems to me, at least wholly necessary when trying to reform how a generation is viewed in the context of 80 years of propaganda, as I hope that anything I write goes beyond merely just “preaching to the choir.” Apparently you missed the point where I explicitly stated I regard the Allies as bad or worse.
Nothing you stated refutes the obvious truth that no power, certainly not Germany, could prevail in a war against three peer powers simultaneously. That of course does not diminish the obvious provocations by the United States. If Hitler and the Wehrmacht were omnipotent, they would have just cause, but they were not. Consider Abraham Lincoln’s famous retort to members in his cabinet in relation to the Trent Affair, which had enraged the British and introduced a real danger that the British would enter the war or support the Confederacy in other ways. Members in his cabinet were enraged he released both the British prisoners and the confederate delegates apprehended from the HMS Trent. His response defending his decision: “One war at a time, gentlemen.”
I am really not interested in debating or engaging this topic further with you.
Can’t win, don’t try. But nobody knew that in advance.
Hitler did attempt to fight one battle at a time, and to do as much diplomatically and without war as possible.
Only in retrospect was this impossible-odds. The Entente was numerically far superior to German forces in 1939, more tanks, more aircraft, and yet somehow they were driven off the continent in 1940. They alone had the luxury of rejecting Peace.
The Wehrmacht grossly underestimated Soviet strength, and the actual threat to Germany was in fact far worse than believed by an order of magnitude. The German people did not want to go to war, but if they had known the future of ashes and war-crimes trials, would they have agreed to a Bolshevik hegemony in its place?
Plus, the American attitude was mixed and therefore given the benefit of a doubt ─ meaning that the hostility of the non-Jewish elites to German nationalism was grossly underestimated by the Germans.
And the military threat was not clearly understood. Even when war was increasingly inevitable (1933-37) or already being fought undeclared against German warships (1941), the USA had been seen to still be lost in the worldwide Depression.
However, this Depression was not due to any shortages of resources, energy, manpower, or any organic economic deficiencies whatsoever, so it was able to ramp up an unprecedented modern war machine in surprisingly short order and to unimaginable dimensions.
Maybe submission would have been better?
Besides, who but Very Bad People ─ Thoughtcriminals who by definition cannot be reasoned with ─ would not want to follow the Leftist pied pipers and their enlightened hipster visions for a brave new world, anyway?
The Left has the market on Freedom from Fear, Want, etc. They have Brotherhood, Equality, Peace, Pride, and Utopia.
I believe in Progress and Modernity, but not necessarily in the same version of it.
The modern German way is to ban debate that touches upon touchy subjects ─ so I can understand the reticence. And I don’t have all the answers in any case.
🙂
Hitler did attempt to fight one battle at a time
He declared war on the United States while bogged down up to his neck in snow on the outskirts of Moscow, you dolt. This while leaving unfinihsed business with the Britsh Empire.
Edit–and another rambling screed full of strawmen that does not persuade me and should persuade no one. This edit will be the third time I will have I am not interested in discussing this matter with “Scott.” I certainly hope there will not have to be a fourth.
The Americans were ALREADY providing a blank check to Germany’s enemies long before Pearl Harbor. But fighting Japan was never a priority for the Americans.
Besides supporting the Allies unconditionally and shooting at German ships, it was believed that the United States would take years to effectively mobilize, as was the case in the previous war.
The fact is that the USA was already in a shooting war with German ships which is not something that can be ignored. It is noticed by your own partners and neutrals.
Plus, the timing just after Pearl Harbor seemed appropriate because it was believed that very little of the American war-effort would be directed against Germany via England or Russia simply because Japan seemed ascendant on the other side of the world and priority Allied resources would THEREFORE need to be diverted.
In reality, FDR only allocated 20 percent of the American war-effort to fight Japan, and aid to the English and Soviets actually increased appreciably. This would have happened with or without Hitler’s declaration of war a few days after Pearl Harbor.
It is not unreasonable for the Germans to have expected that the Japs would have declared war on the Soviets ─ but they were very bifurcated between Army and Navy goals and priorities. The Nipponese Army was already bogged down in China.
Hitler was not the only one who thought that Japan posed a serious threat to the United States. FDR and General Marshall did too, which is why they incarcerated all ethnic Japanese living on the West Coast into concentration camps, not just the enemy aliens like German, Italian, and Japanese nationals.
There wasn’t much else that could be done against Albion in 1941 since the German fleet was too weak for an invasion and Churchill knew this with confirmation from signals decrypts ─ which is why he could confidently reject German peace offers.
And Churchill didn’t even worry too much about German bombing raids, finding them good morale boosters to steel the spirit. Most of the country was not even in range of German bombers in any case.
Also, the Italians were not doing so well against the British in North Africa, despite increasingly being sent German help that was sorely missed on the continent.
It might have been possible to wait to fight the Soviets until the war in the West had ended somehow. Hitler would have preferred that.
But the Soviets had immense forces to bear and this threat was only increasing with time. And this looming Soviet threat was precisely why the war in the West was not going to be ended on any peace terms short of killing Hitler.
Stalin was waiting until the West had sweetened the deal sufficiently before entering the war. He could afford to wait. Germany could not.
The entire German General Staff believed that the Soviets could be knocked out in short order if the Germans struck with tactical surprise. An incredible host was destroyed and a massive amount of territory taken, in fact. But the Soviets were more powerful in depth than the Germans had feared and the severe Winter made the critically-strained German logistics impossible.
Yeah, in retrospect it was not winnable. But nobody on either side absolutely knew that.
🙂
It seems to me the larger design of the war-mongers was to destroy Germany and Japan; both were advanced industrial nations and each their region’s natural dominant power. It was WW1 redux. The Japanese had no ambitions to dominate the world, and only ever wanted to be dominant in Asia.
I submit the same was true of Germany as well; Germany was a failed state when the NSDAP came to power and the new leadership did what it could to push back against the forces, internal and external, seeking to crush the nation. Germany, lest we forget, was the real object of the Communists fomenting revolution.
The victors write the histories, and may ascribe whatever maddog and/or buffoonish motivations they wish to the vanquished after the fact. The post-war era left the US and the USSR as nominal superpowers, woefully over-extended in order to fill the void left by the war’s outcome.
In his ‘Coffee and a Mike’ podcast yesterday, ZMan was talking about what a poor country Germany actually is these days. All those Anne Frank reparations do add up. Migrants not only commit crimes, they gobble up a disproportionate share of the welfare benefits. Fuel costs are high and de-industrialization once again stalks the land.
Yes, Theodora. I’m not trying to be difficult. It is just that I don’t see how endless genuflection over ancient enemy propaganda narratives advances White interests or recruits decent followers.
I am willing to discuss it, especially since I don’t have all the answers and may misinterpret perspectives here.
And I am especially willing to discuss it with people who have actually read the literature cited, or at least some of it. Everybody cites Guderian and Manstein, for example, but who has actually slogged through the reading?
World War II was (very) complex and yet we are reminded every single day. It was a watershed period of our history ─ and we are chided that we must learn and never forget all the canonical lessons (with little or no questioning). So it behooves us to understand a little more than a canned Ken Burns TV production.

Hi Scott,
No, I don’t think you’re being difficult and certainly didn’t mean to imply that. I agree, it is the subject that is difficult and I applaud your earnestness in trying to foster an informed discussion of it. That said, have you ever considered creating a substack account where you could write at length about these matters? HamburgerToday has an account. Would love to see you over there. https://open.substack.com/pub/hamburgertoday?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android&r=3rswoe
For my part, I don’t see that point of focusing so much hatred on someone like the unfortunate Plaar who’s had no fewer than two pieces published on her. I know a German woman about Plaar’s age, maybe a little older, who’s married, to a German, and has German children. But, she’s as self-destructive of her country in her embrace of non-Whites and immigrants as Plaar. She gave her German children Hebrew names, (and, no, not because she’s Christian). So, obviously, natalism, whatever exactly that is, doesn’t save you.
What I see that my German acquaintance shares with Plaar, and with other younger Germans, is hatred of their ancestors. My acquaintance told me her grandfather fought on the eastern front during WW2 and sustained serious disabling injuries. He fought to keep the Red Army out of Berlin. But, somehow, he was wrong to do so. That generation– and probably all the generations of Germans before him too (why not?!) — were just categorically wrong. Trying to elide the problem by saying “no, really, it wasn’t the people who were wrong, it was the leadership” does not stop the Red Army or the Allied bombing of civilians or the Jewish financial stranglehold; nor does it solve the problem of German self-hatred now.
Time for Germans to say, “Yeah, you don’t apologize for your ancestors. Neither do we. And that includes Mustache Man.”
Edifying comment, Scott. Thank you.
A typical, grotesque BRD NPC. There are thousands of them, in the university cities.
Tübingen and Freiburg are both beautiful places to visit and quite frightul at the same time.
