Ramadamadingdong Goes the School Bell:
Some Harsh Lessons To Be Learned From Islam In Our Classrooms

Steven Tucker

3,467 words

What’s the most valuable lesson a Western child can learn at school today? That they now inhabit a deliberately unfair two-tier social system, in which it’s one rule for Muslims, one rule for everyone else—a two-tier system which now runs direct from the classroom to courtroom.

It is the end of Ramadan this week, a festival of which I was blissfully unaware until long after I entered my teens. The only time I heard the term as a young child was when adults around me referred to Pakistani immigrants as “The Ramadamadingdong.”

During Religious Education lessons our teaching focused almost entirely upon Christianity, as we were a Christian school, in what was, at least formally, still supposed to be a Christian country. There was one single high school lesson in which we had to learn about the existence of Islam, but as far as I can recall, the content was limited to “Something called Islam exists, but once we’ve got this legally obligatory lesson of you all drawing stick-men portraits of them praying to an inanimate compass direction in your exercise books, we can just all safely go back to ignoring the whole thing and talking about Jesus.” It wasn’t like any of us had ever actually met a Muslim, living in a 99.9% white town in north-west England, nor, at that point, did it seem likely we would ever have do so, unless some of us happened to one day accept the late Queen’s shilling to head out to the Middle East one day and shoot some from afar in the name of ensuring lower prices at the petrol-pump.

Then, as an adult, I became a schoolteacher myself, at an all-girls’ Catholic high school in Liverpool, where I spoke to my first ever Muslim student. Although at this point the only one of her kind in the entire institution, this typically arrogant Pakistani-heritage twelve-year-old walked into my English classroom before anyone else had arrived one day and, having previously spotted a wall-display about George Orwell’s Animal Farm in an adjoining teaching-area, informed me—not in the shape of a request, but of a command—that we could not read any book which contained images or descriptions of pigs in it, as this was against the sacred tenets of her stupid imported Middle Eastern Moon-Cult. As it was, my class didn’t happen to be reading Animal Farm anyway, although I certainly felt as if I was suddenly living in 1984 (or possibly just in 784).

The only previous occasion on which I had observed any Muslim students at work demanding special treatment was when, during an early teacher-training placement at another Liverpool Christian all-girls’ school, [1] I had witnessed from a distance two moody brown beings in hijabs being allowed to sit out participation in a Drama lesson entirely by their teacher. “Guess why they’re not joining in,” the supervising teacher sidled across and asked me, whilst all the other girls obediently practiced stabbing one another with rulers like students of Macbeth are supposed to do. “On their period?” I guessed. “No, they’re not allowed to take part in plays, because they’re Muslims. And the school just lets them, even though we’re supposed to be Church of England.” “What religious rule is being in a play against?” I asked, confused. “God knows,” the teacher said, evidently having enjoyed just as few Religious Education lessons about Islam as I had myself when still at school. “But they evidently don’t have any qualms about coming to school dressed in silly costumes.”

Twenty years later, the situation across Europe is now much, much worse. At least during my own day, it was simply the case that uppity Mohammedans expected to be allowed to disengage from any of the activities of the normative white majority kids they personally found objectionable. Now, they go one stage further and actively expect the normative white majority kids to disengage from their own cultural traditions and join in with their own alien ones dragged in from outside instead. And, even worse than that, expect their teachers to join in with them too—or get stabbed to death.

Religious SACRElege

The Islam-appeasing Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Sir Taqiyya Starmer, recently admitted in a new “social cohesion strategy” (we didn’t need one of those back when we still had a socially cohesive all-white society without any Muslims in it) that, in spite of repeated previous lies to the contrary about immigrants miraculously dropping all their previous habits and happily assimilating with their hosts, integration between natives and incomers in the West was in fact “a two-way street,” with either party having to summarily abandon at least part of their age-old ways of life if they were ever truly to be able to get along. Someone should tell the Muslims that.

You can buy Greg Johnson’s The Trial of Socrates here.

As a result of being continually appeased by external, post-education versions of craven headmasters who allow them to skip Drama lessons like Sir Keir, Western Muslims today definitively consider themselves to be antinomian entities, whenever the factual laws of the land, and the fictional laws of Allah, come into conflict with one another. This belief is drummed into them from an early age, rendering many utterly incapable of integration when fully grown, as can be shown from more recent events in England, where the London council of Lewisham issued official advice to schools, drafted for them by a local extremist-linked mosque, recommending teachers not to give their misbehaving Muslim pupils detention during Ramadan. Why? Because they must instead be allowed to return home to break their fast immediately as the sun sets, this being their inviolable “religious duty.” Christian, Sikh, Jewish, Hindu, pagan, or atheist children can be punished after school in this way, but never the blessed Chosen Ones of Allah.

This was framed, as per usual, in terms of “inclusivity,” but was more truly yet another expectation of dhimmitude, or humiliating submission of non-Muslims to the domination of Islam. Non-Muslim children are being trained up early to recognize that they now live within a two-tier legal system, where, in matters of adult law as much as in schools, they are now in essence subject to the will and whims of the minoritarian ummah whether they actually belong to it or not.

The mosque’s “advice,” later passed on to local school by the Labour Party-controlled council, was drafted in conjunction with a wider religious body called a SACRE (Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education), described as being “a multi-faith organization that councils are required to establish to advise on the provision of religious education and collective worship” in local schools. Why should a “multi-faith organization” have any say in what goes on in specifically Catholic or Church of England schools like the ones I once attended or taught in, though? If a Muslim parent decides to send his Muslim daughter to an all-girls’ Christian institution just to keep the local white boys’ grubby hands off her, then she should just have to swallow her Communion wafers and lump it.

Every local council in England has to have one of these SACRE wastes of space nowadays, and, during this February-March’s sacred Ramadan period, collective guidance from a number of such bodies was issued to schools in several Labour-controlled councils across the north of England about how best to accommodate (as in appease) Muslim students during the holy month of daylight meal-avoidance. Interestingly, one of these councils was Batley, where, famously, in 2021 a Religious Education teacher had to flee his job and be dragooned, together with his innocent family, into a police witness protection program after receiving death-threats resulting from him showing students a forbidden cartoon image of the Alleged Prophet Muhammad during a lesson, something seriously haram to religious lunatics.

You would think that official “community relations” policy in Batley, of all places, might try to discourage the area’s junior jihadis from whipping out their scimitars to get their way whenever someone does something they don’t like in the classroom. But SACRE bodies are, of course, “multi-faith organizations,” full of Muslim “community leaders” in and of themselves, so what we ended up with was the exact reverse. Instead, northern councils like Batley were issued with a booklet of guidance strongly advising nervous beheading-averse headteachers that, particularly during Ramadan (but in practice forever), teachers ought to adapt their lessons to engender “sensitivity and awareness around faiths and beliefs.” They pluralized those two words to make it look good, there, of course, but we all know these adaptations were made for one “faith and belief” in particular, and it certainly wasn’t Zoroastrianism.

A Lesson In Abject Surrender

Rather than just escorting all the Muslim students out into a separate prayer-room and telling them to hug the rugs until all the normal kids had finished doing normal things in class like they always had done beforehand, to be more truly “inclusive,” a diametrically opposite tactic was recommended by the SACRE guidance instead: prevent the non-Muslims from doing anything the Muslims might feel motivated to kill them for doing. What kinds of simple classroom pleasures and activities would now prove haram? The list was long.

Music lessons were out, for one thing, as “In Islam, music is traditionally limited to the human voice and non-tunable percussion instruments as in the days of the Prophet, when they were only used in marriage ceremonies and on the battlefield.” Hymns, forbidden. Nasheeds, fine. Art was no good, either, at least not if it went beyond scribbling abstract colored geometrical patterns, as “some Muslim pupils may not wish to draw the human figure”—or, indeed, the figure of any living thing at all, animals, angels, humans and djinn all having been drawn by the artistic hand of Allah alone at the dawn of time, and it being pure blasphemy for a ham-fisted seven-year-old to hubristically attempt to imitate him with a colored pencil. All “three dimensional imagery” was also to be considered “idolatrous,” as with the Golden Calf, so that was playing with clay and plasticene out too.

Furthermore, said the SACRE guidance, “It is very important that the school … is also careful not to ask its students to reproduce images of Jesus, the Prophet Mohammed or other figures considered to be prophets in Islam.” They don’t add “Because otherwise the Sixth Formers might slit their teacher’s throat with a Stanley Knife and create an impromptu Jackson Pollock on the Art Room carpet instead,” but this is the obvious unspoken threat here.

In Drama lessons, likewise, teachers were urged not to cause students to play parts that “may seem to compromise their faith”—no Muslim child should ever be forced to play Shylock in The Merchant of Venice. Nor should they be asked to play Romeo or Juliet, as “physical contact between males and females or performing in a manner that might encourage immodesty or sexual feelings” would surely offend the innocent and vulnerable children of adult grooming-gang members. They forgot to include “Don’t read Animal Farm” on that list but maybe that awaits a future edition.

Incidentally, the cover of the cowardly SACRE dhimmitude document looks like this:

A Buddhist, a Hindu, a Christian (a black one, obviously, with a dead spider on her head, whites are not allowed to have any valid culture or traditions at all), and a Sikh. But, strangely, no Muslim. Perhaps the illustrator just didn’t want to end up forcibly rehoused by the UK witness protection program himself too.

La Sagrada Culturally Unfamiliar

This isn’t just happening in England. Over in Barcelona—a real hotbed of ruinous Islamo-Leftism, as I have detailed on this site previously here and here—the city council issued a very similar guidance booklet marking Ramadan 2026. Entitled “Directions for Educational Centers During Ramadan,” it does acknowledge that there are various “diverse” different theological interpretations within Islam about whether or not harmless things like drama and drawing are haram—before then going on to endorse the most hardline salafist-type views possible, and recommending schools adapt themselves to pander to them.

Music and dance should not be pushed upon Muslim students, for example, the guidance recommends, as Ramadan is “considered a month dedicated to spirituality in which it is especially important to have a pious attitude.” So, no tangos or thrash-metal. Extraordinarily, the booklet also advised schools to allow Muslim children to skip tests during Ramadan. Is there really a Koranic embargo on passing exams? If so, then that makes yet more evidence to add to that excellent book Edward Dutton once wrote explaining Why Islam Makes You Stupid … But Also Means You’ll Conquer the World (see my review here).

Complaint Islamo-gauchists in Barcelona have since denied the council’s instructions are anything like compulsory, just friendly optional guidance, or “a roadmap for coexistence,” designed “to provide teachers with tools to manage a diverse reality.” Technically speaking, maybe so; I don’t think Barcelona City Council actually has the power to ban dancing for everyone outright, that hasn’t happened in Europe since the days of Oliver Cromwell. But, when Muslims themselves hear about the document, will “optional” really be the first word they envisage in their minds?

The guidance specifically admits that “There is no [legally binding] regulation that exempts Muslim students from any of the subjects in the curriculum, not even during the month of Ramadan.” OK, great. But then, the guidebook further states that, due to religious sensibilities, teachers should be “sensitive” when planning drama, music or dance lessons nonetheless. In other words, “There’s no actual law about any of this, but we strongly urge you do it anyway.” And, if teachers don’t, then Muslim parents will no doubt turn up on the school’s doorstep armed with copies of the document anyway, shouting, “Look, this TELLS you to do it,” and “If you don’t, remember Batley.”

And, as for the right of children to walk out of exams at religiously inconvenient times, scoff the skeptics, Barcelona Council’s booklet provides no such fictional right at all. Instead, the full-blown legal right for a child to do so during Ramadan already pre-existed the booklet’s printing, which clearly makes the matter completely different:

It is important to note that the possibility for students to be absent on Friday afternoons (from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm) to attend prayer, or to be absent during key holidays such as Eid al-Fitr [the final evening of Ramadan], is not a new concession by Barcelona City Council. These rights stem from Law 26/1992, a cooperation agreement signed by the Spanish State with the Islamic Commission of Spain more than thirty years ago, which guarantees religious freedom [i.e., special two-tier treatment] in education at the national level.

This information is somehow supposed to be “reassuring.” To me, it makes the situation even worse!

Too Cruel For School

Even more disturbing is the way that strict Islamic dietary practices are increasingly being imposed upon helpless non-Muslim schoolkids across Europe by both their Muslim peers and their pathetic dhimmi Left-wing white teachers, in their classrooms. During Ramadan, Muslims are not allowed to eat or drink anything but Jewish blood between sunrise and sunset, otherwise a genie will come and get them. There are exceptions as to who must comply; sick people, for example, the dead, and small, prepubescent children under the age of 14.

Proud multi-kulti white schoolteachers in Germany don’t seem to have absorbed this distinction, however, with elementary school educators in an unusually white school in Frankfurt taking it upon themselves to deny even the tiniest sips of water to the overwhelming majority of non-Muslim students in their classes, purely in order to encourage (surely enforce?) solidarity with the tiny minority of Muslim kids who were actually doing something the Koran says they shouldn’t be doing anyway, given their young age.

As in the schoolyard, so in the public square. In 2023, Frankfurt, where around half of kids are “from a Great Replacement background,” as the official lingo definitely does not go, became the first city in Germany to illuminate its city streets with Ramadan lanterns during a period more traditionally known across Christendom as “Lent.” Shortly after these council-backed decorations appeared, an opinion poll asked 45,000 actual real Germans whether or not they wanted these alien lanterns shoved down their throats at their own taxpayer expense; 92% said “Nein”, only 6% “Ja”, whilst 2% were far too erschrocken to openly respond. But still the 92% had to bend over for the 6%, because that’s how plebiscites work now that post-war, post-Nazi Germany is finally a “democracy.”

This year, the Green Party Mayor of Frankfurt (green being the holy color of Islam as well as of Greta) defended stealing 100,000 euros of jizya money to blow on the magic lanterns by saying the displays helped make Muslim life a “self-evident part” of the city. Just as the Muslim Brotherhood would desire. In Freiburg, the town authorities decided to make Muslim life an even more “self-evident part” of municipal life by prioritizing marking Ramadan above marking Lent, which falls at broadly the same time. That’s not “civilizational co-existence,” it’s civilizational erasure—or ethnic cleansing, as it used to be called. In resistance, non-dhimmified German identitarian movement protestors got on ladders and hung Christian crosses and signs saying “Blessed Lent!” over all the Ramadamadingdong paraphernalia. Whether you happen to be a Christian yourself or not personally, I still think you should applaud.

What naïve non-Muslim ecumenicists fail to appreciate is that, unlike Lent, which is supposed to be a time for private fasting and reflection, Ramadan is primarily a festival of very public self-starvation, designed not to make one feel closer to God, but to openly bind yourself to the wider ummah, or global Muslim community—a ritual of purest in-group preference, or, in crude terms, a giant brown racism-fest increasingly being held in the deepest heart of infidel country, to mark out the clear difference between the saved and the damned. This is why, frequently, hardline Muslims in Europe make a point of attacking, raping, and killing those more secular and Westernized of their co-religionists who do not comply with public Ramadan restrictions, such as by committing sins like openly drinking, smoking, dancing, dressing “immodestly,” or sitting their exams.

You can buy Greg Johnson’s The White Nationalist Manifesto here

Many such apostates targeted are schoolchildren, such as the 14-year-old girl called a “whore” and put into a coma in Montpelier for not wearing a rag over her head during the annual Moon-Festival; fellow female students called for her to be raped as punishment, presumably quite an easy feat to achieve with a comatose child. In Alsace, one girl was beaten for not observing the fast on the school bus; whenever I caught kids eating in class, I just made them spit it into the bin then carried on with the lesson. But then, I’m a big white racist bigot, not a tolerant member of the Religion of Peace™.

Like the Trainee Taliban they are, some Muslim adolescents have started adopting the role of self-appointed “religious policemen” in schools, using extreme adherence to fasting and other Ramadan rules to make themselves look like hard-men, before going around and bullying the other children into compulsory compliance too. Some are even forcing adult female teachers, too weak and girly to resist, into forgoing any drinks from their water-bottles in their own classrooms.

Again and again, what is falsely branded as “religious tolerance” is actually just a lying euphemism for forced submission to the profoundly religious intolerant. Over in Great Britain, Sir Taqiyya Starmer’s latest and biggest Ramadan present to these appalling people is the looming potential introduction of “anti-Islamophobia” laws which will, in effect, stymie most open public discussion of awkward truths like those detailed in this article. This, it is said, is only to protect these poor delicate beings from the malign effects of “anti-Muslim hatred.” When will the rest of us get any laws to protect us from their own rampant “anti-kuffar hatred,” precisely?

Contrary to the advice currently being handed out to UK schools by extremist mullahs in disguise, I say we give the whole lot of them detention for Ramadan, not just their feral children: detention in giant prison-camps prior to enforced mass deportation back to the actual Muslim world where they belong. What a truly Happy Ramadan that would be—for the rest of us.

Notes

[1] I later learnt that, despite their allegiance to the forbidden religion of the cross, such all-girls’ institutions in Liverpool had become surprisingly popular with strict local Muslim fathers who, wishing to keep white male infidel paws off their future living dowry-tickets, began sending their underage female property there to maintain the value of their genetic investments, there not yet being any single-sex madrassas in the area.

Sickening how easily the group that once dominated half the planet has been conquered by this trash in their own countries, just giving it all away including their own children’s lives. I need coffee…

Well, that group sweated for years in foreign lands to build conditions which were to produce colonized anglophone brown Britishers.

The toil of those years have yielded a bountiful harvest.

Considering the Muhammadans tried and FAILED to even come close to the conquests of the Anglo Saxon and so did the Persians, and the Mongolians and the rest, they still did some sweating for years in foreign lands so why do they not have the same problem with people’s they once conquered swarming into their lands?

Ancient Tuerks and Mongols have had great territorial conquests while they were Tengrists, i.e. worshipped the Eternal Blue Sky (native religion). When we consider Tuerkic peoples of later centuries, the Islam there was very superficial and full of Tengrist remnants.

Great piece, albeit depressing. School-teachers such as yourself must have seen this coming long before the rest of the public. Muslims know what they are doing, sadly. Start with the children.

Ditto up here in Canada https://thenationalpulse.com/2026/03/17/school-restricts-lunch-for-all-students-during-ramadan/

The real problem is, to my way of thinking, is that it’s almost impossible to get red blooded males back into the church so that the infiltrators and destroyers as highlighted by Bella Dodd and others can do as they please. As they say, “nature abhors a vacuum” and in they come.

Your thinking IS the problem. Salvador Dali new exactly what to do with christians and the coloured world. If you want red-blooded, vigorous males who will effectively defend the White race and it’s amazing civilization, you must think more like Dali or William Pierce. There is no other way.
