Not All Doom and Gloom

There were silver linings in the dark clouds here and there. Social media censorship and digital book burning were the worst they’d ever been in contemporary times. Despite that, enough information had slipped out already that it would be impossible for the Powers That Be to get the genie back in the bottle no matter how heavy-handed they got. Further draconian stuff is only a delaying action that makes them look bad.

Other than that, the enormities of 2020 were terrible indeed: “ten days to flatten the curve” stretched on indefinitely, then an entire season of rioting and destruction, and finally the most illegitimate election since the Radical Reconstruction. Surely it left an impression among the general public. I did predict mass defections from moderate liberals unable to stomach months of senseless violence and bare-fanged anti-white vilification, but that much was not to be.

In times past, the New World Order types were more secretive than the Mafia, plausibly existing only in the minds of fever-brained conspiracy nuts. Hiding in the shadows helped them maintain the illusion of a functioning democracy. By now, their opsec slipped tremendously. It’s almost like they no longer cared who knows. For example, they even recorded the “Event 201” dress rehearsal, for Kek’s sake!

The massive ballot box stuffing was obvious, despite the best efforts of the Lügenpresse to gaslight the public. Even a sizeable minority of Democrats could see what happened. There’s a price to be paid for cheating, though. Politicians always get flak no matter what they do, but this fake POTUS got a massive amount of well-earned disrespect from the public, best exemplified by the “Let’s go Brandon” meme and one-finger salutes at his motorcade.

Then the Biden junta opened the borders wide open, contrary to The System’s prior “boil the frog slowly” strategy. My sixth sense tells me that the plan was to flood America with every Third World hard luck case who wanted to sneak in, and the proffered solution to the “border crisis” of course would be to legalize all the wretched refuse from their teeming shores yearning to breathe free. This new mass of bloc voters, of course, would turn America into a perpetual one-party banana republic. The people noticed that. For example, a friend of mine told me about vans coming in during the night, dropping off “undocumented migrants” in his small town in a lily-white part of the country. Although he’s a moderate liberal for the most part, he was never happy about illegal immigration.

Other than that, the runaway inflation was unmistakable for everyone who has a grocery bill. America lost much prestige abroad. Then there was the epically bungled retreat from Afghanistan, leaving behind tens of billions in military hardware behind for our Taliban buddies. (Your tax dollars at work!) The mainstream media failed to cover up the régime’s hypocrisy, incompetence, and epic failures. It would’ve helped at least a little if Jen Psaki, the remarkably photogenic press secretary, hadn’t been switched out for someone whose qualification was two more intersectionality points. All told, things weren’t too rosy for the Biden junta. I could go on much further documenting their sins, but I’ll leave it at that.

Finally, the Girl Sniffer in Chief was making the remarkably inept Jimmy Carter seem like Frederick the Great. (At least Jummah was a real President!) It was one damn thing after another for the lobotomized grapefruit illegitimately occupying the White House: repeated pratfalls, wandering around aimlessly despite the best efforts of his handlers, the Easter Bunny incident, pooping his pants…the list goes on. During the Biden junta, it was anyone’s guess who really was running the show: maybe Kamala Harris, Barack Obama, whoever was feeding the teleprompter, or whoever ran the autopen. All told, if an evil régime is running the show, it’s better to be governed by an epically inept one.

Although I’d predicted otherwise, the 2024 election didn’t end in massive ballot box stuffing. Unlike before, election tampering was merely back down to the usual. Votes for Heels-Up Harris were comparable in number to results for The Obomber (both times) and Hillary. Biden got “elected” with over ten million more votes than any of them, but comes 2024, these supernumary alleged Democrats somehow vanished, and the Evil Party’s results were—wait for it—comparable once again to turnout in 2008, 2012, and 2016. What happened there?

My take is that the figures who wanted The Donald out of the way had placed all their bets on wetwork, but both attempts to rub him out ended in failure. Perhaps then it was too late to switch strategies; manufacturing enough votes to stuff the ballot box again might’ve been too impractical. Alternatively, perhaps pulling the same trick twice was considered too risky with at least a little more scrutiny in place by then and without a manufactured crisis to give them cover. They might’ve feared a repeat would trigger a secession crisis, but wetwork could be blamed on a lone nut. (They were lucky it didn’t work; the probable result would’ve been a revolution ending with the deployment of the government repair kit thingy invented in France, lately affectionately called la guigui over there.) They would’ve had a chance at winning legitimately if the Democrats ran a competent and likable candidate without much baggage. Then, without calling a special convention, Biden was substituted for a different dud. As I said once before, Kamala would make for an interesting Sesame Street character, but that’s it.

Although The Donald is still Purple Pilled, this time he really leveled up on Washington savvy. He surely was making plans throughout, and got off to a running start. First up, the January 6 prisoners were freed, for the most part; four years in federal dungeons for two hours of mild ruckus was enough. (For comparison, arrests of rioters following St. Fentanyl’s martyrdom largely turned out to be a “catch and release” effort.) Soldiers fired by Biden for refusing to get shot up with dodgy and ineffective MRNA vaccines can get rehired with back pay. At risk of reading too much into things, this shows he has some awareness that he got taken for a ride with the Wuhanic Plague. (Digressing a bit, Biden’s last minute blanket pardon of Fauci retroactive to 2014 was quite remarkable – what was he up to back then, pray tell?) Now The Donald is draining the swamp at last, not too pleased with the “fortifying democracy” shtick in 2020 and two attempts to whack him.

Remarkably, Elon Musk, the Duce of DOGE, began investigating the budget. (I’m not quite sure what to make of him still, but so far I can’t complain too much.) He set about answering the eternal question posed by taxpayers looking at their pay stubs: “Where does it all go?” The results were not pretty! Lots of misguided and wasteful initiatives got shut down, as well as pipelines of taxpayer money to nasty leftist foundations. For one matter, USAID had its funding frozen. Although created with the best intentions, it had been captured by leftists and was used to export ideological slop. Fraudulent Social Security payments went under scrutiny. It’s about time, since the money is meant for retirees who are still alive. Why didn’t anyone look closer at the 120+ age group before?

Washington DC finally was getting its long-overdue enema. Besides going after bloated salaries and unnecessary sinecures, this was the biggest deep dive into the Deep State since Joseph McCarthy’s thankless job of purging the pinkos. Even the NSA got a small shakeup over NSFW chats on their secure network. Just wait until they find what’s on the military SIPRNET; from what I’ve heard, some of that stuff would’ve made even the arch-reprobates Al Goldstein and Larry Flynt toss their cookies!

This is huge. Federal institutions will no longer be misused to crank out cultural Marxism. (Hopefully they’ll get around to government-endowed colleges too.) Moreover, as one analysis puts it, most professional ideological wreckers are just in it for a paycheck and will knock it off when someone moves their cheese and they have to get real jobs. Hopefully that’s true; they can learn to code, right? Personally, I would’ve liked to see DOGE clean house at the top first, scraping the most obnoxious bureaucratic barnacles off of the ship of state’s hull before thinning out rank-and-file staffers. The initiative was perhaps getting carried out a bit too hastily, but I can’t complain too much. Given the federal budget’s yawning chasm, it was much needed.
