After delivering a speech at a Nation of Islam Event, the black separatist Malcolm X solicited the crowd for donations, asking if those in the audience had “twenty dollars for separation.” As it turned out, he would receive a contribution from an unexpected source.
Malcolm X and George Lincoln Rockwell knew all too well that racial nationalist movements are not going to pay for themselves. Greg Johnson and all of the good people at Counter-Currents know it too. Time is running out on the 2025 fundraiser, but the year is not over yet.
Counter-Currents is not the only place where one can find well-written and well-reasoned appeals for whites to stand up for ourselves and act in our own interests. Indeed, it is now commonplace to see explicitly pro-white talking points echoed in the outlets of the mainstream Right, and occasionally even from the mouths of elected officials. Our ideas are gaining traction, and the usual panicked calls for suppression by the usual suspects are falling on deaf ears.
But we know that policies such as an immigration moratorium and an end to foreign aid to Israel, wonderful ideas though they are, will not put an end to our troubles. Even the implementation of far more radical and far less practical proposals like a repeal of the Civil Rights Act or a return to segregated schools would not do the trick.
The objective that we seek is a self-governing territory for European-descended peoples somewhere on the North American continent. Anything short of White Nationalism is inadequate. There are very few outlets other than Counter-Currents which advocate for this position.
Admittedly, this is not something that is politically possible today. However, just because White Nationalism may not have a wide following at the moment does not mean that all hopes for an independent state are lost.
The question of Irish independence seemed settled in the negative in 1798. The question of Polish independence seemed settled in 1939. The question of Ukrainian independence seemed settled in 1945. All hopes for Hungarian independence appeared dashed in 1956.
In 1900, with nearly the entirety of Africa under the dominion of Europeans, there was little reason to believe that the continent would be free of colonial rule by the end of the century. And how insane the idea of Zionism must have sounded at the time of the First Zionist Congress in 1897, with Jews a minority scattered across the empires of Europe and Palestine firmly under Ottoman control?
History teaches us that circumstances often change in unpredictable ways, and that dreams which were once impossibilities can become realities quicker than anyone could have foreseen. The natural inclination of peoples to rule themselves and preserve themselves in their own territories has come to the surface again and again, and our own people will prove no exception.
If you believe that our arguments are sound and our cause just, please consider donating $20 to Counter-Currents before the year is over.
Malcolm X and George Lincoln Rockwell could spare $20 for separation, won’t you do the same?
There are many ways to donate to Counter-Currents, but the easiest is with an e-check donation. All you need is your checkbook.

Yes indeed!
Thanks for the well-written fundraiser. I bought a CC membership for another year.
Thank you Ondrej. I look forward to reading what you write in the coming year.
Happy New Year to you and to all of our supporters in Europe!
I’m also looking forward to next year. I’m preparing big things for CC.
Yeah, in honor of GLR, I can swing a recurring 20.
🙂
Thank you!
I don’t at the moment, but I’ll send you a $50US sometime early next year.
Thanks!
So, $20 in 1961 is the equivalent in purchasing power to $216.80 today.
I will send you a check for that amount, in Commander Rockwell’s memory.
Thank you, that is a very generous gesture.
