Don’t be taken in by the now 91-year-old Jew forensic pathologist, Dr. Michael Baden’s. opinion in 2019 that inconclusively supported the Epstein homicide theory when he was hired by Epstein’s brother. I immediately wondered who Michael Baden was. What are his connections?
The now 86-year-old Bronx-born physician served as New York City’s chief medical examiner for one year in the 1970s. But he was fired from that job for “sloppy record keeping, poor judgment, and a lack of cooperation.” He was fired from his next job as deputy coroner of Suffolk County, Long Island as well.
Though AmRen’s article does not say so, Michael Baden is Jewish.
He is best known as the host of the TV documentary series Autopsy directed by a Jew named Arthur Ginsburg. It airs on HBO, which is owned by AT&T’s media conglomerate WarnerMedia, owner of CNN, the obsessively anti-White TV “news” channel.
Baden was a forensic pathologist for the House Select Committee on Assassinations’ investigation into the assassination of John F. Kennedy from 1976-1978 — that is to say, before he was fired from his position as New York City coroner.
The enterprising doc also makes money from a flourishing private forensic consulting practice he owns.
In 1995 he testified for two days as an expert on behalf of O.J. Simpson.
He also testified for wealthy Jewish record mogul Phil Spector, who murdered blonde actress and model Lana Clarkson in his Los Angeles mansion in 2003. Spector was tried twice, but remained free on bail for most of the years between 2003 and his conviction in 2009. He is now in a California state prison.
Michael Baden’s wife was Phil Spector’s defense attorney during his first trial.
Six years ago the TV celebrity was hired by Leftists to conduct a “private family autopsy” on Negro Michael Brown (the same tactic recently employed with George Floyd in Minneapolis).
The idea was to create a media-government narrative portraying White police officer Darren Wilson as a racist murderer, convict him and send him to prison. Brown’s death sparked the System-sanctioned anti-White riots in Ferguson, Missouri (part of St. Louis) in August 2014.
Jewish sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein’s brother hired Baden to look into Epstein’s August 2019 death at the federal Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan. It was Baden who stated that Epstein’s death was likely the result of homicidal strangulation rather than suicidal hanging, as the New York City Medical Examiner found...

Shouldn’t he simply tell the truth and admit that he was Epstein’s friend and client for sex romps with underage girls like when he was caught on that hot mic, telling TV’s Access Hollywood host Billy Bush that “when one is a star [like me] you can just grab girls by their pussies.” Just tell the truth, Donald. Epstein’s fellow Jew, close friend, and, according to at least one witness, co-participant in sexual abuse, Alan Dershowitz — also sees it that way [as anti-Semitism]. One commenter at the Jewish Daily Forward, Rabbi Bernhard Rosenberg, puts it bluntly: “Alan Dershowitz is a scholar who has fought for Jews and Israel and for preserving the memory of the Holocaust. Ah, what an interesting character! Dershowitz himself took a trip to the island. When called out for that, I could imagine him squirming. But nothing to see there, of course; he said that the only thing that happened is that some old Russian lady gave him a back massage.
Oh yeah, Alan – was her name Olga? Did she milk the cows on a collective farm before becoming Nikita Khrushchev’s personal backrub technician?
I tried to make a special effort to catch the Live show today. I always get busy on Saturdays and miss some or most of it.
Anyway, I agree with what Will says about Dr. Michael Baden and most of what you say about Dershowitz, who still (with a straight face) claims that the LAPD planted evidence against O.J. Simpson.
No they didn’t, and they did not need to (even if railroading O.J. had been their goal, and that is absurd on its face). O.J.’s Bronco was full of blood transfer from himself, Nicole, and Ron Goldman, plus overwhelming evidence. (((Marcia Clark))) and her Negro sidekick botched the prosecution spectacularly. Plus, the Los Angeles County DA, Gil Garcetti was an idiot to move the trial from Brentwood to downtown L.A. for PR reasons, where the jury pool would then be the usual Oprah watchers.
As far as Dershowitz visiting Pirate Island, he was with his wife and said that he only got a massage ─ but I don’t remember if it was from Olga or an underaged girl. Not much to see here, though.
With the exception of Epstein and Ghislaine doing some pimping of underaged girls, I don’t thing there is too much here. Intelligence agencies (including the Mossad) can find far more sophisticated ways to get some blackmail that counts.
And the conspiracy theories that Epstein could not have killed himself in his cell are nonsense too. Granted, the jail was run like an African banana republic with DEI moron hires everywhere ─ but it is not so hard to hang oneself with nothing more than a doorknob and a shoestring, or something similar made from a sheet or a towel. This is actually a common form of suicide.
The coroner reports, which I have studied for many, many years to see how common engine exhaust deaths occur with diesel engines (i.e., never) attest to this in regards to what people really die from, and improvised hanging is right up there. And that is exactly what Dr. Robert Ley did in his cell at Nuremberg, and he was supposedly under close prisoner observation.

More seriously, I’m disinclined to take Alan’s word for just about anything, especially that he flew to Lolita Island just for a backrub from Olga the Babushka. That’s like someone telling his wife, “Yeah, so you caught me driving away from the strip club, but I wasn’t there for a lap dance. I was only there to get my shoes polished, and it was by this 70 year old Salvadoran named Consuela.”
As for Epstein’s suicide (?), I’ll concur that there are impromptu ways for hanging oneself. For high-risk prisoners (suicide watch and all that), measures are taken to prevent this. But what really smells about it is that supposedly a couple of guards were asleep (a jail guard sleeping on the job isn’t long for this world), and several security systems all just happened to malfunction simultaneously at a very convenient moment. If this qualifies me for the tinfoil hat brigade, so be it.

It’s funny that you coincidentally referred to that commenter as Dr. X, because Baden was involved in a famous court case in the 1970s involving another Dr. X, Mario Jascalevich, in New Jersey. That Dr X was accused of killing several patients in a small suburban hospital by curare poisoning. A long time ago I read two books on the Dr X case, but have little memory of the details, other than that the trial was “sensational” and provided grist for tabloids for several years. The books were sensational too, involving exotic things like the “weird foreigner” Jascalevich experimenting on dogs in the black slums of Jersey City. Baden seemed to want to be in the spotlight by testifying in any high-profile case he could find.

I would not say that anybody posting on X is anything close to a Revisionist. At best, they might be good at dispelling some popular strawdog myths. No historian will ever publicly debate somebody like Germar Rudolf on the gaschambers, by contrast.
Many actual Revisionists have felt that that Big-H is like one shoddy structure, and that if they can discredit that one weird lie with the truth ─ tug on and remove that one key pixie stick ─ then the whole tissue of lies will fall apart.
I don’t think that is the way the Big-H works. It has its electromotive force in our society because of the bazillions of dollars currently spent to promote it and nothing more. So it is not going to be forgotten when the Boomers are all dead. That is fantasy-prone thinking.

Anyway, I did not hear the entire C-C podcast today, but I disagree that the lesson of the Big-H is that stateless people are subject to Genocide.
Maybe, but the only stateless Jews from the Holo-scene era were less than a half-million German Jews who lost their citizenship in 1935 but were still for the most part German nationals under existing international treaty agreements. These German-Jews are not in any case “most” of those who supposedly were gassed (nobody was gassed) nor shot (greatly exaggerated).
Despite favorable German policies for allowing the German Jews to emigrate with their dinero, those who were not wealthy had a hard time emigrating from Germany simply because nobody wanted them ─ and then the war itself got in the way.
The Allies or Americans just were not going to allow Hitler to send Jews to French Madagascar before Pearl Harbor. The United States did not want refugees themselves, and the British in Mandate Palestine were attempting to balance the interests of both sides, so not automatically allowing tons of tribal settlers.
If Hollywood Jews and Wall Street Jews were really interested in the fate of displaced German Jews, then they certainly would not have promoted the war as they did from 1933 onwards ─ before Jews even had their German citizenship removed.
None of the other Holocaust Jews interned in camps and ghettos were stateless.
During the war, the Germans tried to alleviate their severe labor shortage by conscripting Jews for labor ─ which may have been cruel, but the goal was hardly Genocide.
The 15-year-old Hungarian Jew Gabor Hirsch, whom you might recognize as the forelorn boy wearing an adult-sized (and fake) Hamburglar costume in a famous Soviet liberation photo of Auschwitz, is a testament to this.

Gabor’s mother had been conscripted for work by the Germans and he was interned at Auschwitz therefore as a juvenile dependant (not forced to work). She then died from unknown causes as a labor conscript near Danzig. Gabor’s elderly father was conscripted too and worked as a laborer for the Hungarian Army, but he survived the war.
After the war, the young Gabor Hirsch became a Swiss electrical engineer, and in his autobiographical book, he even mentions the RODOH discussion forum which he partipated in briefly.
Besides, the German security services had legitimate reasons to regard Jews as security threats everywhere during the war. Certainly this was the attitude of the Roosevelt Administration against ethnic Japanese living on the West coast of the United States, and as far East as the Gila River, even though many of the “Dr. Seuss” Fifth Column narratives do seem a bit paranoid today.
The Germans might have “profiled” the security threats in the environs of the Eastern Front or the crucial Balkan trade routes more than they should have in certain respects ─ but they simply did not have the manpower to do the most thorough security sweeps that were needed ─ so I don’t see any other way for them to have avoided regarding the Ostjuden as actual Judeo-Communist subversives and acting accordingly.
Whether German-Dutch expatriates like the Otto Frank family should have been in the same category as Bolshevik partisans or Resistance subversives is debatable. But nobody claims that Anne Frank died any other way than a typhus epidemic at Belsen after having been interned (and not gassed as a “useless” eater) at Auschwitz.
Plus, these were epidemiological conditions that were deliberately being created by Allied strategic bombing and their continental blockade policies, especially at the end of the war when German transportation was almost impossible, and a simple power failure meant the difference between drinking clean water and bathing or delousing properly in an overcrowded camp.
Also, regarding the Thoughtcrimes Laws that currently attempt to get people imprisoned in countries like Canada and Europe for saying things that Zionists and Leftists don’t like, I think it is important to continue to drill down on this chink in the Globalist armor.
The First Amendment is our friend. Locking David Irving up for a year in an Austrian gaol for having said something irascibly Right Wing was not a good look for the Establishment, and they knew it.
I don’t really want to trash the IHR, but other than keeping a reliable archive of their defunct Journal of Historical Review over the years, I don’t see the point. I was a subscriber from 1980 until Mark Weber shut it down in 2002. It could have served an admirable role for historical revisionism and the historiographical arts even with as little as one-percent of Holocaust-related content (providing that it was quality stuff). I realize that the crop of retired professors from the Greatest Generation like David L. Hoggan were drying up and that publishing decent content was becoming an issue. I recall that Mark Weber was strongly against publishing film reviews, something that Counter-Currents excels at.
However, the strength of Zionism itself is the Diaspora and not Israel. And “Zionism” is best fought by understanding the JQ and not with some kind of contrived anti-Colonial narrative where the real complaint is “White” people. Arabs are never going to support nor finance authentic White Nationalism.
Btw, it looks like David Cole is no longer writing for Takimag. Does anybody know why this is the case? I have opinions on many things, strong opinions, especially if they involve important subjects of race or religion. A large part of what I see as my job here at C-C is to introduce and spread William Pierce’s unique teachings. Cole and Takimag (that I’ve never seen) are “movement” distractions.

For instance, Steven Spielberg has optioned the rights to film the novel The Light Of Days which is the story of some plucky Jewesses who become resistance fighters in Poland, sort of a Ghetto Girls Concept. So after Schindler’s List he’s going to go to the well one more time. Also Stanley Kubrick wanted to make the movie The Aryan Papers based on Louis Begleys’ book Wartime lies, but he was never able to pull it off. As is said if the Holocaust never existed the Jews would have invented it–which they did.

Nowhere will this information be found in Schindler’s List because in 1944 Kastner helped Eichmann deport hundreds of thousands of Jews to Auschwitz, in return for favorable treatment for Kastner’s Zionist cronies. The fact of high level cooperation between Nazis and Zionists was too embarrassing to be included in Spielberg’s pro-Zionist film…
Much has been made of the supposed “conciliatory nature” of Schindler’s List because it shows exactly two Germans (Mr. and Mrs. Schindler) acting decently. I have to agree with this – sorry, Greg. Whatever the majority of people associate with “the Holocaust”, it is probably not that. It might be to some extent in White Nationalist circles (and thus the social media bubble of said circles), but not out there in the real world. To most Westerners, the Holocaust is alive and well, so the lesson is “Never again!” To many Muslims, the Holocaust was actually a good thing, and Hitler should be commended for it. So the lesson there would be “Again!”, I guess.
Yes, but I think Greg’s point is that this is the lesson that should be taken from the Holocaust (because it supports his ethnonationalist ideals).

It’s been 30 years since the O.J. judicial travesty — before some here who read C-C were born, but William Pierce summed it up nicely in: “The End of Justice in America: Lessons of the Simpson Trial” at nationalvanguard.org

Just look at the Simpson trial itself, completely aside from the unjust verdict: the trial, up to the time the case went to the jury, certainly wasn’t anything that a White American could be proud of. It was hardly even a trial; it was a multicultural circus, a long-running soap opera made for television.
It was a paradigm of multiculturalism and trendiness: We had a Japanese judge married to a White woman who is a police captain. We had a prosecution team consisting of a Black male and a Jewess [(((Marcia Clark)))] currently being divorced by a White man. We had a defense team which, with the exception of F. Lee Bailey, was entirely Jewish and Black. We had a Black defendant who likes to run with White women — and beat them up. And the whole thing seems to have been run more for the benefit of the television networks than for the sake of justice…
Did Dr. Pierce get that right? Of course he did.
But Dershy still claims Detective Mark Fuhrman, who had supposedly been “impeached” for previously uttering the word “nigger,” planted the bloody glove? Really? Dr. Pierce continued:

He may have been a little rough in his methods sometimes, but he knew the nature of the beast he was fighting. He knew that if we don’t destroy it, it surely will destroy us.
We let the politicians and the bureaucrats follow the lead of the controlled media and weed out the racially conscious White policemen and replace them with Politically Correct trendies, who collaborate with the multicultural terrorists instead of fighting them. The same thing has happened in the courts that has happened in the police departments around the country. The honest, no-nonsense judges have been replaced by media-conscious trendies like Lance Ito.

I don’t think the Epstein list is really all that incendiary. Nobody really cared that Bill Clinton cigar-banged a fugly Jewish intern and whether this is really sex ─ or that billionaire Donald Trump has talked crudely about scoring his dates. Clinton could have saved himself some grief and maybe avoided an impeachment trial by not trying to lie about it under oath.
Yeah, they have a photograph of Prince Andrew posing with Virginia Giuffre back when she was an item ─ but you don’t have to be 18 to pose with a Prince.
And the late Virginia Giuffre was not a reliable witness anyway, although she won some civil settlements against deep pockets for undisclosed sums.
Anyway, in law if you can’t prove it then it didn’t happen. Sorry. Some are now claiming that Virginia Giuffre could not have possibly committed suicide either.
Anyway, (((Ghislaine Maxwell))) will be in prison for twenty years for sex trafficking, and that would have been Jeffrey Epstein’s fate as well. I think the notion that (((Jeffrey Epstein))) could not have killed himself in jail to be nonsensical.
As far as Mark Fuhrman, he did nothing wrong. At the worst he forgot on the stand when being grilled by F. Lee Bailey that he had acted as a consultant for some edgy TV screenplay where they liberally used the word Nïgger, and this was recorded on a cassette tape. Big deal. The whole point of edgy HBO TV from the era was that they actually used dirty words, which has now been normalized.
The Sopranos (1999-2007) was supposed to be unlimited on edgy language, but now nobody even notices. I worked as a Broadcasting Engineer in Radio and TV in the 80s and early 90s and one of the reasons that you had to have a delay on a broadcast link (such as for call-in shows) was in case somebody actually let fly a naughty word ─ and then you could mute it at the master control before it actually aired. But the FCC has had no real enforcement power since the Reagan years anyway.
Had she wanted to, Marcia Clark could have easily repaired the damage from Bailey’s gotchas by merely having Fuhrman clarify some things on the stand, and to reiterate under oath that he never used the word Nïgger on the job nor otherwise. Using the word Nïgger is not against the law anyway, and Marcia effectively telling the jury that O.J. did not do it because some White L.A. cop used the word Nïgger [while consulting for a Hollywood screenplay] is why all jurors should be given IQ tests before serving. Even Abe Lincoln did not believe that Blacks should be made voters nor jurors.
(((Marcia Clark))) blew the case from the start because she wanted to turn it into a happening about domestic violence rather than a simple double murder by a very minor Negro celebrity. The trial lasted an incredible eight months, and the jury was sequestered the whole time. Insane. The prosecution spent far too much time on the bloody glove as well, thus implying that this was their case.
One of the first things they are supposed to teach you in law school is to lead with your best arguments and not to muddy the waters or to pontificate. Sometimes less is more. A lot more.

I see that your response was to Beau, but your opening sentence to him mentioned me so I excercised my right to reply, asking you what part of what I’d said about Dershowitz you did not agree with since you had said that. You did not answer my question, Scott — you just went on and on in one of your typical long-winded stream of consciousness comments where you string together your thoughst on various subjects. You more or less defend the indefensible Dershowitz. Of the many trips Dershowitz flew on his friend’s Lolita Express flights to “paedophile Island,” his wife was not listed on some of the manifests, even if he did claim he kept his underpants on when receiving a massage there “from an old Russian female.”

That’s quite a list. You will not go to that linked article, Scott, I know, but others who are not so protective of Dershowitz might find that 10-year-old list highly incendiary.

Dershowitz is a strongly identified Zionist Jew. I think his involvement is a distractor. His role is simply to normalize association with epstein so as to lure elites into letting their guard down. To create the air that “everybody’s doing this.”
The people like Prince Andrew, for example, I don’t think can really do anything for the Jews directly. their presence is simply to add a sense of glamour to it. You know like, “everybody is doing this. all the coolest people are doing this.”

I did not hear all of what Greg and David said about the issue, however. But the idea that Epstein could not have killed himself in jail is conspiratard nonsense. Again, I did not hear all of what they said.
Also, I should have mentioned that I had read at least two of Mark Fuhrman’s true-crime books, including Murder in Brentwood, about the 1994 Simpson murders. I have studied these murders and the trial extensively.
Dershowitz even today claims that the LAPD planted evidence against O.J., which is a big fat lie, and the oily Zionist lawyer Dershowitz knows it. Or, if the Dersh really does believe that, then the professor is just stupid.

Scott, below do you mean that you think the entire Epstein affair was a nothing burger, or simply the extent of Dershowitz’s involvement? Well, what was it all about, then? Why was epstein courting all these powerful and influential people? Where did his money come from? If he was merely a pedo creep, why wouldn’t he keep his activities as private as possible? Why risk all the attention? Something had to be going on there.
Another thing, you notice how they created this p ditty thing and tried to blow it up into an epstein affair, sort of like they were trying to make it into a distraction as well, to steer attention away from the epstein affair, but it didn’t work so much.
I am just saying that if it can’t be proved, then it didn’t happen legally speaking, so AG Bondi saying that the Epstein list is a nothing-burger is basically correct. Lots of people probably stayed at Pirate Island and I can’t say that I really care what whores Prince Andrew has porked.

Basically the holocaust is affirmed in the court system by signed witness affidavit in the Zundel case right? For my interaction with the legal system in my job, I think the courts are basically a joke. it seems like the wrong party wins in every case that I’ve seen!
