There’s always a lot going on at Counter-Currents.

1. Our 14th Anniversary Telethon

On Tuesday, June 11th, Counter-Currents celebrated an auspicious birthday — the completion of 14 years online — with a relaxed all-star telethon to get our fundraiser back on track. (You can listen to it here.) Generous donors helped us with a $14,000 matching grant. During the telethon itself, we received more than $2,000 in donations, and since then, the total has risen to $12,959.90, which will be matched dollar for dollar.

Our deepest thanks to everyone who helped out.

That brings our total to $50,205.12, which is where we were this time last year. This is a relief.  But we can’t rest on our laurels, because our goal is $300,000, so we have nearly $250,000 to go in a little less than half a year.

If you have not given yet, please do today. There is still $1,040.10 left for the matching grant, so be sure to take advantage of it. Full donation information is at the bottom of this post.

2. The Counter-Currents Book Club livestream, Saturday, June 15th

For the next meeting of the Counter-Currents Book Club, our special guest will be Jason Kessler discussing his new book Charlottesville and the Death of Free Speech, available from Dissident Press. The panelists will be F. Roger Devlin and Anne Wilson Smith. We will also answer YOUR QUESTIONS.
