I found myself in a picturesque tourist trap during my mini-holiday at the end of July. I was traveling with some compatriots who were keen on visiting all of the antique shops and pseudo-artisanal stores in Niagara-on-the-Lake. (more…)

Victoria Day long weekend, weather permitting, is traditionally for gardening, barbeques, various outdoor activities, going to the beach, relaxing, and maybe even hunting wild turkeys. It unofficially marks the beginning of summer. Oftentimes Canadians will let off fireworks; the authorities turn a blind eye, especially if those fireworks are launched skywards. (more…)

Guest host Angelo Plume (Telegram, YouTube) led a conversation with Endeavour (Substack, Telegram, YouTube), Greg Johnson, Karl Thorburn (Telegram), and David Zsutty on formative experiences that got them to question whether multiculturalism can work on the latest broadcast of Counter-Currents Radio. This led to a wide-ranging discussion of a number of issues, and there were of course questions from the audience. The broadcast is now available for download and online listening.

Police in the city of Toronto have come under fire lately for some controversial advice. Car thefts have become such a problem in the city that citizens have taken extra steps to protect their vehicles. With approximately 12,000 vehicles stolen in Toronto in 2023 alone, some residents have installed security cameras, and more are using fob signal-masking accessories such as Faraday boxes, pouches, and bags. Every now and again I like to have a peek at the most-wanted lists across my insane country. If you look at some of the police websites from the major cities across Canada, you might notice a few things about the type of people that populate them: There are a few white people who have done questionable things, even awful things. That’s because the white majority, although dwindling, is still present here. But it is glaringly obvious in places such as Toronto that the most violent offenders wanted for murder, for example, are blacks, Arabs, and Asians. (more…)

Henry Kissinger said in 1973 that “military men are dumb, stupid animals to be used” as the sacrificial lambs of American foreign policy. It’s a wonder that no one killed him for saying that. (more…)

Everywhere there are large numbers of blacks and other non-whites, chaos ensues. That is not news to Counter-Currents readers, of course, but I think it is important to reiterate this fact ad nauseam until some of the pea-brained automatons that do our globalist-liberal overlords’ bidding have a come-to-Wotan moment. Although it may seem like beating a dead horse, I like to think of it instead as a means to wake up some of our sleepy brethren who still believe in utopian, multicultural claptrap.
I would hope that even some of the most oblivious white people, such as those who live right next door to us, may have done a bit too much noticing this summer. (more…)

Fighting back using only the weapons your enemy allows you to use will always fail. This is why we should beware of any so-called allies who insist that we should stick with such dull, worn-out weapons. Either they want us to lose, or they are too clueless to realize how useless these weapons really are.
This occurred to me while reading a Quillette article by Jonathan Kay about the late Canadian school principal Richard Bilkszto. (more…)

A war is being waged in the schools across North America. Elementary, middle, and high schools have seen a dramatic increase in violent incidents in recent years.
A Toronto area middle school generated some attention last month (May 2023) because of a letter posted on Twitter. The anonymously written plea for help was penned by a teacher at Tomken Road Middle School, which is located in Mississauga, Ontario, just west of Toronto. (more…)

Life-sized cut-outs depicting Canada’s 25 most wanted criminals were displayed throughout Yonge-Dundas Square in downtown Toronto on Monday, May 1. Public transit construction, maintenance, and operation in Canada, like in so many countries, typically involves massive public expenditures, graft, incompetence, and cost overruns for any number of dubious reasons. And once the system is up and running there are equipment breakdowns and retroactive inquiries into procurement corruption, not to mention criminal activity as thugs target a captive commuter population. Sometimes it does work, but at other times, it fails spectacularly. When it does function, it is maintained by men and women with some sort of real, technical expertise. (more…)
