Architecture as a profession seems a very abstract concept in these technocratic times. Remote, intellectual, and almost esoteric. But unless you happen to be standing in a desert, or some Arctic tundra (and I’m amazed you can get a signal if you are), then architecture is all around you. You can see it everywhere you look.
