As America approaches its 250th anniversary, the ideas of a nation, an empire, a civilization, all begin to become rather salient. I was not around for the bicentennial celebrations of 1976. From what I have heard from family members who were there, the entire atmosphere was wildly different. There has been little fanfare for this anniversary, and what does exist is marred and scoffed at by much of the country. (more…)

Last week on X, boomers again struggled in public to understand inflation. This time, they told young people to eat highly processed bread and meat for lunch, or some other form of slop, so that in ten years they could afford a down payment on a house. I’m calling it the Lunch Wars. (more…)

It’s often frightful to contemplate how things that were wrong in the past, when the country was still in halfway normal conditions, became much worse lately. By golly, when I was knee high to a cricket, hard drugs meant speed pills, dumb dust, and heroin. Nowadays, as young whippersnappers well know, it’s meth, crack, and fentanyl. Why, they even got horse tranquilizer in Philly that turns you into zombie! (more…)

If there is anything that shows the state of the Dispossessed Majority and the Great Replacement as it existed in the early twentieth century it is Woodrow Wilson’s boyhood home in Staunton, Virginia. The home, which is a museum open to the public for tours, is adjacent to the Presbyterian Church where Wilson’s father served as pastor. Between the home and the church is a Jewish synagogue. (more…)
