The following was translated by Greg Johnson from the original French with permission from Breizh-info. The interview was conducted by YV.
We asked Alain de Benoist for his views on the recent European elections in France, as well as the French legislative elections, Macron’s dissolution of the Assembly, the nation’s current political theater, and of course the “two weeks of hate” that we are currently experiencing under the impetus of the Left. Three things tell us there is widespread enthusiasm in Ireland for mass remigration of our foreign guests:
1. Opinion polls before — and after — the elections showing that 80% of voters are of the view that we have already taken in too many foreigners.
2. The family referendum held a few months ago, where concern about Mohammed importing his four wives was a big factor in the proposal’s 70-30 defeat, which was supported by almost all the parties and the mainstream media. (more…)

France
We’ll start with what is arguably the most momentous election result. In France, National Rally, of which Marine Le Pen is a member and which is now led by the handsome and charismatic Jordan Bardella, won 31% of the votes and gained 12 seats in the EU Parliament. (more…)

As we use to say around here, after the famous book title: Im Westen nichts Neues. That’s “Nothing new to report from the West,” but you might know it as All Quiet on the Western Front. (Whoever thought that this was a fitting translation?)
It’s not that there’s nothing new to report, but it’s mainly unspectacular. Everything went exactly as expected with the European Union elections. The only big surprise was Macron’s decision to hold new national elections in France as a result of the voters’ obvious disapproval of the current government’s politics. You have to give it to the French: They don’t do anything by halves. (more…)

Left-wing German media outlet Correctiv reported on January 12 about a private meeting that happened last November in Potsdam, Germany between prominent figures in Alternative für Deutschland (AfD), a rapidly growing Right-wing populist party that is now the second strongest-polling party in Germany, and Austrian identitarian leader Martin Sellner. The topic of the meeting: remigration. (more…)
