Here we go again.
Renowned Civil War General Nathan Bedford Forrest and his wife’s remains are in the process of being removed from the Health Sciences Park in Memphis.
We can thank the activist Left for going the extra mile to defend us from such dangerous artifacts of American history. Nothing screams “the civil rights battle of our time” like knocking down monuments and exhuming corpses of evil, racist white men. Forget about valor on the battlefield or taking up arms to defend your homeland and people from invaders; having “problematic” views is ground for having your legacy annihilated by social radicals.
The only solace that lovers of Confederate history could find is that Forrest and his wife’s remains will likely be moved to the National Confederate Museum in Columbia, Tennessee, thanks to the efforts of the Sons of Confederate Veterans. Yes, there are still some Americans who believe in preserving their history and don’t want to see the country become a deracinated husk of a nation.
However, let’s not lose sight of the bigger picture. This latest monument removal saga is part of the hysteria that has kicked off since the Charlottesville protests of 2017 where the Looney Left has been on the warpath in trying to find whatever confederate statues they can get their hands on and tear it down. When you think about it, this is only one theatre of a broader cultural war the managerial Left has been waging since the 1960s.
Forrest’s case makes him a low-hanging fruit, not only because of his Confederate background, but also as the founder of the first iteration of the Ku Klux Klan following the Civil War. This stage of Forrest’s life is more than enough to make the Left go apoplectic. Funny enough, Forrest, like many humans throughout our history, was able to change his mind about the relationship between the races towards the end of his life. His speech before the Independent Order of Pole-Bearers Association, a black civil rights organization based in Memphis, indicated his desire for the races to reconcile and live in harmony. Bet you won’t find any mention of that from the limited selection of history textbooks that our PC gatekeepers will allow you to read.
Let’s not kid ourselves. Knocking down Confederate monuments and sullying the legacy of Confederate officers are only the first steps; the political correctness mob will then proceed to target the Founding Fathers and other figures of American history in their quest to destroy American history.

If you think historical erasure is just confined to the Home of the Brave, let’s shift our focus across the pond. Last October, the Spanish government exhumed the remains of dictator Francisco Franco and moved the dictator’s body from Valle de los Caídos (The Valley of the Fallen) and placed it in a family cemetery north of Madrid. The Valley of the Fallen served as his place of burial from the time of his death in 1975 until 2019. Under the enlightened rule of Socialist Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez, Spain had to do its global duty to fight against the eternal bugaboo of “Fascism” by moving Franco’s remains.
Forget about Franco’s necessary actions to prevent Spain from being subjected to a radical Leftist takeover or his successive tutelage of Spain that put the country on the path to modernity, the very fact he aligned with the traditionalist Right of Spain is grounds for removal.
As one of the historic nations least impacted by mass migration, Spain remains a hold-out against the EU’s agenda for a global homogenized society. Well, at least for now. The current government under Prime Minister Sánchez is working assiduously to “enrich” the country through refugee resettlement.
The sons of Agamemnon and Julius Caesar face existential threats from policies pursued by political elites such as mass migration, secularization, political correctness culture, and mass degeneracy. Sprinkle in the relentless desire to erase history, and you have the recipe for the wholesale castration of a nation. With these trends in mind, Europe and the rest of the West will be transformed into soulless, co-working spaces and strip malls for Davos Men to stroll through while the rest of us reactionaries must toil at our increasingly politically correct workplaces. Hey, at least we can subject ourselves to non-stop sensory overload on our TVs, Internet, or iPhones. Modernity has some of its benefits.
On the other hand, let’s take a look at countries like Israel and China — serious countries that actually bother to preserve their national character and don’t engage in the pathological self-flagellation that afflicts Western polities.
Historian Paul Gottfried offered some interesting observations about how the aforementioned countries treat monuments erected by foreign overlords at certain points of their histories:
On a visit to Hong Kong, I noticed that the current Chinese government had not renamed the parks and other public sites that celebrated English monarchs, nor had it pulled down statues erected during British imperial rule. Although at least nominally communist, Chinese state officials look after these remnants of English rule with obvious care. In Israel, the government tends to the temples and monuments that Roman conquerors left behind, even though those same Romans slaughtered ancient Jews and destroyed their Second Temple.
Gottfried concluded, “This seems infinitely more civilized than what the cultural Left has now unleashed on our shores.” Shi-Huangdi monuments can rest easy knowing that they won’t be toppled by angry Chinese citizens.
In the global consumer imperium that dots the post-Western “West,” the very least we could ask for is that the artifacts of our eventful past stay intact. As our country is demographically transformed via mass migration and traditional gender norms are being turned upside down, there are hardly any fond memories of a once-stable American past to idolize.
If we can’t even preserve our own history, the US might as well disappear into the ether and become another strip mine for predatory globalists to exploit.

This is the case because Israel is no longer at war with Rome, and China is no longer at war with Britain. Meanwhile, the Marxist left is openly at war with the West and its White History. This is why they’re turning on symbols of the nation’s history: the difference between active and inactive war.
The American Civil War never ended. It’s just been a century and a half+ long truce.
It finally seems that a critical mass of white nationalists has awakened to a reality I depressingly perceived not long after the start of the new millennium: that whites are racially degenerate losers. Up to that point, I had assumed that if whites could only end-run the Jewish media and reach their mentally colonized fellows with the truth, most of the latter would embrace their own superiority, recognize the threats to their own future generations, and move to nullify those threats and preserve our civilization. Little had I perceived how (evolutionarily) deep was the rot. I have no idea how to parse gene/culture proportions in determining behavior, but I can recognize that white racial hysteria is clearly a racial trait, and an unprecedentedly unfortunate one, given that our race is genetically recessive compared to others.
With the advent of the internet, and its exposure of racial outrages and propagation of racial truth, how else to explain continuing white abasement except via imputed genetic maladaptation at the level of the group? A white who senses something wrong with mass media narratives can easily (for now) access truths about race. But few wish to.
There is no hope except for white preservationist ingathering, with a goal of eventual secession and the formation of an all-white racial state dedicated to white preservation above all else. What is really needed is a molecular test showing biological correlates with racial liberalism, with this test being used as a culling mechanism for future citizen body composition. Each white child of the racial state must be genetically analyzed at their majority to assess their “EQ” – ethnocentrism quotient. Those below a certain threshold must be exiled from the state. IOWs, we need cognitive selectional eugenics, but even more, genetic ideological selection (which should in theory eventually be able to be accomplished embryonically). We must be able to breed white ethnocentrism back into our race. And beyond hard scientific modifications, we need to inculcate an entire culture of racial patriotism across all facets of ethnostate life.
Assuming Dutton, et all are not simply wrong and EQ has a genetic basis, we don’t know what other traits it may be tied to and exiling those with low EQ will also be removing those other (possibly valuable) traits. Until we have real confidence in gene-editing (which might turn out to be the best solution), why not just treat low EQ as an illness? Oxytocin increases in-group preference and, with proper exploration, I’m sure we could find other exogenous methods for increasing ethnocentrism.
Because race-liberal rot seems to accompany white modernity. These are deep questions and I don’t have anywhere close to all the answers. But antecedents of today’s racial self-abasement arguably go back to Montaigne; were fully visible in the French Enlightenment; and widespread by the time of the 19th century abolitionist movements (which I might have supported, too, both for universal moral principles, and because I oppose any interracial proximity, even that of master/slave). This ‘meme’ of white self-defamation and self-abnegation was arguably a genetic time bomb just waiting for the right constellation of new “thoughts and values” to explode into today’s insanity, which cannot even condemn horrific violence and destruction – when perpetrated by nonwhite savages.
It is well known that white liberals ruin cities and territories, and then they move to nicer- because-more-conservative places, and start ruining those, too. There’s a recent book by I think journalist “Kristin Tate” (Google it) on this very subject. The Ethnostate must be highly discriminating among whites, or its racial ‘armor’ will get chipped away over time. Even so, some liberal throwbacks will arise periodically. Now, if we could find those hypothesized biological correlates to ethnomasochism, we might eventually be able to eliminate them embryonically, or at least abort such embryos in favor of more ethnocentric ones. But what about some liberal who escapes such selectionist processes? Yes, we could treat him as mentally ill, but then people like him would learn to camouflage themselves, even as they progressively undermine the ethnostate’s raison d’etat. And is racial liberalism actually a mental illness? Yes and no. I’m not sure such a diagnosis could be sustained over time. It would start with greater privileges for a race liberal who is also a brilliant engineer or scientist, a real contributor. Then the standard would be under nearly irresistible pressure to be lowered. Best to take the toughest possible line, and just send this morally innocent, but racially defective person away, where they will likely end up happier anyway.
What is happening now is an aberration never seen before in history. Cultural Marxism is a century old, making its outbreak from academia in the 1960s, and then turning the heat up ever since. This included the most intensive propaganda / psyops campaign ever unleashed. The demoralization effort was very well funded and with a lot of sophisticated psychological tricks. Part of that was twisting our traditional virtues against us, in a way that never had been done before.
Really, the fact that our civilization is hanging in there at all (even if precariously) is a testament to our strength. Who else could’ve held up at all? The ideological system is still a lot weaker than it appears, built up with lies and cheap intimidation tactics. With luck, we might have a dramatic turnaround like the fall of the Soviet Union.
And when that happens, eventually someone will have to figure out a suitable punishment for the people who disturbed the graves of Confederate heroes.
I’m reading Ayn Rand’s “The Virtue of Selfishness” which discusses our overwhelming idealization of ‘Altruism’, i.e., our vast attempts at trying to save the world — and specifically in our day — trying to care for and rehabilitate the entire Black race. This attempt, which we now label “Pathological Altruism”, is partly due to the exhortations of Christianity — “Love thy neighbor as thyself” — which Rand discusses in detail, and partly due to our finely-tuned, genetically-created sympathetic brains with which we are born, which Rand does not discuss. Anyway, it’s definitely worth a read to see how our ‘Altruism Gone Wild’ has come about and is influencing this insane ‘race war’ we are living through. Rand gives much thoughtful advice how to overcome this and ‘outthink’ the muck that we are mired in today.

A good article and I agree with the main arguments in it. But here is a caveat: The sentence above has a problem, historical fact wise. Shi-Huangdi aka. Qin Shihuang, as the first emperor of the first unified centralized feudal dynasty in the Chinese history, was ethnically Chinese, not a racially alien outsider. Using his name in the context of the Chinese arguably respecting their own history of foreign rule and to corroborate such an argument is a factual and logical inconsistency, irrelevance, and invalidity.
I would also like to add this: The brutal police of Hong Kong made it clear what Communists in power looks like. The violent riots in US made it clear what Communists in infiltration looks like.
Besides, according to overseas Chinese dissident sources, there were Chinese official figures as inciters and organizers for the demonstrators besieging and protesting outside the White House. Voices recorded on the site contained Chinese phrases “zou, kuai-zou!” (move, move fast!), and the figure was recognized as the military attach and PLA major general Zhang Li. It is evident that the ChiCom infiltration into US society has reached an astonishingly outrageous and hazardous extent.
