Happy Halloween from Counter-Currents! Since our last update, we have had 24 donations ranging from $5 to $350 dollars, totaling $1,398.88. The remainder of our $10,000 matching grant, $132.35, has been added to that, bringing our total to $41,442.94. Thank you!
This means that we are more than 80% of the way to our goal of $50,000, with ten days to go.
Our fundraiser has been even more of an uphill battle than usual because of the Trump campaign, which has been claiming all of our attention, and a lot of your donations. For instance, of the last 24 gifts to Counter-Currents, only four have come from the United States. We received more donations from Germany, Sweden, and Australia than the US.
This is why this fundraiser ends on November 9th, the day after the US presidential election. Whether out of joy or defiance, I am hoping our American readers will finally put us over the top.

My readers often ask me: Is there still time? Meaning: Is there still time for metapolitics, for changing people’s values and worldviews, for bucking up their moral courage, for a “long march through the institutions”? Or is the problem so urgent that we just have to get out there and “do something”? With “doing something” meaning LARPing as Nazis or Templars or getting a bowlcut.
This is analogous to asking: Isn’t the battle so urgent that we can’t waste time lacing up our boots, checking our ammunition, training to use our weapons, coordinating our activities with comrades, checking the weather forecast, gathering intelligence on the enemy, mapping out the terrain, and putting water in our canteen? Instead, don’t we need to just grab a rifle, rush barefoot from our house, and “do something”?
Unfortunately, if this is how you prepare, whatever you end up doing probably won’t be effective. To be effective in any endeavor, you need to patiently and methodically assemble all the preconditions for successful action. The necessary preconditions of a successful battle, camping trip, or political campaign are all “meta” — “beyond” or “before” — the action you are planning.
So the question really boils down to: Do we have the time to assemble all the necessary conditions of success? My answer to that is: Yes, we have time. Some decades, in fact. When my paternal line arrived at Jamestown in 1618, we were a tiny minority on this continent, but we ended up conquering it. I refuse to believe that hundreds of millions of white people will fail where a relative handful succeeded. We just need to awaken them to the danger our race faces and offer them a solution that seems moral and politically feasible.
But beyond that: We’d better have time to do it right, because doing it wrong won’t save us. We’d better have time to do the smart thing, because being stupid won’t save us.

It is pleasing to see a steady flow of donations from outside the US, particularly from Europe. I believe there is a reason for this, the situation in Europe is becoming desperate. Due to abundant physical space plus rights of free speech and arms bearing Whites in the US may indeed have decades ahead in which to plan and prepare, but the same cannot be said of Western Europe. Ten more years could easily see the disintegration of France, if France falls to her government’s sponsored Afro-Asiatic invasion, neighboring countries are also likely to collapse into chaos.
The reason is, there are no English written web journals that are Europe-specific of this kind, which manage to be inclusive of so many interesting topics. I don’t know, perhaps there are some in French, but French is a language we still pretend is widely spoken but no one can actually speak or read. Plurality of languages in Europe, and stubbornness of many of Europeans when it comes to learning the goddamn language of Universe is a strong limitation, along with so many prejudices regarding so many red lines or in textspeak, rustled jimmies.
Hence we are looking towards America once more it appears.
I was sorry to read that the American white nationalists are being played the same way Margaret Thatcher played the British white nationalists when she siphoned off its support and so reduced the British National Party to a shadow of its former self. But at least four Americans get it!
Back in 1936 L.D. Byrne addressed the National Dividend Club of London: Besides being an economic voting system, money today, owing to the complexity of our economic life, is a license to live. To the extent that you have money, you have security. You can do and use things. But if you find yourself without money – that is without any claim on the available production – you are reduced to a state of impotence. You can hardly move. So lets get C-C moving.
Some points I would re-frame, however, to alter language that seems diametric to more multifaceted. Some points are presented as a “this/that” or “if/or”, so to speak. For instance:

Is there still time? – Well, this question depends on what it is referring to. To prevent a new, national, White minority, the answer is no. It is already projected that Whites will be a minority, by mere extension of present contexts, as well as including the variable of a cessation of new immigration.
Is there still time for metapolitics? – Time or not, it must be. Metapolitics has a crucial role & function for conceiving any overarching ideas that guide more specific actions.
Long march through the institutions? – Cannot be ignored, but has not worked. Insufficient (White Nationalist) leverage & unlikely to be effective at the national scale even if White identity & politics continues to increase in the near future. These efforts will likely have diminishing returns for the near future, but are a part of most movements’ tactical repertoire; in fact, movements come about when positive institutional access & response wanes.
Do something? – It depends. Who, what, what costs. Doing almost anything at least foments stakeholder participation, and a road towards greater commitment/engagement. Burnout without results, however, could be a problem, but not for most in this movement, at this time.
LARPing? – I am actually not familiar with this jargon for this movement yet. However “LARPing, live action role-playing game”, Google Search. Well, some people may enjoy this past-time. It should be considered if it can be used for some useful outcomes; general networks & community building that can co-function for other non-LARPing activities. Or maybe organized LARPing, for certain population segments, as a revenue event? It could be a not-half-bad idea.
To be effective in any endeavor, you need to patiently and methodically assemble all the preconditions for successful action? – No doubt, but even the best of plans do not stand in for ACTION; they could even thwart it in some cases. Some plans cannot go as planned either, this could be called disruptive technology, or other unanticipated threats/changes.

The “weak”, immunological, became replaced. There were a plethora of other factors for this outcome, as well.
I refuse to believe that hundreds of millions of white people will fail where a relative handful succeeded? – It depends. The North American, Occidental White, could also be just be a kind of contemporary Homo neanderthalensis. And, we know what happened to them, they were replaced by various mechanisms; likely direct genocide, as well as hybridization.
We just need to awaken them to the danger our race faces and offer them a solution that seems moral and politically feasible? –
Yes, this is necessary for a more immediate reason, the lifespan of some of the most knowledgeable and ardent White advocates in this movement. There must be a succession plan, or a continuity of knowledge transfer, lest another generation may have a different identity, less passion, or in a word, retrogression. They would have to reinvent insights, perspectives, and passion, or we just become history. Humans have a lifespan, cultures/societies may/do as well. Life is a process, not a static, from microscopic to macroscopic, thus, there cannot be prolonged disruption, in a process. The result, could be a constant. (Etc., etc.)
VIE Theory – yes, most individuals need to have, Hope, that there is a chance certain efforts will lead to desired outcomes; politically feasible with or without politics, proper.
