The psychologist Carl Jung was a race realist even by the standards of his day, when a certain amount of race realism was seen as simple common sense. He was also a great man and, like all great men, he was ahead of his time in many ways. While he didn’t foresee the precise predicament white people now face, he nevertheless mentioned almost as an aside in one of his more popular essays the answer to the perplexing question of why some people fiercely resist the possibility of racial differences in intelligence, personality, or any other feature of consciousness. Nathan Cofnas first came to my attention in 2018 when he became the first mainstream academic to challenge Kevin MacDonald regarding his classic work of counter-Semitism, The Culture of Critique. He engaged with Prof. MacDonald point for point over the course of several weeks regarding the work’s merits and demerits, producing academic theater that was both tedious and fascinating; perhaps a little more of the latter.
