    A Final Fundraiser Appeal
    Introducing the Counter-Currents Foundation

Counter-Currents rests on your shoulders too!

Counter-Currents rests on your shoulders too!

The Current Year 2015 has been Counter-Currents’ best in terms of traffic. More than one million unique visitors came to Counter-Currents in 2015. That means that more people than ever before are consuming free online information on New Right ideas. But our book sales and financial support have not grown proportionately. So far, in 2015, of the more than one million unique visitors to the website, 324 have given donations. That’s a lot of free riders on the Atlas-like shoulders of very few individuals. (more…)

    The Counter-Currents 2015 Summer Fundraiser
    The Final Tally

Wilem Kalf, Still Life with Drinking Horn, 1653

Wilem Kalf, Still Life with Drinking Horn, 1653

On Tuesday, November 3rd, we received 3 donations totaling $1,370, which put us over the top, with a total of $40,193.80. The Summer Fundraiser is now dead. Long live the Fall Fundraiser!

So far this year, we have received donations from 303 unique individuals. In the same year, we have received more than 800,000 unique visitors to this site. Thus 303 people make it possible for more than 800,000 others to get free stuff off the internet.

I want to thank you on my behalf, and on behalf of all the people who enjoy bountiful enlightenment and entertainment due to your generosity.

    * * *

If you want to start paying for what you and others get from Counter-Currents, you can make two different types of donations:

    • A single donation of any size.
    • A recurring donation of any size.

Recurring donations are particularly helpful, since they allow us better to predict and plan for the future. We have several levels for recurring donations. Please visit our Donations page for more information.

We can also customize the amount of a monthly donation.

There are several ways to make one-time donations:

    • The easiest is with PayPal. Just use the following button:
    • You can send check, money order, or credit card payment by mail. Just print out our donation form in Word or PDF.
    • You can make a secure credit card donation direct from our Donation page.

    Please give generously!

Thank you for your loyal readership and support.

    The Counter-Currents 2015 Summer Fundraiser
    Down to the Wire

    225 words

The Counter-Currents 2015 Summer Fundraiser is coming down to the wire. Since our last update, we have received a flurry of 34 mostly small donations, in amounts ranging from $10 to $100, totaling $2,214.88. Added to the remainder of our matching grant, that totals $3,247. Our total is now $36,937.64. We are thus $3,062.36 from last year’s goal of $40,000, with the Great Pumpkin already here. If you were waiting for the last minute: the last minute is here. We will give the final tally on Monday, once I have someone check the PO box in San Francisco. Thank you again for your loyal support.  (more…)

This amount has been matched, for a total of $2,040. Our total is now $33,690.64. We are thus $6,309.36 from last year’s goal of $40,000. That seems like a lot, but a single big donation could cover it, so I am not giving up just yet. $1,032.12 now remains of the current matching grant. I want to thank all of our donors so far, and if you were waiting for the last minute: well, it is here. We will give the final tally on Monday.  (more…)

    Counter-Currents Still Under Siege

    805 words

RabbitSiegeCropThere is a new group working to shut down Counter-Currents. The Care2 website, which hosts petitions for various Left-wing and environmental causes, claims its “Hottest Petition” (more than 95,000 signatures at this time — it went up by a thousand as I was writing) is to “Tell Amazon and PayPal: Stop funding neo-Nazis and white supremacists!” And the one target mentioned by name is “Counter Currents” [sic], a “white nationalist publisher.”

To put this in context, Counter-Currents is now more unpopular among the extreme Left than the state of Indiana, which is also being targeted for economic destruction. (more…)

Imagine my delight when I noted that “Counter-Currents.com” is the first word of Caitlin Dewey’s Washington Post article “Amazon, PayPal and Spotify inadvertently fund white supremacists. Here’s how.” In fact, the article focuses almost entirely on Counter-Currents, which I take as a sign that we are doing something right.

Dewey reports on the ongoing campaign of a Jewish Supremacist hate group, the Southern Poverty Law Center, to strangle Counter-Currents financially by pressuring Amazon.com to stop selling our books and PayPal to stop processing our transactions. (more…)
