    Guillaume Durocher’s The Ancient Ethnostate

    5,781 words

    Guillaume Durocher
The Ancient Ethnostate: Biopolitical Thought in Classical Greece
    Self-published, 2021

It almost goes without saying that any book written today by someone from the Dissident Right on the subject of Classical Greece will be more accurate to the spirit of antiquity and more honest about the racial realities that underlie it than anything that could be published in contemporary academia. This book gives a good survey of the history, culture, and ideas of key writers of various sorts in Ancient Greece. (more…)

    Fascism & the Christchurch Massacre:
    Jeff Sparrow’s Fascists Among Us

    3,478 words

    Jeff Sparrow
Fascists Among Us: Online Hate and the Christchurch Massacre
    Brunswick, Victoria: Scribe Publications, 2019

This short book claims to be “[t]he first book since Christchurch to trace the massacre’s fascist roots and what it represents.”[1] The author, Jeff Sparrow, links a specific ideology (viz. fascism) to the event and tries to account for this ideology’s evolution from its original form to the present day.

    A World European Congress?

    3,539 words

europe-old-mapIn this essay I use terms which could cause confusion or disagreement: “The Left,” “the Right,” “European man,” etc. I do not want to argue about terms, but there are alternative ways of phrasing the terms and thereby promoting the argument I want to present. To keep the argument focused on the key message I shall keep to my terms, but you may have your own terms that would work equally as well.  (more…)

The National Assembly of the French Revolution

    3,569 words

Political principles which are founded only on a posture of character or a feeling – like “conservative” (i.e., being resistant to political change, especially if that change is of a fundamental nature) and “progressive” (an older term for being inclined towards a liberal or revolutionary political stance) (more…)

Notes on Liberal Democracy & its Alternative

    2,981 words

    Carl Schmitt, 1888–1985

    Carl Schmitt, 1888–1985

The political regime under which much of the world labours (and the entire Western world) is called “Liberal Democracy.” Francis Fukuyama has praised the ever widening expansion of this regime over the globe as “the end point of mankind’s ideological evolution and [it consists in] the universalization of Western liberal democracy as the final form of human government.”[1] The source of Fukuyama’s thesis, the Russian Hegelian Marxist, Alexandre Kojève, called this End State the “universal and homogeneous state”: it is the ultimate goal of both Liberalism and Communism.  (more…)
