I’ve been in that very cathedral pictured! Every city in southern Spain has a cathedral that was once a mosque, an Arab wall, and a Jewish quarter in some proportion. I took a trip across southern Spain from Lisbon through Granada up to Madrid. I highly recommend it, my favorite trip ever. I visited the oldest synogogue in Europe there. I knelt at the grave of Camoes and that’s where I was granted the gift of a poetic voice. I saw the gypsies, Seneca’s birthplace, the Barbary apes, gypsies, where they filmed got. Great cuisine and climate.
