The Counter-Currents Summer Fundraiser
We’re Not Doing Fine Without You

Greg Johnson

Peter Vilhelm Ilsted, “Woman Reading by Candlelight,” 1908

612 words

On Monday, July 9, we received three donations totaling $780. Thank you! Our total is now $4,822.30. Our goal is $25,000, which we hope to make by August 11. We will keep you posted of our progress each weekday.

Many people look at fundraising drives and think, “They’re doing fine without me,” so they decide they don’t need to chip in. Well, we’re not doing fine without you. Because there just aren’t enough other people like you out there for you to pass the buck to.

Sure, every month we have more than 50,000 unique visitors. About half of those are first time visitors, and the rest have been here before. Some new visitors come because of a Google search, take one look at our offerings, and flee. But some do come back.

Some of the people who come here regularly are not our friends: they are enemy monitors, trolls, hobbyists, voyeurs, and the like.

Many people who are well-disposed to our project are still quite hesitant to do more than read, because of massive social intimidation. More and more people are thinking our way, but they are still hesitant to act. Logically, they know they are not alone, but they feel alone. Specifically, people fear that if they are somehow unmasked as thought criminals, nobody will stand up for them.

So only a very small percentage of our readers will actually do more than consume free information from the internet. A case in point: San Francisco is our third largest city in terms of web traffic, and I do not account for it alone. We have many regular readers in the Bay Area, but only a tiny percentage of them have ever initiated personal contact or made donations. Why? The Terror.

Another case in point: of the hundreds of thousands of people who have visited Counter-Currents in the last two years, we have had fewer than 200 donors total.

So if you have been even thinking about helping us, you are among a very small minority.

We don’t judge our readers. We follow the Fight Club principle: in this thing of ours, everyone gets to determine his own level of explicitness and involvement, and the rest of us have to respect that. Everybody has his own reasons. We do not presume to second guess.

But, by the same token, we also wish to encourage as many people as possible to get more involved. So if you have considered giving, or you are considering giving now, please do. We are not going to be able to do this without you.

You can make two different types of donations:

  • First, you can make is a single donation of any size.
  • Second, you can make a recurring donation of any size.

Recurring donations are particularly helpful, since they allow us better to predict and plan for the future. We have added several new levels for recurring donations. Please visit our Donations page for more information.

We can also customize the amount of a monthly donation. There are, moreover, other ways to make monthly donations than Paypal, although it is the most convenient. For more details, contact Mike Polignano at: [email protected]

There are several ways to make one-time donations:

  • The easiest is through Paypal. For a one-time donation, just use the following button:
  • You can send check, money order, or credit card payment by mail. Just print out our donation form in Word or PDF.

Please give generously!

Note: Donations to Counter-Currents and North American New Right are not tax deductible. Real change never is!

Thank you for your readership and support.

Today I received my hardbound copy of NANR 1. It was beautiful and encouraging. Thank you.

To the readers who like the C-C message: all other races support the people who are fighting for them. If we don’t start doing the same thing, they will beat us and make us their slaves. If a tiny minority of Jews can create a lobby that practically runs the most powerful state in the world, through hard work and ethnic loyalty, why can’t we do it?

Greg, you should make a poster saying: “AIPAC doesn’t want you to support Counter-Currents”, or something similar. Just like the WW2 posters with the Japanese:

I’m broke and I still find the odd dollar to give.

Counter Currents is one of the central classrooms of my own esoteric right-wing university. It deserves far more than it is receiving currently.

At a Jewish or Arabic wedding, for example, they have no qualms in plonking $1000 on the table—each. Kadyrov will give a kilo of gold to a fellow clansman of humblest means at his wedding. This isn’t even going into how much money a Jew will give to his local chapter of organised Jewry. If we don’t have a similar mentality in giving regular contributions to the movement and supporting comrades when they need it [e.g. $1000 at the birth of a child?] we won’t get anywhere.

I’m a broke-as-anything student and I find the means to make a monthly contribution to CC, as well as recently contributing to the current fund raiser. I also make regular contributions to the movement locally. It’s not hard. Stop acting like stereotypical Jews; the average WN is more Jewish than the Jews regarding financially supporting their racial interests.
