The release of the new Jurassic World: Rebirth this week reminded me of the time in 2015 when a previous movie in the franchise was laughably smeared as being racist against Pakistanis. Simply called Jurassic World, some of the main celluloid baddies in this one were from a species named Pachycephalosaurus, [1] called Pakis for short by the blockbuster’s human characters. (more…)
