The National Policy Institute’s recent conference in Washington, D.C. was a well-organized, informative, and inspiring affair. I expected nothing less from Richard Spencer and the rest of the NPI team. (more…)

Tim Wise ended up inviting us into the venue. We took our seats in the far back corner of the auditorium, relieved to be sitting for the first time after our ordeal. The air conditioning brought the pepper spray stinging my scraped knuckles down to a mild irritation. (more…)

George Zimmerman did absolutely everything by the book. He married a wife to whom he’s remained loyal. He acquired a home with a mortgage in the suburbs. He enrolled in college to further his education. He even found time to volunteer on behalf of his community, (more…)

There’s a snapping point–some arrive at it later than others–beyond which one’s compass of esteem is truly decoupled from popular societal norms. My own sense of status and respect has long since broken free from that orbit, now revolving around the admittedly small and powerless world of tribal and traditional comrades.
While it once required an act of social courage to stand for our identity and interests, I now embrace the denunciations and attacks as badges of honor. (more…)

Gregory Hood is partially correct; Christianity alone can’t save us. “Christianity” is far too abstract, vague, and ill-defined to achieve much of anything, good or ill. A cursory review of the world’s popular denominations and their failure to coherently and consistently define their deity, define their doctrine, and define their prescribed behavior confirms that “Christianity” in the broad and abstract is not even wrong. The most depressing thing about Detroit’s bankruptcy isn’t the hours victims wait for police responses, sprawling neighborhoods reverting back to nature, historic buildings crumbling to ruin, or the once-vanquished problems of illiteracy and sex slavery climbing out of their graves. It’s certainly not the financial quandary the city’s in, or the uncertain fate of its pensioners and employees. The most hopeless thing about Detroit is the false hope which hangs on despite reason and sanity. (more…)

For centuries, technological progress has poured from the First World fountainhead of innovation, eventually trickling down to the Third World. People in Shanghai, Tel Aviv, and San Jose get to play with the prototypes, then the rest of us get to be the early adopters, and it eventually finds its way to the Middle Eastern bazaar, Indian village, and African jungle. We’re All Misfits!

How does a thoroughly decadent man in the midst of a thoroughly decadent society react to discovering the golden thread of perennial Tradition? I, myself, was raised on a steady diet of Monsanto gruel, Hollywood garbage culture, and partisan political theater. (more…)

“Crank Cuckoldry” is the single greatest obstacle to getting any authentically tribal and traditional opposition to multiculturalism and modernity off the ground. I’m not talking about the “cranks” who merely make us look bad, scaring off new recruits and hobbling advocacy. That may be a problem, but that’s a rounding error compared to the less obvious and more insidious ways the more virulent cranks paralyze our work and impede all attempts to unify against our enemies. Syria’s Business
Opinion polls leading up to our imminent invasion of Syria confirm that the public mood is sour on bogging ourselves down in yet another Middle Eastern bloodbath. Bill Clinton scolded Obama for his tepid and hesitant effort to sell the conflict, as if the real issue were whether or not he’s a “total wuss.” (more…)
