Although we’ve been through worse, 2023 was one of those years I’m happy to see in the rear-view mirror at last. Since the plandemic began, Clown World mutated into Scary as Hell Clown Like John Wayne Gacy World, and it hasn’t improved much. Throughout the past year, my browser’s start page never failed to bring in digital flotsam proving the point. There’s much clowning to be had, but it’s not so funny anymore. (more…)

Part 1 of 2 (Part 2 here)
Resident Bidet has said on at least two occasions that you need planes and tanks to fight the government. These remarks didn’t age so well; the Commander-in-Cheat had his ass handed to him by cave-dwelling Afghan zealots with room-temperature IQs. For the most part, they were armed with AK-47s manufactured back when disco was still a thing. (more…)

A recent article from Business Insider, “Pfizer CEO slams Harvard, MIT, and UPenn’s presidents: ‘One of the most despicable moments in the history of US academia,’” has a doozy for a cover photo. On the left is Albert Bourla, CEO of the most wonderful corporation in the world, which of course is Pfizer. He looks like a Space Lizard with an almost passable human disguise. (more…)

I was downtown in Salt Lake City in 2002 to watch the Pioneer Day parade, also known as “Days Of ’47” — as in 1847, of course. I got to see the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints’ President Gordon B. Hinckley heading up the column. Although my piety leaves much to be desired, that was something else, indeed! The Environment
Since I’m a tree hugger, this was a rather difficult chapter for me. Still, I’ll give it a fair hearing. Liddy begins by demonstrating that there is still plenty of fossil fuel, and that there will be for a long time. I’ll grant him that point, though it’s somewhat more complicated than that. As easier-to-reach reserves are depleted, there’ll be diminishing returns which will eventually make the price of fossil fuels exorbitant, or even prohibitive. (more…)

Part 1 of 2 (Part 2 here)
The late, great G. Gordon Liddy certainly was a remarkable individual. History best knows him as the most colorful of the Watergate burglars, and the only one who kept his mouth shut throughout. After the statute of limitation expired, he had plenty to say about his motivations, especially in his autobiography Will. Leading up to that misadventure, he had been a member of the FBI when it was more respectable. (more…)

Odds and ends
Then it’s back to Abraham Foxman. He explains that the Israeli Prime Minister said he’d received 4,000 calls from concerned families after 9/11. Later, this got conflated into a story about 4,000 Jews not showing up to work at the Twin Towers that day. It’s nice to see him clearing something up and earning his keep. (more…)

Part 1 of 2 (Part 1 here)
Following the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, a number of stories appeared which alleged Israeli involvement. Personally, I haven’t paid much attention, since thus far I’ve heard little along those lines that passes the Occam’s Razor test.[1] Although I can’t deny that Jews have a regrettably high trouble-per-capita ratio, I’m not in the habit of assuming everything bad in the world was something they did. Not long ago, Ibram Xolani Kendi — formerly Henry Rogers — was at the cutting edge of the burgeoning “anti-racism” industry. He and other high-ranking professional activists already were treated as sagacious specialists in race relations and lauded as public intellectuals. Then his career went into overdrive during the George Fentanyl tantrum of mid-2020, followed by the media’s unprecedented outpouring of anti-white bile since then.
Had things continued on this trajectory without a hitch, it’s anyone’s guess as to what lofty heights he might have attained. Could he have followed in Barack Obama’s footsteps? (more…)

If you’ve ever wondered about what’s actually being taught in Women’s Studies classes, perhaps the truth might come as a surprise. Radical feminist writings in general tend to be soaked in bile, especially those written for initiates of The Sisterhood. (more…)

According to legend, an independent, truthful, and unbiased press is a vital pillar of democracy. There’s a certain mystique about intrepid journalists facing the night and storm in their trench coats and fedoras, out to fight corruption and bring the powerful to heel, armed only with their pens and notepads. Their aim was nothing but the truth: “Just the facts, Ma’am.” (more…)
