Yes, James, They Cannot Help Themselves

Last month, a 2018 clip of Somali Minnesota Representative Ilhan Omar resurfaced on X in which she, in typical fashion, bashed white men ^[2]. This in itself was unremarkable. We all know that pale males have been the bête noir of left for decades how, especially given how the biggest obstacles to leftist power tend to be white men on the right.

In this interview with Al Jazeera, Omar stated:

I would say that our country should be more fearful of white men across our country because they are actually causing most of the deaths within this country. We should be profiling, monitoring, and creating policies to fight the radicalization of white men.

Lashing back was Democratic strategist James Carville, a white male, who effectively tried to boot Omar from the Democratic party ^[3]. His response was interesting not because he disputed her claim or because he took umbrage at the woman’s obvious racism and hypocrisy. No, it was because lashing out at such a significant demographic made for bad political strategy ^[4]:

Lady, why don’t you just get out the Democratic Party? Honestly, start your own movement. All right, let’s do the simple math … Roughly 69% of the people going to vote in November, maybe more—let’s do 70% for just round math—are going to be white. Of that, 48%, maybe a little more, are going to be male. So that’s roughly — let’s just call it 33.3% of the entire election. Well, let’s just run against them, ’cause that’s so goddamn smart. All right, so now we’re going to have a campaign by the progressive left against white men, who vote about a third of everybody that votes in an election.

Why don’t you, lady, start your own party? And then when it’s over, if you want to caucus with the Democrats, fine. We agree with a lot of things that you do. But we don’t believe we ought to be running against white men. In fact, we don’t think we ought to be running against any gender, any ethnic group, any race, any religion or anything else.

Goddamn, these people are just helpless. They cannot be helped. There’s nothing you can do to help them. They don’t want to be helped. And if they had any guts, they’d start their own goddamn political party and get out of ours.

Okay, so creeping our way towards Stalinism is bad because it makes it harder to win elections. Yes, that may be true, but shouldn’t the Stalinism itself should be considered the much redder flag? How could Carville not see this? Profiling? Monitoring? Isn’t this what the Soviets did? Isn’t the left supposed to stand against racial profiling? As usual with the left, they are willing to violate all their principles whenever it comes to victimizing white people, white men especially. This is why the right claims that the left has no principles at all. And we should be grateful to Ilhan Omar for voicing this so bluntly, not only for revealing her side’s sheer amorality, but its fangs as well. The left is the enemy of whites, plain and simple, and it goes deep—to the genetic level. If Ilhan Omar is to be believed, then planet Earth is simply not big enough to contain both in the long run.

While Carville, ever the strategist, crunched numbers in the build-up to the 2026 midterms, Vice President JD Vance seemed to understand the score. He called it genocidal language ^[5], and good on him.

But there was something that Carville seemed to get that Vance either didn’t or didn’t comment on, and it is that they really can’t help themselves. Of course, Carville was referring to the far left which has hijacked his party. But what is the far left? Militant anti-whiteism. If two words can describe the left, these would be it. On paper it might appear more like militant egalitarianism, but if history is any indication, the left is authoritarian and lives and dies by ethnic and racial identity. There is no real equality in leftist societies. At least that’s how it was in the early Soviet period when to be Jewish or otherwise not Russian was considered a real advantage. No, the glue that holds the left together these days is anti-whiteism, largely because a significant proportion of far left leadership is not white. A recent example that has come to light is billionaire and communist propagandist Neville Singham (half-Sri Lankan, half Cuban) whom the Gateway Pundit claims is funding the anti-ICE riots ^[6] currently happening in Los Angeles. But there are countless others.

So when Carville says they can’t help themselves, he’s talking about non-whites, whether he realizes it or not. Seen from this perspective, he’s correct and gives us an eloquent argument against multiracialism. The sort of racial authoritarianism espoused by Ilhan Omar is what will necessarily happen when different races occupy the same territory in large numbers. Only whites seem to be able to hold this kind of chauvinism in check (or, perversely, wield it against their own in-group).

So, yes, blacks and browns, for the most part, cannot help themselves. And why should they? If politics is war by other means, why shouldn’t they fight dirty as they claw their way to power? It’s not like they can compete successfully with whites on a level playing field. It’s also not like they actually care about maintaining high levels of civilization as long as they themselves wield power (if every communist state in history is any indication). Meanwhile, James Carville picks nits with Ilhan Omar over bad optics. It’s almost as if he doesn’t take black people seriously. A popular black Representative calls for the suspension of Constitutional rights for the men of an entire race, and he offers to cooperate with her if the Democrats squeak past the Republicans in the next election.

James Carville needs to get his squinty-eyed cueball out of the sand and realize that these people will devour you ^[7]. They are dangerous and not to be trifled with. Once people like Ilhan Omar represent non-white majorities in this country, the erosion of civil liberties for whites will accelerate—and it’s not like the warning signs were never there. If white men like Carville are not on the chopping block right away, they will be eventually—especially if they get mouthy.

People typically call the Republicans the stupid party, but these days I am not so sure. If you’re a white man and a Democrat, then you’re definitely in the running.
