At Counter-Currents, we listen to our readers, and we have delivered a new benefit for our Paywall Insiders. If you are logged in to your Paywall account look at your most recent comment. You will notice a new option: an Edit button that allows you to correct, polish, or even eat your words in case you have an afterthought.
I want to thank Riki and other commenters for suggesting this and our website guy for implementing it. These are Your Paywall Dollars At Work, and we’re not just standing by the road, leaning on our shovels, smoking cigarettes.
Speaking of the Paywall, Counter-Currents is working hard toward our fundraiser goal of $300,000. We are now at $87,852.75, more than 29% of our way there. Thank you to all our donors.
Like all journals of dissident ideas, Counter-Currents depends on the support of readers like you. Help us compete with the censors of the Left and the violent accelerationists of the Right with a donation today. (The easiest way to help is with an e-check donation. All you need is your checkbook.)
For other ways to donate, click here.
Furthermore, now that we’ve sweetened the deal, this is a great time to join our Paywall. Those who donate $120 or more per year enjoy these privileges.
- First, donor comments will appear immediately instead of waiting in a moderation queue. (People who abuse this privilege will lose it.)
- Second, donors will have immediate access to all Counter-Currents posts. Non-donors will find that one post a day, five posts a week will be behind a “paywall” and will be available to the general public after 30 days.
- Third, paywall members have the ability to edit their comments after publishing them. At Counter-Currents, every man can be an editor! (The edit option ends when the comment thread closes. Currently, that is in 100 days.)

If you are already behind the Paywall and want to share the benefits, Counter-Currents also offers paywall gift subscriptions. We need just five things from you:
- your payment
- the recipient’s name
- the recipient’s email address
- your name
- your email address
To register, just fill out this form and we will walk you through the payment and registration process. There are a number of different payment options.
Thank you again for your loyal readership and support.

Another reason to get behind the wall. It grows more tempting each day… We are allowed to ‘eat’ our words it seems. Will we be able to delete comments altogether, and is there a time limit to editing your comments? As in, when the comment section closes, are you allowed to edit your comments afterwards?
The Edit option ends when comment threads close. Currently, that is in 100 days.
You can’t delete comments yet, but of course you can change the contents to nothing I suppose.
Shoot, now I’ll have no excuse!😉
Very nice feature. Thanks.
I’ve already tried it out. Editing your own posts after posting works great except that it actually does time out on you ─ long before the thread’s Comments section itself closes. That time constraint should be set to zero or disabled entirely, at least as long as the thread itself remains active.
Maybe I’m a bit too detail-oriented or too committed to wall-text screeds, but I notice a lot of typos and other issues after I’ve already posted and proofread, supposedly for the last time.
Now, I can replace “the Moops” with “the Moors” when I am scrolling the thread later, and my earlier misadventure is forgotten.
🙂
How about Greg also puts up a list of rules to get through the pretty hypocritical censorship of this website?
Simple: don’t be dumb, obnoxious, and crazy. You fail on all counts. Stop wasting your time here.
I will have to confess that I’ve never had a problem with moderation on C-C. I have on other identitarian sites, even when I tried to follow their policies.
Of course, every site has its pluses and minuses. C-C is great for little or no moderation of apropos comments. I believe it’s the best site for the intelligent discussion of white identitarian issues/articles.
The problem here is a dearth of relevant, interesting articles about which we can discuss. Often it’s about some obscure guy who died in 1768 but occasionally there are some gems.
This is why, even after a week, the most exciting article I can find to comment about is the one on the editing of comments.
