This was really good. I had some things to say but I forgot them, as I listened on the livestream. I did want to ask: what are Greg’s and counter_curents’s position and/or opinion on the Palestinians?
The Palestinians are a people who deserve a homeland of their own next to the Jewish homeland.
Simple, honest, effective. And so sweet-sounding! From this soon-to-be 20-year old, keep up the good work, sir.
what happend to “get a dog” from a few years ago?
That was a reasonable viewpoint of these semitic squabbles and these people who want you to care about their third world nitch issue as something to project these liberal viewpoints on about justice and so on.
Say Greg, have you ever read roger greens Tales of ancient Egypt? It’s really amusing. Roger green was one of the inklings.
Ah heh, Horus is always a good time. The remarks about nuclear policy are interesting. During a nuclear exchange, successful decapitation strikes were always a big fear; and the Western government and Soviets had their ways of getting around it. The Russians had their Dead Hand, the Americans had…well, nothing, except a long line of succession for presidency. A book I read a few years ago, forgive me for I can’t remember the name and I think it was authored by a Jew, so garlic to vampires for most here, but it was an update to the author’s previous historical book about American nuclear policy dating back to the Cold War up to the modern times. Trump treated nuclear weapons like a cavalier idiot; somebody who didn’t even want to make the modicum effort to understand what he commanded.
Horus’ comments make sense. The people who run nuclear response policy seem to understand there are idiots in charge, best not to have any one in full control.
