The Counter-Currents 2019 Fundraiser
Over Target, Taking Flak

[1]528 words

This year, Counter-Currents is trying to raise $100,000. So far we have received 309 donations totaling $82,632.40, for which we are immensely grateful.

It hasn’t been easy, though, and it is getting harder. We have been deplatformed by four payment processors this year, two in just the last week. But as the saying goes, you are not over the target unless you are taking flak.

The increased repression of Counter-Currents this year is a testament to our effectiveness at reaching people and changing people’s minds. Just this year:

Just this past weekend, The Scandza Forum meeting in Copenhagen was besieged by a crowd of antifa waving the Communist flag, and I was prevented from delivering my speech. On Wednesday night, Frodi Midjord was interviewed about Scandza on Red Ice. Hours later, Red Ice’s YouTube channel with more than 330,000 subscribers was deleted without warning or cause.

Thus we need to redouble our efforts, to do more of the same, but better — and to persevere against all obstacles. We’ve won the battle of wits, which is why they are trying to shut us down. Now it is a battle of wills. So we must steel our wills, because that’s how we win. But we need your help to stay in the fight.

Currently we are unable to take credit cards for donations or book purchases. Sadly, there are many people who will not make purchases and donations unless they can use a credit card. Thus, I fear that in the very near future, Counter-Currents will simply be unable to support itself with book sales and small donations from many different people.

Thus we need to make ourselves less vulnerable to de-platforming by developing a small circle of dedicated, high-dollar donors who will support us by any means necessary, convenient or not. If you are interested in becoming such a donor, please contact me at [email protected] [3].

Generally, we try to wrap our fundraisers up on Halloween, but since we currently do not have a credit card processor, we are going to keep the fundraiser going as long as we need to make our goal.

We are trying to get a new payment processor. But this may take some time.

In the meantime, if you would like to make a donation, please consider:

If you plan to send a donation by mail, especially a large one, feel free to drop me an email to let me know.

Finally, we would like to broach a very delicate topic: your will. If you are planning your estate, please think about how you can continue helping the cause even after you are gone. The essay Majority Estate Planning [6]” contains many helpful suggestions.

Please give generously!

Note: Donations to Counter-Currents are not tax deductible. Real change never is!

Remember: those who fight for the Golden Age live in it today. Thank you for your support.
